    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el Pleno del Ajuntament de Calvià se aprobó definitivamente, en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 25 de febrero de 2021, la modificación de los “Estatutos Reguladores del Consejo y de la Mesa de la Infancia y la Adolescencia de Calvià”. De conformidad a lo que dispone el artículo 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 103.1 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears, se publica íntegramente su texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño ha transformado la manera en que se considera y se trata a la infancia en todo el mundo, construyendo una nueva concepción de las personas menores de edad como sujetos activos, participativos y creativos, con capacidad de modificar su propio medio personal y social; de participar en la búsqueda y satisfacción de sus necesidades y la de los demás. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El niño y la niña aparecen como individuos capaces de ejercer de forma progresiva los derechos que les corresponden, en función de su edad y madurez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A pesar de los esfuerzos realizados desde la aprobación de la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño, esta nueva concepción, aun convive con la que considera a niños, niñas y adolescentes como incapaces de ejercer derechos y asumir responsabilidades. Por este motivo, a partir de la implicación del Ayuntamiento en el Programa Ciudades Amigas de la Infancia, se trabaja con el objetivo de que los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes de Calvià puedan ser oídos por la administración local en relación con los asuntos que les conciernen. Una propuesta cívica basada en el convencimiento de que las personas menores de edad, tienen valor propio por lo que son, porque ya hoy son ciudadanos con derechos reconocidos y de pleno derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bajo esta premisa, el órgano de participación de la infancia y de la adolescencia, no sólo es un instrumento de aprendizaje para que los niños, niñas y adolescentes participantes puedan ejercer sus derechos como ciudadanos el día de mañana; sino que también, sirven para hacerles partícipes de los temas que los ocupan y facilitar que opinen y decidan sobre su propia realidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los elementos que inspiran este Reglamento, se fundamentan en cuatro pilares, a saber; la participación infantil, la equidad, el trabajo en red y el enfoque Agenda 2030. Estos surgen de la creencia profunda que nuestro municipio debe cuidar y alentar el protagonismo activo de la infancia y la adolescencia, desde la escucha activa en sus propuestas, y desde el desarrollo de un compromiso cívico y sostenible. El pasado 27 de noviembre de 2018, el municipio de Calvià fue reconocido por parte de UNICEF como Ciudad Amiga de la Infancia, con el compromiso de continuar trabajando para mantener la forma de escuchar, comprender y atender las propuestas de la infancia y la adolescencia, no sólo como un simple gesto, si no como una necesidad política y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Definición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Calvià, Ciutat Amiga de la Infància, cuenta con diferentes órganos de participación y de coordinación técnico-política. Estos órganos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) De participación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Consejo de la Infancia y de la adolescencia de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) De coordinación técnica-política:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mesa de la Infancia y la Adolescencia de Calvià. (MIA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. Fundamentación Jurídica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) La Constitución Española, en el artículo 9.2 del Título Preliminar, establece que corresponderá a los poderes públicos facilitar la participación de toda la ciudadanía en la vida política, económica, cultural y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) En el ámbito local, este principio consagrado en la CE viene desarrollado en el Capítulo IV del Título V (art. 69-72) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y en el Capítulo VII del Título V (art. 116 a 123) de la Ley 20/2006 de Régimen Local de les Illes Balears, donde se establece que las corporaciones locales facilitarán la más amplia información sobre su actividad y la participación de toda la ciudadanía en la vida local, sin que en ningún caso puedan menoscabar las facultades de decisión de los Órganos representativos regulados por la Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) La participación de los niños, las niñas y adolescentes de nuestra localidad está basada y se inspira en los contenidos normativos de los derechos descritos en la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos de 1948, en la Declaración de Derechos del Niño de Naciones Unidas de 1959, en el Artículo 39.4 de la Constitución Española de 1978 que plantea que "los niños disfrutarán de la protección prevista en los acuerdos internacionales que velan por sus derechos", y en la Convención de Derechos del Niño de 1989 de Naciones Unidas ratificada por España. Además, la Observación general de Naciones Unidas, emitida en 2009 avala y desarrolla el derecho de los niños y las niñas a ser escuchados en toda cuestión que les afecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Es el artículo 12 de la Convención sobre los Derechos de los Niños el que consagra el derecho de los niños, niñas y adolescentes a ser escuchados en relación con todos los asuntos que les afecten y a que su opinión sea tenida en cuenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i. "1. Los Estados partes garantizarán al niño que esté en condiciones de formarse un juicio propio, el derecho a expresar su opinión libremente en todos los asuntos que afectan al niño, teniendo debidamente en cuenta las opiniones del niño, en función de la edad y madurez del niño.