&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha de 2 de marzo de 2021, la Junta de Gobierno Local aprobó la convocatoria y las bases reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones para el fomento de la Participación Ciudadana y la digitalización y el sufragio de gastos corrientes del ejercicio 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En fecha de 6 de marzo de 2021, se publicó la convocatoria y las bases reguladoras en el BOIB núm. 32.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Se ha detectado un error material en la publicación en el BOIB, por lo que se debe subsanar dicho error.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 19.1 del Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el cual se regula el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, establece que, &lt;em&gt;en caso de que se publique un documento con errores u omisiones que alteren o modifiquen su contenido, o puedan generar dudas respecto al mismo, tendrán que ser reproducidos, de todo o en parte, con las correcciones pertinentes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas prevé que&lt;em&gt; las Administraciones Públicas podrán, así mismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto,&amp;nbsp; esta Tenencia de Alcaldía dispone la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el título de la publicación de la convocatoria y las bases reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones concesión de subvenciones para el fomento de la Participación Ciudadana y la digitalización y el sufragio de gastos corrientes del ejercicio 2021 (BOIB núm. 32, de 6 de marzo de 2021), en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bases generales reguladoras de las subvenciones para actividades culturales a las empresas, entidades, asociaciones y particulares del municipio de Calvià.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Convocatoria y bases reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones para el fomento de la Participación Ciudadana y la digitalización y el sufragio de gastos corrientes del ejercicio 2021.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
