    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En fecha 5 de marzo de 2021 el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, aprobó por unanimidad la convocatoria de ayudas siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del sector de la caza en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2021&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I) Disposiciones generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Introducción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presente convocatoria se rige al amparo de lo que disponen las bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiza, publicadas en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB nº. 51, de 15-04-2008, y su modificación publicada en el BOIB nº. 100 Ext., de 30-06-2011), de conformidad con el vigente Presupuesto del Consell Insular d'Eivissa para el año 2021 (BOIB nº 2, de 05-01-2021) y con el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consell Insular d'Eivissa para los años 2020-2022 (aprobado por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo en fecha 7 de febrero de 2020 y publicado en el BOIB nº 20, de 15-02-20), así como supletoriamente por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (BOE nº 236, de 02-10-2015), por la Ley 40 /2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público (BOE nº 236, de 02-10-2015), por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB (BOIB nº 196, de 31-12-2005), por la Ley 38 /2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (BOE nº 276, de 18-11-2003) y por el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (BOE nº 176, de 25-07-2006), y el Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el cual se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad máxima que se destina a la presente convocatoria es de 50.000 € (cincuenta mil euros) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4190 4890000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de que, una línea no agote el presupuesto que se establezca, se imputará la cuantía sobrante a la otra línea que la haya agotado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Iniciación, instrucción y resolución de los expedientes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.&lt;/em&gt; El órgano competente para aprobar la presente convocatoria es el Consejo Ejecutivo, en virtud de lo que dispone el artículo 15 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que es aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la CAIB, la base sexta de las Bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiza, así como el Decreto de Presidencia 2019000484, de fecha 16 de julio de 2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 98 EXT., de 17 de julio de 2019; modificaciones en el BOIB núm. 175 de 31 de diciembre de 2019, BOIB núm. 101, de 4 de junio, y en el BOIB núm. 153, de 5 de septiembre de 2020), punto tercero apartado &lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b. &lt;/em&gt;El Departamento competente en materia de agricultura será el competente para instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de los expedientes de solicitud de las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria. Las ayudas se concederán mediante Decreto de Presidencia, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, ya que, además de las facultades propias que le son atribuidas legalmente, ejerce la titularidad del Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.&lt;/em&gt; Las solicitudes de subvención y toda la documentación que se requiera se dirigirán a la Presidencia del Consell Insular d'Eivissa y se presentarán, dentro del plazo establecido en cada una de las líneas de la convocatoria, en el Registro General de Entrada en el Consell Insular d'Eivissa y en los otros lugares previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. También podrán registrarse las solicitudes vía telemática en la propia sede electrónica de esta Corporación habilitada a tal fin (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 14 de la mencionada Ley, donde podrá obtenerse el modelo de solicitud y los anejos correspondientes; así mismo, estarán obligadas a relacionarse a través de medios electrónicos con el Consell Insular d'Eivissa para realizar cualquier trámite en relación con el presente procedimiento administrativo las personas que se indican en el punto 2 del mencionado artículo 14. Si la solicitud se envía por correo postal, la documentación correspondiente ha de presentarse en sobre abierto a fin de que el ejemplar destinado al Consell Insular d'Eivissa se feche y se selle antes de certificarse; en caso contrario, se entenderá como fecha válida la de presentación en el Registro General de Entradas de la referida Corporación. Si la solicitud se presentara en un lugar diferente del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, las personas solicitantes de la subvención deberán enviar por correo electrónico la hoja de solicitud con el sello de entrada, dentro del plazo, al correo electrónico del Departamento, agricultura@conselldeivissa.es, en las 24 horas siguientes, como máximo, de la finalización del plazo hábil. En los mismos términos, en el caso de que se envíen por correo certificado, se debe remitir al correo electrónico anteriormente indicado, la hoja de solicitud con el sello de correos en el cual conste la remisión dentro de plazo. Las solicitudes presentadas fuera de los plazos mencionados anteriormente no se admitirán en la presente convocatoria. Si la solicitud o la documentación presentadas fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa requerirá la rectificación o los complementos necesarios, que deberán aportarse en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción del requerimiento correspondiente. Si en este plazo la persona interesada no realiza la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa entenderá desistida su petición, con una resolución previa, todo ello de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Las solicitudes de ayuda se deberán resolver y notificar en el plazo máximo de tres meses, contados desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes al que se refiere esta convocatoria; transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa, la petición se deberá entender desestimada. La notificación de la resolución se realizará de acuerdo con las exigencias y en la forma prevista en los artículos 40, 41, 42 y 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, se podrá realizar esta notificación mediante publicación en el BOIB según lo que prevé el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, la cual se publicará en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónico del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por razones de eficacia y eficiencia procedimental cada línea de ayudas se tramitará como un subexpediente respecto del expediente matriz de la presente convocatoria de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria son compatibles con otro tipo de ayuda o de subvención que por los mismos conceptos otorgue esta u otra Administración pública, o entidades privadas, excepto en el caso que la línea establezca lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria son incompatibles entre si.