9845 250 CAIB es 9850 51186 2021-03-18 text/html es 2021-03-16 ![CDATA[Resolución del director general de Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores de 12 de marzo de 2021 por la que se convocan dos cursos de formación específica para la habilitación como asesores y evaluadores de las unidades de competencia de varias cualificaciones profesionales para el procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación]] 2021-03-18 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Real Decreto 1224/2009, de 17 de julio, de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral, prevé que las tareas de asesoramiento y/o de evaluación las ejerzan personas habilitadas a tal efecto por las administraciones competentes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El </span>Real Decreto 143/2021, de 9 de marzo, por el que se modifica el Real Decreto 1224/2009, de 17 de julio, de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral, se especifican las modificaciones para obtener la habilitación como a asesores y evaluadores.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El curso de formación específica lo planifican y gestionan las administraciones responsables del procedimiento de evaluación y acreditación, que a la vez son las competentes para habilitar al personal asesor y evaluador del procedimiento mencionado. En este sentido, también el curso deben organizarlo y supervisar las administraciones competentes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Esta convocatoria está financiada por el Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional del Govern de las Illes Balears tiene previsto publicar próximamente varias convocatorias de procedimientos de acreditación de competencias profesionales adquiridas a través de la experiencia laboral o de vías no formales de formación de varias cualificaciones profesionales, por lo que es necesario contar con un número suficiente de personas habilitadas como asesores y evaluadores.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con el Decreto 55/2011, de 20 de mayo, regulador de la estructura organizativa del procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por la experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación en la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, el Instituto de las Cualificaciones Profesionales de las Illes Balears es el órgano encargado de habilitar a los asesores y evaluadores y mantener su registro, así como de planificar y gestionar la formación inicial y continua de los asesores y evaluadores.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Aprobar las bases que rigen la convocatoria de dos cursos de formación específica para la habilitación como asesores y evaluadores de las unidades de competencia de varias cualificaciones profesionales para el procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación. El objeto de esta Resolución es convocar, en el ámbito de las Illes Balears, dos cursos de formación específica para habilitar a asesores y evaluadores de las unidades de competencia de varias cualificaciones profesionales incluidas en el Catálogo Nacional de Cualificaciones Profesionales, las cuales figuran en el punto 3.1 de estas bases. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Excepcionalmente, pueden solicitar la participación a los cursos las personas interesadas en ser asesores y evaluadores de cualificaciones profesionales que no figuran en el punto 3.1. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Colectivo 2: formadores que no pertenecen al sistema educativo con una experiencia docente de al menos cuatro años impartiendo módulos formativos asociados a las cualificaciones profesionales convocadas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Colectivo 3: profesionales expertos que tengan una experiencia laboral de al menos cuatro años relacionada con las cualificaciones profesionales convocadas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.