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ii. "2. Con tal fin, se dará en particular al niño oportunidad de ser escuchado o escuchada, en todo procedimiento judicial o administrativo que afecte al niño, ya sea directamente o por medio de un representante o de un órgano apropiado, de acuerdo con las normas de procedimiento de la ley nacional. "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) La Convención sobre los Derechos de los Niños, complementa el derecho a ser escuchados o escuchadas con el derecho a la libertad de expresión, que incluye la libertad de buscar, recibir y difundir informaciones e ideas de todo tipo (artículo 13), el derecho a la libertad de pensamiento, conciencia y religión (artículo 14), el derecho a la libertad de asociación (artículo 15) y el derecho a la información adecuada (artículo 17). La participación infantil y adolescente se introduce, así, como un elemento más en el proceso de valoración y toma de decisiones que llevan a cabo los y las responsables municipales en su acción de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) La Ley 9/2019, de 19 de febrero, de la atención y los derechos de la infancia y la adolescencia de las Illes Balears tiene por objeto, entre otros, responder al ejercicio de los derechos reconocidos a través del derecho internacional público de las personas menores de edad, y establece un marco de actuación en el que se ha de ejercer las actividades de fomento de los derechos y el bienestar de la persona menor de edad, para garantizar su desarrollo en el ámbito familiar, social y educativo (Artículo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) En cuanto al desarrollo normativo propio del Ayuntamiento, en el Capítulo I de Disposiciones Generales de las vigentes Ordenanzas Municipales de Policía y Buen Gobierno, se establece que el Ajuntament de Calvià facilitará la más amplia información sobre su actividad y la participación de toda la ciudadanía en la vida local, articulando a través de las actuaciones administrativas que procedan, los medios necesarios para que la ciudadanía y sus organizaciones estén suficientemente informadas de la actividad municipal y puedan participar en la elaboración de proyectos de interés general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Por otra parte, la Ordenanza Municipal de Participación Ciudadana regula las formas, medios y procedimientos de participación de la ciudadanía y entidades ciudadanas en la gestión municipal. En el Artículo 7, donde se definen los órganos de participación, se promueve la creación de un consejo de niños, niñas y adolescentes y un consejo de la juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Consejo de la Infancia y el Consejo de la Adolescencia, tendrán por objeto propiciar y facilitar la información y participación de las personas menores de edad (0-18 años), así como de los colectivos y/o entidades directamente relacionados con esto, en los asuntos municipales que les afecten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Mesa de la Infancia y de la Adolescencia, es un mecanismo de coordinación interna con capacidad de organizarse internamente y transversalizar el programa CAI en las diferentes áreas municipales. El objetivo principal es mejorar los programas de participación, prevención, promoción, detección y protección de la infancia y la adolescencia del municipio, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes órganos de participación de las personas menores de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO II. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FUNCIONES, RÉGIMEN DE SESIONES Y CONVOCATORIAS DE LOS CONSEJOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El &lt;/span&gt;Consejo de la Infancia y de la Adolescencia es un órgano consultivo de participación ciudadana que tiene las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Ejercer de vía de comunicación entre las personas menores de edad del municipio y las autoridades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Proponer al Ayuntamiento las medidas oportunas para garantizar el bienestar y el desarrollo de los derechos de las personas menores de edad en el ámbito local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Participar en la elaboración, seguimiento y evaluación de los planes de infancia y adolescencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Contemplar y favorecer la igualdad de oportunidades y la equidad focalizando esfuerzos y actuaciones con los niños, niñas y adolescentes más vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria de sesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las sesiones con carácter ordinario se convocarán cada seis meses, pudiendo celebrarse sesión extraordinaria siempre que sea necesario a propuesta de la presidencia o de un tercio de los miembros del Consejo&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Términos de convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las sesiones ordinarias del Consejo serán convocadas con una antelación mínima de cinco días y con dos días si es extraordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condiciones especiales de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las sesiones tendrán lugar, con carácter ordinario, en instalaciones municipales debidamente accesibles y seguras. Se celebrarán en horario compatible con las actividades escolares, fuera del horario lectivo y de manera que se facilite la asistencia de las personas menores de edad que tengan que ser acompañadas por sus familiares hasta el lugar de celebración. La sesión se celebrará en acto público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Constitución del Consejo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo se considerará válidamente constituido cuando asista al menos la mitad más de uno de los miembros con derecho a voto. En cualquier caso, será imprescindible la presencia de las personas que ostenten la presidencia y la secretaría o de la persona en quien deleguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. Motivos causantes de baja&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Los niños, niñas y adolescentes causarán baja:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i.Por propia voluntad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ii.Por incumplimiento del Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;iii.Por revocación del consentimiento prestado por quien ostente la patria potestad o la guardia y custodia de los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Los cargos electos causarán baja:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i. Al finalizar el mandato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ii. Por propia voluntad al presentar un escrito justificativo a la presidencia del órgano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;iii. Al abandonar el grupo municipal que los nombró.