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras ayudas en ejercicios posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se concedan no pueden superar en ningún caso, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de haber solicitado subvención por el mismo concepto a otra institución pública o privada, se deberá comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa esta circunstancia, indicando la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Requisitos de las personas solicitantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A) Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas (físicas o jurídicas) solicitantes de las ayudas que se prevén en la presente convocatoria deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;. Estar al corriente de las obligaciones económicas con el Consell Insular d'Eivissa. El Consell Insular d'Eivissa comprobará de oficio este requisito una vez formulada la solicitud de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;. Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias con la AEAT y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. El ámbito territorial de la actividad de las personas beneficiarias será la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Los requisitos específicos que se detallen en cada línea de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e. No podrán ser beneficiarias de las subvenciones las personas, las entidades o las agrupaciones en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (BOE núm. 276, de 18-11-2003); prohibiciones que en el Texto Refundido de la Ley de subvenciones en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Isla Baleares (BOIB nº. 196, de 31-12-2005) están recogidas en los apartados 1 y 2 de su artículo 10. Tampoco, además las empresas y entidades que se encuentren en los supuestos que prevé el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de Igualdad de Mujeres y Hombres (BOIB núm. 99, de 4 de agosto de 2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B)&lt;/em&gt; Obligaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas (físicas o jurídicas) beneficiarias deberán cumplir las obligaciones previstas en el artículo 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; en caso de incumplimiento se aplicará el régimen sancionador previsto en el título IV de la mencionada Ley. Obligaciones que en el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº 196, de 31-12-2005) están recogidas en su artículo 11, estando previsto el régimen sancionador en el título V del texto refundido. Así mismo, deberán aceptar los compromisos y las obligaciones establecidas en la presente convocatoria, así como los previstos con carácter genérico en las bases reguladoras de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Documentación a adjuntar a la solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;Para cada una de las líneas de ayudas hay un impreso de solicitud que consta en los anejos I y II, disponibles en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (&lt;em&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/em&gt;), en la cual constarán las siguientes declaraciones: declaración responsable de no incurrir en las prohibiciones y los supuestos que se mencionan en el punto 5.&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;; declaración responsable de solicitud y/o concesión de subvención por el mismo concepto a otra administración pública o entidad privada (en el caso de haberla solicitado y/o concedido se deberá indicar la cuantía &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;correspondiente), y declaración responsable de aceptar los compromisos y las obligaciones establecidos en la presente convocatoria así como los previstos con carácter genérico en las bases reguladoras de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El período para presentar esta solicitud es de veinte (20) días desde la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Además de la que se especifica en cada línea de subvención, se aportará la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;. Solicitud. La solicitud de ayuda presentada deberá ir firmada y supondrá la asunción de las declaraciones anteriormente mencionadas, así como autorizar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa para la comprobación del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el apartado 5.&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; mediante certificados telemáticos, siempre que técnicamente sea posible. No obstante, la persona solicitante podrá denegar expresamente el consentimiento; en ese caso deberá aportar la certificación en los términos previstos. Podrá simplificarse la acreditación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la AEAT y con la Seguridad Social mediante la presentación de declaración responsable, en los casos que describe el artículo 24 del RD 887/2006, de 21 de julio, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. En el caso que la ayuda solicitada supere los 3.000 € se deberán incorporar al expediente los correspondientes certificados que acrediten estos aspectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso que la solicitud de ayuda se presentara mediante representante, se deberá acreditar fehacientemente esta representación con la documentación pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;. Impreso de solicitud de transferencia bancaria rellenado, sellado y firmado por el director o directora de la entidad bancaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. En el caso de personas jurídicas, acuerdo del órgano competente en el que se aprueba la solicitud de subvención al Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.