![CDATA[Decreto por el que se regulan las características de prestación del servicio de recogida de residuos municipales y limpieza de espacios públicos año 2021]]

![CDATA[<p><span style="display:none"> </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, se publica en el BOIB el siguiente Decreto, firmado en fecha 16 de marzo de 2021 por el Teniente de Alcalde de Transparencia, Innovación y Servicios Económicos:</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><sub>“<strong>DECRETO POR EL CUAL SE REGULAN LAS CARACTERÍSTICAS ESPECÍFICAS DE PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE RECOGIDA DE RESIDUOS MUNICIPALES Y LIMPIEZA DE ESPACIOS PÚBLICOS </strong></sub></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><sub><strong>AÑO 2021</strong></sub></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La Ordenanza municipal de recogida de residuos municipales y limpieza de espacios públicos fue aprobada por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión de fecha 27 de marzo de 2014. Dicho texto ha sido publicado en el BOIB n.º 8/2016, de 16 de enero. En esta ordenanza, en el artículo 1.4.h, se especifica que el Ayuntamiento tiene que publicar, mediante bando o resolución de Alcaldía, las programaciones, frecuencias y otras regulaciones necesarias para prestar correctamente el servicio. Además, según especifica el artículo 15.2, se debe publicar y mantener actualizada la lista de generadores singulares cualificados.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Con el fin de detallar las características específicas de prestación de servicios a los generadores de residuos adscritos al sistema público de recogida, concretar las fechas de modificación en cada periodo del año, definir las características específicas de las recogidas especiales y los generadores concretos que son considerados como generadores singulares cualificados y no cualificados, como también definir con exactitud cuáles son las calles del municipio que conforman las “zonas P”, y dónde están situados los puntos de presentación de estas zonas, según los anexos adjuntos, dicto la siguiente:</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>RESOLUCIÓN</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1. HORARIO DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los servicios de recogida de residuos municipales y de limpieza de espacios públicos pueden prestarse de lunes a domingo, excepto el día 25 de diciembre y los días 1 y 6 de enero. El servicio se presta en los turnos siguientes:</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Turno de mañana: entre las 6 h y las 13 h</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Turno de tarde: entre las 14 h y las 21 h</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La “Deixalleria” (Punto Limpio) está abierta de lunes a domingo, excepto los días 24, 25 y 31 de diciembre, y 1 y 6 de enero, en horario desde las 8 hasta las 15 h. (última entrada admitida a las 14.45h)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>2. PROGRAMACIÓN DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las frecuencias aplicables a los servicios varían en función de la época del año. Para el 2021 se definen los tramos siguientes:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3. CLASIFICACIÓN DE LOS USUARIOS DEL SERVICIO</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.1. Usuarios generales del servicio</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Todos los residentes emplazados en suelo urbano que aportan sus residuos en los contenedores ubicados en vía pública. También se incluyen los establecimientos comerciales emplazados en suelo urbano que, a pesar de que puedan disponer de contenedores propios para alguna de las fracciones, utilizan estos contenedores en vía pública para el depósito de sus residuos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.2. Usuarios generales con orgánico del servicio</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Usuarios generales del servicio según descrito en el punto anterior pero que, además, realizan la separación de la fracción orgánica y la depositan tanto en contenedores específicos en la vía pública como mediante contenedores propios en el interior de sus recintos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.3. Usuarios cualificados del servicio con 5 fracciones</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Todos los residentes emplazados en suelo urbano, así como establecimientos comerciales ubicados en suelo urbano o no, que realizan la separación de sus residuos en las 5 fracciones (orgánico, envases, papel-cartón, vidrio y rechazo) mediante contenedores propios en el interior de sus recintos privados o cuartos de basura. Estos usuarios no pueden hacer uso de los contenedores de vía pública, a excepción de los usuarios con sistema de recogida “Puerta a Puerta” que, a pesar de estar considerados como cualificados con 5 fracciones, si pueden hacer uso de los contenedores públicos de vidrio instalados en sus núcleos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El listado de los Grandes Generadores Cualificados con 5 fracciones se encuentra recogido en el Anexo II del presente documento.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.4. Usuarios emplazados en suelo rústico</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Todos los residentes emplazados en suelo rústico que no tienen servicio de recogida y que tienen que aportar sus residuos en las Áreas de Aportación de Residuos Rústicos disponibles en el municipio</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>4. CARACTERÍSTICAS ESPECÍFICAS DE RECOGIDA POR TIPOS DE GENERADOR</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1. Usuarios generales del servicio</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1. Usuarios generales con depósito en contenedores en vía pública</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.1. Fracción rechazo</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:80px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horario para depositar los residuos en el contenedor: de 19 h a 6 h.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.2. Fracción papel-cartón y envases</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:80px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horario para depositar los residuos en el contenedor sin restricción.