APROBAR INICIALMENTE</strong> el <strong>proyecto de Estudio de Detalle</strong> visado por el COAIB núm. <strong><span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">13/00796/19</span></span></strong>, redactado por la arquitecta Sra. Maria Blanca Castiella, y la Escritura <strong>de Reparcelación Voluntaria</strong> según escritura efectuada ante el notario Sr. Javier González Granado con núm. protocolo 689 del año 2.020, y escritura <span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">de subsanación de la anterior escritura de reparcelación voluntaria redactada por el Notario Javier González Granado en fecha 12/02/21</span></span>, para desarrollar la unidad de actuación denominada UA SFR 04, de Sant Ferran. El Estudio de Detalle se promueve por la Sra.