&lt;/em&gt; Copia de la resolución de concesión y/o pago en el caso de haber solicitado subvención por el mismo concepto a otra administración pública o entidad privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No será necesario presentar la documentación o los datos que se puedan obtener por medios telemáticos. Por otra parte, si se han tramitado o se están tramitando otros expedientes en el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y ya se han presentado alguno de los documentos que se requieren, no será necesario aportarlos de nuevo y es suficiente que se mencione el expediente donde consta; no obstante, la acreditación de facultades debe ser vigente en la fecha en que se presenta la solicitud, la cual se deberá hacer constar y acreditar mediante el documento correspondiente. El Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrá verificar de oficio el DNI del solicitante, o del representante, y en el caso de que se quiera denegar expresamente la autorización al Consejo Insular la obtención de esta identificación así como otros documentos necesarios, se deberá aportar un documento de denegación y la documentación que haga falta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrá pedir toda la documentación complementaria que considere para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Selección de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La selección de las personas beneficiarias se realizará de acuerdo con lo que se establece en cada línea de ayuda de esta convocatoria. Cuando la selección se lleve a cabo mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia no competitiva, y en el supuesto de que las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda superen la cuantía prevista en cada línea de ayuda de esta convocatoria, se podrá ampliar la consignación presupuestaria siempre que haya crédito suficiente y adecuado en la partida correspondiente, ampliación que se publicará en el BOIB. En el caso de que no sea posible el incremento del crédito, se reducirán todas y cada una de las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda en el mismo porcentaje unitario resultante del ajuste presupuestario, excepto en el caso de las ayudas a cooperativas agrarias y de ayudas a entidades asociativas agrarias, en las que se reducirá la cuantía de la subvención en las actuaciones con derecho a ayuda proporcionalmente a la puntuación conseguida según los criterios de selección. Se exceptúan de la reducción de este apartado las actuaciones consideradas prioritarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las diferentes actuaciones objeto de subvención, presentadas por un solicitante en una misma línea de ayuda, se considerarán independientes, tanto para su valoración, como por la cuantía de ayuda a percibir, sin que se pueda hacer una transferencia entre las actuaciones dentro de una misma solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de procedimiento individual de selección de beneficiarios, y en el supuesto de agotar el crédito antes de finalizar el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, también se podrá ampliar la consignación presupuestaria siempre que haya crédito suficiente y adecuado a la ampliación correspondiente; en el caso que no sea posible el incremento del crédito, se emitirá acuerdo de suspensión de la concesión de nuevas ayudas, acuerdo que deberá publicarse en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias deberán adoptar las medidas de difusión de la subvención otorgada por el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, según se especifique en cada una de las líneas de subvención. El incumplimiento de esta obligación constituye uno de los supuestos de reintegro de la subvención otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias comunicaran y justificaran al Departamento competente en materia de agricultura la finalización de las actuaciones realizadas en el plazo establecido, junto con los correspondientes justificantes de pago, así como una relación detallada de las facturas indicadas u otros documentos acreditativos de los gastos (Anexo III), disponible en la Sede Electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (&lt;em&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/em&gt;), donde conste el número de factura, el proveedor, la fecha, el importe, el IVA, la fecha de pago y la actuación subvencionada a la que se imputa el gasto, sin perjuicio de lo que disponga cada línea de ayuda. Además, se aportará justificante de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;medidas de publicidad relativas a la financiación pública por parte del Consejo Insular, según lo que dispone cada línea de ayuda; todo esto una vez finalizada la actuación y hasta el &lt;strong&gt;15 de septiembre de 2021.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pago de la subvención se tramitará una vez se haya presentado toda la documentación requerida como justificante y que se haya comprobado el cumplimiento de las actuaciones objeto de la subvención, mediante la correspondiente resolución de pago emitida por la Presidencia del Consejo Insular, que se notificará en la forma establecida en cada una de las líneas de ayuda de esta convocatoria, y de acuerdo con la forma que prevé el punto 3 de estas disposiciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Criterios de gradación de posibles incumplimientos de las condiciones impuestas para la concesión de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si las actuaciones o los gastos finalmente realizados y justificados resultan inferiores al presupuesto aceptado como base para la concesión de la subvención, se reducirá proporcionalmente la cuantía de la ayuda de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. Si la reducción es hasta el 20 % (incluido) del presupuesto aceptado como pase para la concesión de la subvención, se reducirá la subvención proporcionalmente a la reducción del presupuesto no justificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. Si la reducción es superior al 20 % y hasta el 60 % (incluido) del presupuesto aceptado como base para la concesión de la subvención, se reducirá la subvención proporcionalmente a la reducción del presupuesto no justificado y adicionalmente se reducirá un 10 % del presupuesto no justificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. Si la reducción es de más del 60 % del presupuesto aceptado como base para la concesión de la subvención, se considerará que el objetivo de la actuación para el cual se ha concedido la ayuda no se ha realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Revocación de la subvención, reintegro y régimen sancionador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Será procedente la revocación de la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, la persona beneficiaria incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos adquiridos a los que se encuentra condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. A consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención queda sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y es procedente el reintegro de las cantidades indebidamente recibidas, así como, si fuera necesario, el interés de demora correspondiente, todo de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 36, 37 y 38 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y, en la correlativa autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 44 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB, cuando el cumplimiento por parte del beneficiario se aproxime de manera significativa al cumplimiento total, de acuerdo con la documentación justificativa aportada por el interesado para la liquidación de la subvención, el eventual reintegro parcial que resulte de la aplicación de los criterios a que se refiere la cláusula anterior, no será necesaria la exigencia de intereses de demora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las posibles infracciones en materia de subvenciones que puedan ser cometidas por las personas beneficiarias se graduaran y sancionaran de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Título V del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones y, con carácter supletorio con lo que prevé el Título IV, Capítulos I y II de la citada Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procedimiento se adecuará a las previsiones establecidas en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y en la 40/2015, de 1 de octubre de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Publicidad y vigencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El acuerdo de aprobación de esta convocatoria se comunicará a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), así como su extracto, tal como establecen los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y a la vista de lo que dispone el Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas. Así mismo, este acuerdo se publicará en el BOIB, se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y se anunciará en dos diarios locales, todo ello de acuerdo con lo que establecen el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB (BOIB nº 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005) y las bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiza. Entrará en vigor el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cuanto a la publicidad de las subvenciones otorgadas, de acuerdo con lo que establecen el artículo 18 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (BOE nº 276, de 18-11-2003) y el artículo 34 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB (BOIB nº 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005), se remitirá a la BDNS información sobre las resoluciones recaídas en los términos que exige el artículo 20 de la Ley General de Subvenciones mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Régimen de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo por el cual se aprueba esta convocatoria y los acuerdos que adopte la Presidencia del Consell Insular (por delegación de éste órgano) en virtud de esta convocatoria de ayudas no agota la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en el plazo de un mes a contar, en el caso de impugnación del mencionado acuerdo, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB, y en el caso de los acuerdos dictados referentes a las líneas de ayudas de la presente convocatoria, este mes contará desde el día siguiente a su notificación, todo ello de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (BOE nº 236, de 02-10-2015), en relación con el artículo 22.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de Consejos Insulares y con el artículo 147.1 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. El recurso deberá resolverse en el plazo de tres meses, transcurridos los cuales se entenderá desestimado y quedará abierta la vía contenciosa administrativa. Todo ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II) Líneas de ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Ayudas para la mejora de cotos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayudas es establecer un régimen de ayudas para apoyar activamente a los cotos de caza en el ámbito de Ibiza, apoyando las actividades que promueven la mejora ambiental y en consecuencia la mejora de los aprovechamientos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad máxima destinada a esta línea de subvención es de 25.000 € (veinticinco mil euros), a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4190-4890000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Solicitantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán solicitar la subvención las personas físicas o jurídicas titulares de cotos de caza, siempre que reúnan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a.- Que sean cotos de caza ubicados en el ámbito territorial de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b.- Estar al corriente de las obligaciones administrativas del coto: pago de la tasa anual de la matrícula y la presentación de la memoria anual de capturas, así como tener el plan técnico de caza aprobado y cumplimiento de las obligaciones que de este se deriven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c.- Que el titular del coto acepte los compromisos y las obligaciones establecidas en la presente convocatoria, así como los establecidos con carácter genérico en las bases reguladoras de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se estimará procedente la selección de los expedientes teniendo en cuenta la adecuación de la solicitud al objetivo y las condiciones de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Actuaciones objeto de la ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las actuaciones objeto de la ayuda son las especificadas a continuación ejecutadas entre el 1 de agosto de 2020 y el 31 de julio de 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Siembras para la fauna y otras actividades agrícolas de gestión cinegética (labrar, sembrar, abonar, reparto del grano...) que cumplan con su función biológica durante el periodo de reproducción y crianza de especies cinegéticas. No se puede utilizar semilla tratada y tampoco no se permite la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios. No se podrá levantar el cultivo o se deberá dejar dos metros de márgenes para la fauna cinegética hasta el 30 de septiembre. Si se tiene que volver a sembrar, se podrán labrar estas parcelas entre