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.3. Fracción vidrio</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:80px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horario para depositar los residuos en el contenedor: de 8 h a 22 h.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.4. Resto de residuos domiciliarios para los que no se ha definido recogida específica</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:80px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida mediante depósito en la “Deixalleria”.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2. Residentes o negocios situados en “zonas P”</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.1. Los contenedores privados del sistema P deben estar correctamente identificados, especificando la calle y el número del establecimiento o residencia a la cual pertenecen. Se debe rotular en ellos el nombre comercial y el tipo de fracción de recogida del contenedor. Esta información debe estar visible en los contenedores mediante unos adhesivos normalizados, con número de referencia único y proporcionados por los servicios municipales.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los contenedores se pueden sacar al punto P más cercano a la dirección del portal del residente o negocio a partir de las 19 h y nunca antes del cierre del negocio el día anterior al de recogida.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los contenedores deben ser retirados del punto P a la mañana siguiente antes de las 10h.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El listado actualizado y la ubicación de los puntos P se encuentra recogido en el Anexo I</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.2. Fracción rechazo</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores propios negros o grises de 240 litros, homologados según la norma UNE EN 840 y con sistema de recogida DIN Standard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida diaria en turno de mañana en el punto P más cercano a la dirección del portal del residente o negocio.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.3. Fracción vidrio</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores propios verdes de 240 litros, homologados según la norma UNE EN 840 y con sistema de recogida DIN Standard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida diaria en PERÍODOS B, C y D.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida lunes, miércoles y viernes en PERÍODO A (1 y 2).</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.4. Fracción papel-cartón</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en el horario fijado en el anexo III, delante del portal del negocio o residencia, debidamente doblado en balas, atadas o similar, de manera que no pueda dispersarse por acción del viento u otros. En el caso de que el negocio o residencia se ubique en una calle por la cual no circula el camión de recogida, se deberá de llevar el cartón al punto P más cercano</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Las frecuencias de recogida para época del año se encuentran en el anexo III.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En el caso de que esté disponible, y siempre que así lo dispongan los servicios municipales, se deberá usar el recinto municipal específico de depósito de cartón los comercios que tengan el acceso habilitado a ella siguiendo lo dispuesto en el anexo IV.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3. Negocios del polígono de Son Bugadelles</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.1. Fracción rechazo</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores propios negros o grises de 240 o 1.100 litros, homologados según la norma UNE EN 840 y con sistema de recogida DIN Standard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida de lunes a viernes en turno de mañana en la puerta del negocio o local.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los contenedores se deben sacar no antes del cierre del negocio el día anterior al de la recogida y retirarse de la vía pública antes de las 13 h.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.2. Fracción papel-cartón</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores propios azules de 240 o 1.100 litros, homologados según la norma UNE EN 840 y con sistema de recogida DIN Standard. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los contenedores deberán permanecer en el interior de los establecimientos y sacarlos los días establecidos de recogida, en turno de tarde.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.3. Fracción envases</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores en la vía pública. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horario para depositar los residuos sin restricción.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.4. Fracción vidrio</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores en la vía pública. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horario para depositar los residuos sin restricción.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.5. Los contenedores privados deben estar correctamente identificados, especificando la calle y el número del establecimiento al cual pertenecen. Deben rotular en ellos el nombre comercial y el tipo de fracción de recogida del contenedor. Esta información debe estar visible en los contenedores mediante unos adhesivos normalizados, con número de referencia único y proporcionados por los servicios municipales.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.4. Puertos situados en el término de Calvià</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.4.1. Fracción rechazo</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores propios verdes de 1.100 litros, homologados según la norma UNE EN 840 y con sistema de recogida DIN Standard. Deben estar situados en el interior del puerto en una zona completamente accesible a los servicios de recogida.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida diaria durante todo el año.</span></p>

