font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">El Regidor Delegado del negociado de Gobernación del Ayuntamiento de Sóller, mediante Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 438/2021, de día 10 de marzo de 2021, ha acordado la siguiente resolución:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">«Visto lo dispuesto en la Ley 22/2011 de 28 de julio de Residuos, en los art. 3b y 3f.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Visto lo dispuesto en el artículo 12.5 de la misma normativa en relación con las competencias para la gestión de estos residuos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Visto que en fecha 19 de noviembre de 2020, por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1992/2020, se resolvió requerir la retirada de los vehículos abandonados en la vía pública del depósito municipal a sus titulares, con la advertencia que si transcurridos quince días desde la publicación de la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma, y desde su exposición durante dos domingos consecutivos, en el tablón de anuncios de este Ayuntamiento, no ha sido retirado será tratado como residuo sólido urbano.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Visto que en fecha 11 de febrero de 2021 se publicó el mencionado anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y en fecha 28 de diciembre de 2020 se publicó en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica de este Ayuntamiento, y una vez transcurridos los plazos legalmente establecidos, y en virtud de las facultades que tengo atribuidas como Autoridad competente por delegación de Alcaldía, en conformidad con el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1204/2019 de 1 de julio de 2019, HE RESUELTO:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