el 15 de agosto y el 15 de septiembre, pero siempre comunicándolo previamente al órgano administrativo competente en tramitar la solicitud de subvención. Tan sólo en estos casos podrá entrar el ganado quince días antes de la siguiente siembra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Mejora de hábitats de los cotos y desbroce de zonas arbustivas para favorecer la proliferación de especies cinegéticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Instalación de comederos y bebederos para las especies cinegéticas en épocas de penuria alimentaria o de climatología adversa, así como infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Control selectivo de predadores y especies invasoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Solicitudes y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será el que se establezca en el punto 6 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante instancia norma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;lizada (&lt;em&gt;Anejo I&lt;/em&gt;), según aquello que prevén las bases reguladoras y esta convocatoria, disponible en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (&lt;em&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/em&gt;) y en la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que se especificarán los datos necesarios para &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;identificar correctamente la persona beneficiaria. Será necesario aportar todos y cada uno de los datos que se indican en dicho anejo, así como la asunción de los compromisos, otorgamiento de las autorizaciones y hacer las declaraciones que este contiene. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la solicitud se deberá adjuntar, además de la documentación que se menciona en las disposiciones generales, un proyecto de las actividades a realizar con indicación de los objetivos, las actuaciones, el calendario de ejecución y presupuesto de los gastos e ingresos previstos para realizar las actuaciones. En el caso de actividades agrícolas de gestión cinegética y/o mejora de hábitats, se incluirá, además, una lista de parcelas identificadas catastralmente, con indicación de la superficie donde se hayan realizado estas actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Régimen de ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se atenderán todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en las presentes bases y que presenten la correspondiente documentación en los plazos y las condiciones estipulados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas para la mejora de cotos de caza se llevará a cabo mediante régimen de concurrencia no competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En general, una subvención de 400 € por coto de caza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supuesto que la partida presupuestaria no se agote, la cantidad restante se repartirá proporcionalmente a la superficie del coto, de la siguiente manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para el reparto proporcional se establecerá como 100 % la superficie del coto de caza con más hectáreas, y a partir de este punto se calculará el porcentaje relativo para el resto de cotos. Según el porcentaje relativo de cada uno se asignará la cuantía de subvención correspondiente, añadiendo esta cantidad a los 400 € citados en el párrafo anterior, con un límite máximo de 2.500 € (dos mil quinientos euros); esto nos dará la cantidad de subvención máxima por coto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser subvencionadas las actuaciones realizadas y pagadas entre el 1 de agosto de 2020 y el 31 de julio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Requisitos de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Criterios a tener en cuenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que la solicitud se adecúe a los objetivos y las condiciones de esta convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que los gastos previstos guarden relación con las actividades que se realicen en el coto de caza y que sean las efectivas para desarrollarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A parte de las obligaciones establecidas en el punto 5.B de las disposiciones generales, las personas titulares de los cotos de caza que hayan obtenido esta ayuda están obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.- &lt;/em&gt;Llevar a cabo &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;las actuaciones para las que se les ha concedido la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acreditar ante el Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino el cumplimiento de los requisitos, las condiciones y los compromisos adquiridos que se exigen para la concesión de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Facilitar en cualquier momento la información que le solicite el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; sobre los trabajos que se desarrollen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comunicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la realización de las actividades subvencionables de la presente línea de ayudas y adjuntar la documentación requerida (facturas y declaraciones responsables), para comprobar el cumplimiento de todos los puntos de esta convocatoria y dentro el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control procedentes del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y aportar la documentación con el fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos en todos los puntos de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comunicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas por la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dar&lt;/span&gt; publicidad del carácter de financiación pública por parte del Consell Insular d'Eivissa para la realización de las actividades subvencionadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todas aquellas que resulten de la aplicación de las disposiciones de esta convocatoria, de las bases reguladoras y del resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presentar una única solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Instrucción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El órgano instructor de esta ayuda será el Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino que, de acuerdo con lo que establece el punto 3 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;seleccionará y evaluará las solicitudes que opten a la ayuda, siempre que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria y en las bases generales, y emitirá los informes correspondientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cuanto a la justificación y el pago se hará de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el punto 8 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son gastos justificables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. Los gastos necesarios para la realización de siembras para la fauna y otras actividades agrícolas de gestión cinegética objeto de subvención. Incluye la compra de la semilla y del abono, para sembrar forraje/cereal así como los gastos derivados de la siembra (honorarios de los profesionales que la llevan a cabo, alquiler de maquinaria y/o equipamiento necesario). Las siembras deberán de señalarse en un plano con los recintos de uso agrario &lt;/span&gt;SIGPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. Honorarios de las personas que llevan a cabo las diferentes actuaciones de trabajos forestales como podas, limpieza y recuperación de márgenes y caminos, recuperación de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;rotes, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;así como el alquiler de la maquinaria y/o equipamiento necesario para la realización de estas tareas. Las actividades deberán de señalarse en un plano que se librará con la solicitud, en el cual también constarán las parcelas donde se realice la actividad y deberán ser identificadas con los recintos &lt;/span&gt;SIGPAC y fotografías del estado antes y después de la actuación. Se deberán realizar de acuerdo con las instrucciones técnicas de la Dirección General competente del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El importe de la adquisición de material no inventariable para la implantación, mantenimiento y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;reparación&lt;/span&gt; de los comederos, bebederos, madrigueras y otros equipamientos e infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética, así como el importe de los honorarios derivados de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El importe de la adquisición de material no inventariable necesario para actuaciones para reducir la presión de depredación de fauna cinegética, así como el importe de los honorarios de las personas que realicen estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para comprobar este gasto realizado se pedirá al beneficiario que presente los justificantes que se crean oportunos para obtener una evidencia razonable de la adecuada aplicación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pago de la subvención se tramitará únicamente una vez que se haya presentado toda la documentación requerida como a justificante y se haya comprobado el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos, que se constatará mediante informe emitido por el órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Medios de difusión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán hacer difusión de la subvención concedida por el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, mediante al menos uno de los medios siguientes: red social, página web, prensa y otros medios de divulgación ya sea de forma individual o a través de terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Notificación de resoluciones de concesión y pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tanto para las resoluciones de concesión de subvención como las de su pago, se notificarán mediante publicación en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y de conformidad con lo que se establece en el punto 3 de las disposiciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Ayudas a las sociedades de cazadores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayuda es dar soporte a determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro llevadas a cabo en el territorio de la isla de Ibiza en materia cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con el principio de gestión sostenible del patrimonio faunístico y de sus hábitats, gestión calificada de interés público por la Ley 6/2006, modificada por la Ley 3/2013, de 17 de julio, de modificación de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, y modificada por la Ley 6/2007, de 27 de diciembre, de Medidas Tributarias y Económico Administrativas, la finalidad de estas ayudas es socio ambiental y va destinada a fomentar iniciativas sin ánimo de lucro que promuevan la mejora ambiental y, en consecuencia, la mejora del potencial cinegético.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria y cantidad máxima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad máxima destinada a esta línea de subvención es de 25.000 € (veinticinco mil euros), a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4190-4890000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Beneficiarios/ as&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán solicitar la subvención las sociedades de cazadores previstas en la Ley 6/2006 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, modificada por la Ley 3/2013, de 17 de julio, que sean del ámbito territorial de Ibiza y sin carácter lucrativo, y otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro relacionadas con la caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son objeto de subvención diversas actividades dentro del marco de la actividad cinegética llevadas a cabo por los beneficiarios y sin ánimo de lucro que impliquen la mejora de los recursos cinegéticos y su uso racional y sostenible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las actividades objeto de subvención son las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Siembras para la caza con variedades vegetales de interés para la fauna cinegética con parcelas identificadas catastralmente que cumplan su función biológica durante el periodo de reproducción y crianza de las especies cinegéticas, con un máximo del 5 % de la superficie del coto hasta un máximo de 50 ha. No se puede utilizar semilla tratada y tampoco se permite la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios. No se podrá levantar el cultivo o se deberán de dejar dos metros de márgenes para la fauna cinegética hasta el 30 de septiembre. Si se tiene que volver a sembrar, se podrán labrar estas parcelas entre el 15 de agosto y el 15 de septiembre, pero siempre comunicándolo previamente al órgano administrativo competente en tramitar la solicitud de subvención. Sólo en estos casos podrá entrar el ganado quince días antes de la siguiente siembra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.