<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.4.2. Recogida de la fracción vidrio</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida una vez por semana en PERÍODO C en turno de tarde. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida adaptada a la generación de cada puerto el resto del año en turno de tarde.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Presentación en contenedores propios verdes tipo iglú de 2.500 o 3.000 litros de capacidad nominal, con sistema de descarga vertical mediante doble gancho. Deben estar situados en el interior del puerto en una zona completamente accesible a los servicios de recogida.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.4.3. Recogida de la fracción papel-cartón y envases</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida adaptada a la generación de cada puerto en cada período del año turístico en turno de mañana o tardes.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Presentación en contenedores propios azules de 3.200 litros de capacidad nominal, con sistema de carga lateral y homologados según la norma UNE EN 12574. Deben estar situados en el interior del puerto en una zona completamente accesible a los servicios de recogida.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.5. Grandes generadores generales</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el caso de que algún usuario del sistema general de residuos genere grandes cantidades de alguna fracción, no asimilables a cantidades domésticas, o que por otras razones debidamente motivadas no pueda hacer uso de los contenedores en vía pública, los servicios municipales podrán establecer la recogida mediante contenedor propio, en recinto privado de residuos, de las fracciones que se vean afectadas.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.5.1.. Fracción a recoger en recinto privado indicada por los servicios municipales</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:80px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- La fracción objeto de recogida en recito privado se realizará con las mismas condiciones establecidas para cada tipo de fracción aplicables a los usuarios cualificados con 5 fracciones descritas en el punto 4.3 de este documento</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2. Usuarios generales con orgánico del servicio</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2.1.. Fracciones de rechazo, papel-cartón, envases y vidrio en las mismas condiciones que los usuarios generales del servicio</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2.2. Fracción orgánica</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en contenedores, con control de acceso mediante identificación del generador que hace la aportación, instalados en la vía pública en caso de que estén disponibles.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En caso de recogida de contenedores propios, presentación en contenedores de color marrón de 240 litros homologados según la norma UNE EN 840 y con sistema de recogida DIN Standard. En el caso que así se disponga, Calvià 2000 podrá instalar en estos contenedores privados sistemas RFID con el objeto de identificar a los generadores usuarios de este servicio</span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en recinto privado de residuos, en contenedores propios verdes tipo iglú de 2.500 o 3.000 litros de capacidad nominal, con sistema de descarga vertical mediante doble gancho.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2. Usuarios del servicio Puerta a Puerta</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.1. Los residentes y establecimientos comerciales ubicados en suelo urbano de los pueblos de Calvià Vila y Es Capdellà deben depositar sus residuos según el sistema implantado del Puerta a Puerta</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Depósito en cubos o contenedores propios normalizados con identificación individualizada mediante RFID.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los cubos o contenedores se deberán presentar delante de la fachada de la residencia o establecimiento del usuario del sistema en las condiciones, horarios y días establecidos en el Anexo V Puerta a Puerta.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- De forma excepcional, y cuando no quede otra opción, los usuarios del sistema Puerta a Puerta podrán depositar sus residuos en las áreas de aportación de residuos rústicos.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los servicios municipales aportarán los cubos necesarios en la implantación del sistema. La renovación de estos cubos, por pérdida o deterioro, correrá a cargo de los propietarios de los mismos según el siguiente criterio:</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los dos primeros cubos a renovar, en un periodo de tres años, tendrán un precio equivalente al 25% de su coste.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El tercer y cuarto cubo a renovar, en un periodo de tres años, tendrán un precio equivalente al 75% de su coste.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El quinto cubo y siguientes, en un periodo de tres años, tendrán un precio equivalente al 100% de su coste.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.2. Fracción rechazo</span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Acceso a estos recintos mediante tarjeta con identificación individual y autorización de uso. Esta tarjeta será aportada por Calvià 2000</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Se deberá realizar el depósito de cada fracción en los correspondientes contenedores específicos.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En ningún caso se podrá depositar ningún tipo de residuo fuera de los contenedores.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4.2. Resto de residuos domiciliarios para los que no se ha definido recogida específica</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida mediante depósito en la “Deixalleria”.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. RECOGIDAS ESPECIALES</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.1. Recogida de voluminosos y aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida de lunes a viernes en turno de mañana o tarde.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida concertada a petición previa del servicio o depósito en la “Deixalleria”.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Máximo cinco objetos o unidades de residuo por servicio.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- No forman parte del servicio de recogida especial los residuos voluminosos o RAEE cuando se generen en comercios, servicios o industrias.