    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Llubí, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 15 de marzo de 2021, aprueba la modificación de las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto municipal de 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Bases 19.- RETRIBUCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gratificaciones con cargo a la partida global que para este tipo de retribuciones aparece en el Presupuesto General, dentro de los límites que por su cuantía se establece por precepto legal. Las gratificaciones no podrán ser fijadas en su cuantía ni periódicas en su rédito o ganancia, correspondiente a la Sra. Alcaldesa-Presidenta la asignación individual de las que se conceden por servicios extraordinarios realizados fuera de la jornada normal o de mayor complejidad técnica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las gratificaciones corresponden a horas extras realizadas fuera de la jornada laboral, tanto por personal municipal como para quien no pertenezca a la plantilla de personal del Ayuntamiento. Los su importe, de acuerdo con los diferentes horarios, días y categorías del personal es el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las horas extraordinarias realizado por los miembros de la Policía Local vienen establecidos con los Convenios con los diferentes Ayuntamientos "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Queda expuesto al público por plazo de treinta días hábiles, a contar del siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, durante los cuales podrá ser examinado en la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento y presentarse las reclamaciones que se estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se formula ninguna reclamación, el expediente se entenderá aprobado definitivamente, por haber sido así dispuesto al acuerdo de aprobación inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en los art. 169 y 177.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