-&lt;/em&gt; Mejora de hábitats de cotos y desbroce de zonas arbustivas para favorecer la proliferación de las especies cinegéticas. Los trabajos se deberán realizar de acuerdo con las instrucciones técnicas de la Dirección General competente del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.-&lt;/em&gt; Vigilancia y gestión de cotos: servicio de guardería; control de predadores; mantenimiento de la señalización; mantenimiento de comederos y bebederos así como las infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética; servicios administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.- &lt;/em&gt;Estudios técnicos aplicables a las especies cinegéticas o protegidas que tengan relación con la actividad cinegética y sus hábitats, realizados por técnicos competentes en la materia, y planes técnicos de gestión cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e.- &lt;/em&gt;Organización de actividades de formación y promoción de la actividad cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden ser subvencionadas las actuaciones realizadas y pagadas entre el 1 de agosto de 2020 y el 31 de julio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Solicitudes y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será el que se establezca en el punto 6 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante instancia normalizada (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Anejo II&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;), según lo que prevén les bases reguladoras y esta convocatoria, &lt;/span&gt;disponible en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;d'Eivissa (&lt;em&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/em&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y en la que se especifican los datos necesarios para identificar correctamente la persona beneficiaria&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Será necesario aportar todas y cada uno de los datos que se indican en el anejo mencionado, así como asunción de los compromisos, otorgamiento de las autorizaciones y hacer las declaraciones que contiene. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la solicitud se deberá adjuntar, además de la documentación que se menciona en las disposiciones generales, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Copia de la escritura de constitución o modificación, de los estatutos o del reglamento interno de funcionamiento, inscritos en el registro correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acreditación de la representación en virtud de la que actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documento que acredite que la entidad solicitante gestiona los terrenos de caza para los que se solicita la ayuda, en el caso que estos no estén a nombre de la sociedad de cazadores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Proyecto de las actividades a realizar para las que se pide la subvención que incluya los objetivos, las actuaciones, el calendario de ejecución y presupuesto de los gastos e ingresos previstos para realizar las actuaciones. En el caso de actividades agrícolas de gestión cinegética y/o mejora de hábitats, se incluirá además una lista de las parcelas identificadas catastralmente, con indicación de la superficie donde se hayan realizados estas actividades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Régimen de ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se atenderán todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la presente convocatoria y que presenten la correspondiente documentación en los términos y las condiciones estipulados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se podrá solicitar la ayuda para los siguientes conceptos, con un máximo de 15.000 € por sociedad de cazadores: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.- &lt;/em&gt;Subvención del 100% del importe fijado por la administración para las actuaciones &lt;em&gt;4.a y&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;4.b &lt;/em&gt;hasta un máximo de 10.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.- &lt;/em&gt;Subvención del 80 % del coste de las actuaciones 4.&lt;em&gt;c, 4.d y 4.e &lt;/em&gt;con un máximo de 5.000 €. En todo caso, para beneficiarse de esta ayuda para la realización de estudios técnicos y/o actividades de formación, el programa correspondiente deberá estar informado favorablemente por el Servicio de Caza basándose en criterios de interés de la actuación propuesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas a las sociedades de cazadores federados se llevará a cabo mediante régimen de concurrencia no competitiva, con la aplicación de la siguiente prelación de las siguientes actuaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. 1º Mejora de hábitats de los cotos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. 2º Siembra para la caza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. 3º Vigilancia y gestión de terrenos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. 4º Estudios técnicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. 5º Organización de actividades participativas de promoción de la actividad cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supuesto que las solicitudes con derecho de ayuda superen la cantidad prevista en el punto 2 de esta línea de ayuda, se reducirán proporcionalmente todas y cada una de las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden ser subvencionadas las actuaciones realizadas y pagadas entre el 1 de agosto de 2020 y el 31 de julio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Requisitos de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Criterios a tener en cuenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que la solicitud se adecúe a los objetivos y las condiciones de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que los gastos previstos guarden relación con las actividades que se realicen y sean las efectivas para desarrollarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A parte de las obligaciones establecidas en el punto 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de les disposiciones generales, les sociedades beneficiarias están obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.