&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRETO DE DELEGACIÓN EN LAS INTERVENTORAS DELEGADAS DEL CONSEJO DE MALLORCA DE LAS ACTUACIONES DE CONTROL INTERNO, DE LA ACTIVIDAD&amp;nbsp;ECONÒMICO&amp;nbsp;FINANCIERA DEL CONSEJO INSULAR DE MALLORCA Y SU ADMINISTRACIÓN INSTITUCIONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante el Decreto de la Presidencia de día 24 de febrero de 2021 (BOIB&amp;nbsp;núm. 28 de 27 de febrero) por el cual se determinan las funciones y estructura de la Intervención General del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, se encuentran distribuidas entre la Intervención General, la Intervención Adjunta y las Intervenciones Delegadas las funciones reservadas de control interno de la actividad económico financiera del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y de los entes que forman el sector público insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo de Mallorca de día 8 de julio de 2019 (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 92 de 9 de julio de 2019) por el cual se resuelve crear los departamentos en que ha quedado estructurado el Consejo de Mallorca, y el Decreto de fecha 12 de julio de 2019 (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 96 de día 13 de julio de 2019), donde se estructuran internamente los departamentos que integran el Gobierno del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La interventora general, el día 2 de marzo de 2021, ha hecho la propuesta de delegación en base en el artículo 15 del RD 128/2018, que permite que las funciones reservadas a la Intervención General puedan ser encomendadas por esta, previa autorización de la presidenta, a los lugares de colaboración inmediata y auxilio, que las ejercerán bajo la dependencia funcional y jerárquica del titular de la Intervención General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Autorizar la delegación a favor de la Sra. Francisca&amp;nbsp;Horrach&amp;nbsp;Arrom, interventora delegada del Consejo de Mallorca (Intervención Delegada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llar d'Infants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la función interventora respecto de los actos derivados de la actividad económico financiera, salvo los gastos de personal y de los actos que den lugar al reconocimiento de derechos, de los Departamentos y entes dependientes del Consejo de Mallorca siguientes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Hacienda y Función Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Movilidad e Infraestructuras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Territorio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Agencia de Protección de la Legalidad Urbanística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consorcio Serra de Tramontana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Autorizar la delegación a favor de la Sra. Catalina&amp;nbsp;Rotger&amp;nbsp;Fullana, interventora delegada del Consejo de Mallorca (Intervención Delegada de la Misericordia), la función interventora respecto de los actos derivados de la actividad económico financiera, salvo los gastos de personal y de los actos que den lugar al reconocimiento de derechos, de los Departamentos y entes dependientes del Consejo de Mallorca siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Sostenibilidad y Medio Ambiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Turismo y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Departamento de Promoción Económica y Desarrollo Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Instituto del Deporte Hípico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consorcio del Museo Marítimo de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Autorizar la delegación a favor de la Sra. Francisca Martorell&amp;nbsp;Pujadas, interventora delegada del Consejo de Mallorca (Intervención Delegada de la&amp;nbsp;IMAS), la función interventora respecto de los actos derivados de la actividad económico financiera del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, salvo los gastos de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;4. Dejar sin efecto la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública de día 19 de julio de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Corresponden a la Intervención General las funciones señaladas en el Decreto de la Presidencia de 24 de febrero de 2021, por el cual se determinan las funciones y estructura de la Intervención General del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, y todas aquellas funciones no delegadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Este Decreto entra en vigor el día que se publica en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