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.2. Recogida de ramas y restos de poda</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida de lunes a domingo en turno de mañana.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida concertada con petición previa del servicio o depósito en la “Deixalleria”.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los restos de poda deben poder ser recogidos directamente por la grúa de un camión pulpo, tanto por la ubicación del punto de recogida (calles de acceso) como por las propias características de dicho punto.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Los restos de palmera deben presentarse separados del resto de poda.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En ningún caso se recogerá palmera infectada de picudo rojo.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Máximo cinco metros cúbicos por servicio y tres servicios al mes.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- No forman parte del servicio de recogida especial los residuos de ramas y restos de poda cuando se generen como resultado del servicio de poda o desbroces por parte de una empresa o profesional.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- No forman parte del servicio de recogida especial los residuos de ramas y restos de poda que se generen en comercios, servicios o industrias.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- No forman parte del servicio de recogida especial los residuos de ramas y restos de poda que se generen como resultado de trabajos de desbroce o poda de solares no habitados.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.3. Recogidas puntuales de cantidades mayores que las habituales</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida de lunes a viernes en turno de mañana o tarde.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recogida concertada con petición previa del servicio.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Se debe avisar con una antelación mínima de 3 días cuando se tengan que generar puntualmente cantidades mayores que las habituales.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>6. DEIXALLERIA</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.1. Usuarios </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.1.1. Particulares</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En vehículos < 3.500 kg particulares o de alquiler.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Para residuos domésticos o asimilables en tipología y cantidad. En el caso de que la tipología o las cantidades aportadas superen lo asimilable a la generación en un domicilio, no se aceptarán en la Deixalleria y Calvià 2000 informará de la instalación de recepción en la cual puede entregar dichos residuos.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Acceso con DNI, domicilio en Calvià. El propietario del DNI debe hacer personalmente la entrega de los residuos o mediante una autorización expresa firmada y fechada recientemente a favor de un tercero con fotocopia del DNI de la persona domiciliada en Calvià que autoriza. En el caso de que la persona no tenga la residencia en Calvià, pero que tenga un domicilio en el municipio, deberá presentar también una fotocopia de algún recibo municipal.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Se debe facilitar a los operarios de Calvià 2000 toda la información de los residuos que se pretende entregar para que sean introducidos en la aplicación de control y seguimiento. En el caso de los RAEE se deberá informar de la marca, tipo y nº de serie.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En ningún caso se aceptarán residuos que no estén separados previamente, cada residuo se debe depositar en su contenedor correspondiente.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En todo caso se deberán seguir las indicaciones del personal de Calvià 2000. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.1.2. Pequeño comercio</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En vehículos < 3.500 kg particulares, de alquiler o pertenecientes al propio comercio.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Únicamente residuos voluminosos de origen doméstico o asimilable a doméstico (en tipología y cantidad, código LER 200307). En el caso de que la tipología o las cantidades aportadas superen lo asimilable a la generación en un domicilio, no se aceptarán en la Deixalleria y Calvià 2000 informará de la instalación de recepción en la cual puede entregar dichos residuos.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Límite de dos entradas cada 30 días.</span></p>

En ningún caso se aceptarán en la “Deixalleria” los materiales siguientes: residuos infecciosos, radioactivos, material explosivo o inflamable, residuos industriales, residuos hospitalarios, vehículos fuera de uso, animales muertos y cualquier otro residuo que se pueda considerar peligroso y/o inadecuado para almacenar o manipular en la “Deixalleria”. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.2.4. Prioridad de la preparación para la reutilización de los voluminosos y RAEE aportados en la Deixalleria o a través del servicio municipal de recogida de voluminosos. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">– Con el objetivo de avanzar hacia la sostenibilidad medioambiental, reducir el consumo de productos, y contribuir a la economía circular, todos los voluminosos y RAEE que sean adecuados se destinarán a la preparación para la reutilización, ya sea por los propios servicios municipales como por empresas u organismos dedicados a tal fin.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">– En el caso de que, por cualquier razón, el depositario del voluminoso o RAEE no quiera destinarlo a la preparación para la reutilización, sino que desee que se trate como un residuo a gestionar, deberá indicarlo en el momento de la entrega a los servicios municipales.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El presente Decreto entrará en vigor con su publicación en el BOIB, salvo en lo referente al servicio de recogida “Puerta a Puerta” que entrará en vigor en el momento en que esté operativo el servicio, la fecha de inicio se comunicará a través de la web de Calvià 2000, S.A. El presente decreto dejará sin efecto el anterior decreto publicado en el BOIB núm. 166 el 10 de diciembre de 2019.</span></p>