- &lt;/em&gt;Llevar a cabo las actuaciones por las cuales se les ha concedido la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acreditar ante el Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino el cumplimiento de los requisitos y los compromisos adquiridos que se exige para la concesión de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Facilitar en cualquier momento la información que le solicite el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; sobre los trabajos que se desarrollen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comunicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la realización de las actividades subvencionables de la presente línea de ayudas y adjuntar la documentación requerida (facturas y declaraciones responsables), con el fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de todos los puntos de esta convocatoria y dentro del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control procedentes del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y aportar la documentación para comprobar el cumplimento de los compromisos adquiridos en todos los puntos de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comunicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas para la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;misma&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dar&lt;/span&gt; publicidad del carácter de financiación pública por parte del Consell Insular d'Eivissa para la realización de las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todas&lt;/span&gt; aquellas que resulten de la aplicación de las disposiciones de esta convocatoria, de las bases reguladoras y demás normativa&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presentar una única solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Instrucción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El órgano instructor de esta ayuda será el Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino que, de acuerdo con lo que establece el punto 3 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria, seleccionará y evaluará las solicitudes que opten a la ayuda, siempre que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria y en las bases generales, y emitirá los informes correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para acreditar la realización de las actividades subvencionables es el mismo que el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cuanto a la justificación y el pago, salvo de las ayudas para la siembra de caza y la mejora de los hábitats de los cotos, que se justificarán por controles realizados por la Administración competente, se hará de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el punto 8 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son gastos justificables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. Los gastos de la realización de las siembras para la caza. Para justificar las siembras, la administración competente realizará controles en aquellas parcelas indicadas en la relación adjunta a la solicitud. El gasto se contabiliza a 180 €/ha de siembra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. Los gastos de la realización de los desbroces y la limpieza de zonas. Para justificar estas actividades la administración competente realizará controles en aquellas parcelas indicadas en un plano con recintos SIGPAC y fotografías de la zona del estado anterior adjunto a la solicitud. El gasto se contabiliza a 1.400,00 €/ha. En el caso que la superficie cubierta sea inferior al 100%, el precio estipulado se verá afectado por un coeficiente reductor equivalente a la proporción de superficie cubierta expresada en tanto por uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El salario y los gastos de Seguridad Social correspondiente al personal contratado para la realización de los trabajos de gestión ambiental dentro de los terrenos cinegéticos (mantenimiento de bebederos, comederos, control de trampas de predadores, vigilancia del ejercicio de la caza, mantenimiento de la señalización, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El importe de la adquisición de material no inventariable para la implantación, mantenimiento y reparación de comederos, bebederos, madrigueras y otros equipamientos e infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética, así como el importe de los honorarios derivados de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El importe de la adquisición de material no inventariable necesario en actuaciones para reducir la presión de depredación de la fauna cinegética, así como el importe de los honorarios de las personas que realicen estas actuaciones. Incluye también los gastos de manejo, transporte y gestión de los depredadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El importe de adquisición de material no inventariable para la delimitación y señalización de los cotos de caza y campos autorizados de adiestramiento de perros. Incluye también los honorarios de las personas que llevan a cabo las tareas de delimitación y la señalización así como el alquiler de maquinaria y utensilios necesarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El importe de honorarios para la realización de estudios técnicos y científicos de especies cinegéticas o protegidas que tengan una relación con la actividad cinegética y de sus hábitats, y para la realización de planes técnicos de gestión cinegética de los cotos de caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-. El importe de los gastos derivados de la organización de jornadas, seminarios, cursos y actividades de promoción de la actividad cinegética. Incluye los gastos de la edición de materiales divulgativos, en cualquier soporte, y los gastos de producción, realización y edición de materiales gráficos, informáticos y audiovisuales; también se incluyen los honorarios de ponentes que imparten cursos y conferencias con finalidad formativa sobre temática cinegética y gestión ambiental, así como el importe del traslado y alojamiento de aquellos ponentes que residen fuera del lugar de la impartición del curso o conferencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la fase de comprobación del gasto realizado se pedirá al beneficiario que presente los justificantes que se crean oportunos para obtener una evidencia razonable sobre la adecuada aplicación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Medidas de difusión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán hacer difusión de la subvención otorgada por el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, mediante al menos uno de los medios siguientes: red social, página web, prensa y otros medios de divulgación, ya sea de forma individual o a través de terceros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Notificación de resoluciones de concesión y pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tanto las resoluciones de concesión de subvención como las de su pago se notificarán de conformidad con aquello que establece en el punto 3 de las disposiciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
