7953 es CAIB 7955 645796 400 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">En el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears</em> nº 15, de 4 de febrero de 2021, se ha publicado la Resolución del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 21 de enero de 2021 por la que se modifica la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Cultura de 12 de marzo de 2010 por la que se establecen la denominación y las siglas que deben constar en el Registro de centros docentes de las Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se han observado dos errores en el anexo 1 de la Resolución. Por una parte, en cuanto a las enseñanzas de los colegios de Educación Infantil y Primaria integrados con Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (CEIPIESO) y por otra, falta incluir en el anexo los Centros de Educación de Personas Adultas (CEPA).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Según el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponderá al órgano que hubiera dictado el acto o la disposición; la rectificación de errores deberá especificar, en su caso, los efectos jurídicos que de ella se deriven, y se deberá notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando se refiera a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se ha comprobado que hubo un error de transcripción en el momento de redactar las enseñanzas de los colegios de Educación Infantil y Primaria integrados con Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (CEIPIESO) y que no se incluyeron en el anexo los Centros de Educación de Personas Adultas (CEPA) &nbsp;y es necesario corregirlo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