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Las personas representantes de los departamentos y empresas municipales causarán baja:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i. Por propia voluntad al presentar un escrito justificativo a la presidencia del órgano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ii. Por decisión del departamento que los nombró.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comisiones de Trabajo / Sesiones formativas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo desarrollará sus funciones a través del Pleno del Consejo o en Comisiones de Trabajo y Sesiones formativas que se creen y programen al efecto, según crea conveniente, pudiendo constituirse estas comisiones de trabajo atendiendo cuestiones de interés para la infancia o adolescencia o bien en el ámbito territorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Composición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo de la Infancia estará compuesto por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Presidencia: La persona que ostente el cargo de Alcalde o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Secretaria: El secretario o la secretaria, que actuará con voz pero sin voto, que será el Secretario del Ayuntamiento o personal municipal en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;C. Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La presidencia de la Mesa de Infancia y Adolescencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Una persona representante de cada grupo político municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Una persona representante de cada una de las entidades que trabajan en el ámbito de infancia en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Dos personas menores de edad de cada centro educativo con carácter de titulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Los y las consejeras de años anteriores que manifiesten la voluntad de continuar formando parte del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Dos personas representantes de los grupos de adolescentes de cada núcleo del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Una persona representante de cada una de las Asociaciones de Madres y Padres del Alumnado de los centros educativos del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Una persona representante de los centros educativos del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* &lt;em&gt;Cada persona representante podrá ser sustituida por la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. Elección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Las personas que ostenten la alcaldía, las concejalías, representantes políticos y la secretaría serán designadas por razón de su cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Las personas representantes de las entidades relacionadas con la infancia serán elegidas por las propias entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Con el fin de que el Consejo sea lo más representativo posible, la elección de los niños, niñas y adolescentes se realizará teniendo en cuenta los siguiente criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Niños y niñas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. Formarán parte del Consejo de Infancia de Calvià, las niñas y los niños que en el momento de su elección, cursen el sexto curso de educación primaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ii. Se propiciará la igualdad de participación entre sexos, y se tendrá en cuenta que el porcentaje máximo que representará un género será de un 60% y un 40% como mínimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iii. Se procurará que estén representados niños, niñas y adolescentes de todos los núcleos poblacionales del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Adolescentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. Formarán parte del Consejo de Adolescencia de Calvià, los y las jóvenes que cursen, en el momento de su elección, los cursos de la ESO, Bachillerato o Formación Profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ii. Podrán formar parte del Consejo de la Adolescencia hasta los 18 años de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iii. Se propiciará la igualdad de participación entre sexos, y se tendrá en cuenta que el porcentaje máximo que representará un género, será de un 60% y un 40% como mínimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iv. Siempre que sea posible se contemplará que haya representación de la adolescencia en situación de vulnerabilidad en cumplimiento del principio de equidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;v. Se procurará que estén representados la adolescencia de todos los núcleos poblacionales del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Para garantizar el cumplimiento de estos criterios los y las menores serán elegidos y elegidas por votación por sus compañeras y compañeros, teniendo en cuenta el principio de voluntariedad y asegurando la participación igualitaria de niños, niñas y adolescentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Se trabajará para que los niños y niñas portavoces elegidos y elegidas recojan las propuestas de la población en situación de mayor vulnerabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Como requisito previo, las personas representantes menores de edad elegidas deberán presentar la autorización de adhesión al Consejo firmada por quien ostente la patria potestad o la guarda y custodia del mismo, donde además de la participación del o la menor en el Consejo, se recoge la autorización de los derechos de imagen, para la posterior utilización de productos visuales que den a conocer el trabajo del Consejo de la Infancia de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13. Renovación del Consejo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El cargo de vocal de los alumnos y alumnas durará un año, aunque los alumnos y alumnas que lo deseen pueden continuar en el Consejo de la Adolescencia, siempre que no se exceda el número de consejeros y consejeras del Consejo de la infancia, una vez empiecen a cursar el primer curso de la ESO, con el objetivo de dar flexibilidad, funcionalidad y continuidad a los cometidos del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) En caso de que el número de personas que quieran formar parte del Consejo de la Adolescencia supere el del Consejo de la Infancia, se deberá hacer una elección entre los y las candidatas de los diferentes núcleos de población, garantizando una representación igualada de ambos sexos con una representación mínima del 60% y el 40%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14. Personas participantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asimismo, podrán asistir a los plenos o comisiones de trabajo del Consejo aquellas personas y/o asociaciones que sean invitadas por el presidente o la presidenta o a requerimiento del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15. Funciones de la presidencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán funciones del presidente o de la presidenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Asumir y ostentar la representación del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Convocar, presidir y moderar las reuniones del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Fijar la propuesta del orden del día. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Garantizar la participación de las niñas y los niños de nuestro municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;Coordinar la relación entre el Consejo y los órganos del Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funciones de la secretaría&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Serán funciones de la secretaria o secretario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Garantizar la comunicación entre los miembros del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Convocar, a instancias de la presidencia, las sesiones del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Asistir a las sesiones, con voz pero sin voto, levantando acta de las sesiones para dar cuenta de las conclusiones a la presidencia y, una vez aprobada, autorizarlas rubricándola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Autorizar con su firma los acuerdos aprobados por el Consejo y las modificaciones que se produzcan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Trasladar a la presidencia de la Mesa de Infancia y Adolescencia correspondiente los acuerdos y propuestas del Consejo que les afecten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. Funciones de las personas vocales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Serán funciones de las personas vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Asistir a las sesiones y otras acciones del Consejo que se le convoque. En el caso de no poder asistir, justificarán su ausencia en la secretaría del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Representar a su colectivo, llevando al Consejo sus propuestas y problemáticas y devolviendo las informaciones y acuerdos que se tomen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Colaborar en estudios y sondeos que se lleven a cabo desde el mismo Consejo o fuera de él.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Participar en otros recursos y actividades de participación infantil provincial, autonómico o nacional al que sean invitados e invitadas, representando así al Consejo de la Infancia de Calvià. Se tratará que esta representación sea elegida en el Consejo procurando girar entre los y las componentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este órgano de coordinación interna está integrado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Implantar desde cada uno de los servicios del Ayuntamiento la puesta en marcha del Plan Local de Infancia y Adolescencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Realizar el seguimiento y evaluación de las diferentes acciones que se realicen según el Plan Local de Infancia y Adolescencia establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Implementar las propuestas elevadas, a la Mesa de la Infancia y la Adolescencia, por parte del Consejo de la Infancia y la Adolescencia de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Mejorar de forma coordinada todas aquellas acciones que necesiten ser modificadas para obtener los objetivos perseguidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Detectar las nuevas necesidades a nivel individual o grupal que van surgiendo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Establecer nuevas acciones e iniciativas para dar respuesta a las necesidades emergentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Garantizar la renovación del Sello Ciudades Amigas de la Infancia. A medio término del Plan (Octubre de 2020) el municipio deberá presentar a UNICEF Comité Español un Informe Intermedio en el que se reflejen los avances logrados. Por otra parte, a los 4 años después de la obtención del Sello de Reconocimiento CAI, la mesa se encargará de elaborar la documentación necesaria para la renovación del reconocimiento como Ciudad Amiga de la Infancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 20. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Régimen de sesiones, convocatorias y funcionamiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A. Corresponderá al secretario o secretaria, por orden de la presidenta o presidente, la convocatoria de MIA con una antelación mínima de dos días. Las convocatorias, envíos a los miembros de la MIA por medios electrónicos, deben contener el orden del día, la fecha, la hora y el lugar en que se llevará a cabo la sesión y, en su caso, se acompañarán el acta de la sesión anterior y la documentación suficiente para conocer los temas a tratar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B. Para la constitución válida de la MIA, a efectos de celebración de las sesiones, deliberaciones y toma de decisiones, se requerirá la asistencia, presencial o a distancia, de la presidencia y la secretaría (o de las personas suplentes), y de la mitad, al menos, de sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C. Previa convocatoria de la presidenta o el presidente, se podrá proponer la asistencia, a las sesiones de MIA, de otros miembros, personal público del Ayuntamiento de Calvià, asesorías externas y/o asociaciones, organizaciones o fundaciones que trabajen a favor de la infancia y la adolescencia, cuando lo requiera el asunto a tratar, por motivos técnicos o de incidencia en las competencias de determinadas unidades organizativas; asistirán en calidad de personas expertas o agentes implicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D. Corresponde a la presidencia dirigir las actuaciones del grupo de trabajo, moderar el desarrollo de los debates y elevar, con su firma, las propuestas pertinentes al órgano u órganos competentes para su tramitación y/o aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E. La Mesa se reunirá como mínimo cada semestre y de manera extraordinaria a petición motivada de cualquier miembro con conformidad de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
