&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 18 de febrero de 2021 se aprueba la convocatoria de ayudas para gastos de movilidad para estudiantes de ciclos formativos de formación profesional básica, grado medio, grado superior, bachillerato, estudios del instituto de tecnificación deportiva, estudios reglados de danza y enseñanzas profesionales de música que no se hayan podido realizar dentro del municipio de Santanyí durante el curso escolar 2020/2021, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE REGULAN LA CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS AL ESTUDIO DIRIGIDA A ESTUDIANTES DE CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL BÁSICA, GRADO MEDIO, GRADO SUPERIOR, BACHILLERATO, ESTUDIOS DEL INSTITUTO DE TECNIFICACIÓN DEPORTIVA, ESTUDIOS REGLADOS DE DANZA Y ENSEÑANZAS PROFESIONALES DE MÚSICA PARA EL CURSO 2020/2021&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Santanyí convoca, mediante la Regiduría de Juventud, dentro de la labor que desarrolla el Centre d'Informació Jove, una línea de AYUDAS PARA GASTOS DE MOVILIDAD para estudiantes de CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL BÁSICA, GRADO MEDIO, GRADO SUPERIOR, BACHILLERATO, ESTUDIOS DEL INSTITUTO DE TECNIFICACIÓN DEPORTIVA, ESTUDIOS REGLADOS DE DANZA Y ENSEÑANZAS PROFESIONALES DE MÚSICA que no se hayan podido realizar dentro del municipio de Santanyí durante el curso escolar 2020/2021. El objetivo de esta línea de ayudas es estimular y fomentar el estudio entre los jóvenes del municipio, que con esta ayuda podrán sufragar parte de los gastos derivados de su formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se establecen ayudas con el fin de dar apoyo económico a los gastos de movilidad de los alumnos empadronados en el municipio de Santanyí, que han cursado estudios de los ciclos formativos de formación profesional básica, de grado medio, grado superior, bachillerato y enseñanzas profesionales de música, estudios de tecnificación deportiva, estudios reglados de danza que no se han podido realizar en el municipio de Santanyí durante el curso 2020/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En todo caso, estas ayudas son de carácter voluntario, libremente revocables y reducibles, no generan ningún derecho a la obtención en años posteriores y no son invocables como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Importe, crédito presupuestario y cuantía de las subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La dotación económica de esta convocatoria para el curso 2020/2021 es de un máximo de 6.000 € con cargo a la aplicación 2021-16-32603-48701-01 del presupuesto de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La cuantía máxima destinada a cada ayuda que cumpla todos los requisitos exigidos a los beneficiarios en las presentes bases es de 200 €. En el caso de no existir crédito presupuestario suficiente para atender todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos, se procederá al prorrateo del importe máximo global destinado a la subvención entre todos los beneficiarios (solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos) (art. 22.1 LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estas ayudas se liquidarán mediante un solo pago, que se hará efectivo una vez se haya concluido la tramitación de la presente convocatoria y atendiendo a la disposición del departamento municipal de Intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisitos para ser solicitante/beneficiario de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pueden ser solicitantes de esta convocatoria las personas que acrediten:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Estar empadronadas en el municipio de Santanyí, con una antigüedad de 5 años a contar de la fecha de publicación de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Haber estado matriculadas de la totalidad del curso o de un mínimo de cuatro asignaturas, durante el curso 2020/2021, como estudiante de un ciclo formativo de formación profesional básica, de grado medio, ciclo formativo de grado superior, bachillerato, estudios del instituto de tecnificación deportiva, enseñanzas profesionales de música y estudios reglados de danza que no se pudiera realizar en el municipio de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Haber obtenido como nota media del curso 2020/2021 la calificación de 5'5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. No encontrarse incursa en ninguna de las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario señaladas en el apartado 3 del artículo 6 de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, aprobadas en sesión de Pleno ordinaria de 28 de diciembre de 2020, y en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y especialmente se debe encontrar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Presentación de solicitudes y plazo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1- Las solicitudes completa y correctamente cumplimentadas se formalizarán en un modelo único de instancia que figura como Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El hecho de presentar la solicitud supone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- aceptar estas bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- la certeza de los datos consignados en solicitud y de las que aparecen en la documentación adjunta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- dar anticipadamente el consentimiento al Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para que pueda realizar las comprobaciones que considere convenientes durante todo el procedimiento de tramitación de la subvención. Así como, que se puedan solicitar de oficio los correspondientes certificados de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2- En la solicitud se debe adjuntar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Fotocopia DNI/NIF del solicitante o documento equivalente y del representante legal, si el solicitante fuera menor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Fotocopia del libro de familia, en el caso de solicitante menor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Extracto de notas finales del curso. Para calcular la nota media a que se refiere el requisito 3º para ser beneficiario -base 3 de esta convocatoria-, las calificaciones se computarán según el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;d) Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario de subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y en el apartado 2.B.a) del artículo 6 de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, y autorización para solicitar de oficio los certificados de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias municipales (Anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Fotocopia de los datos de la cuenta corriente del solicitante para hacer el ingreso de la subvención que se pueda conceder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3- El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes, y toda la documentación complementaria, irá &lt;strong&gt;del 1 al 30 de septiembre&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;ambos incluidos&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La solicitud y demás documentación exigida (véase anexos de estas bases) se presentarán en el registro general del Ayuntamiento, en cualquiera de las dos oficinas municipales (Santanyí y Cala d'Or), de lunes a viernes y en horario de 9 a 14 horas. También se pueden presentar en cualquiera de los lugares establecidos en el apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4- Si la solicitud tiene algún defecto o no va acompañada de toda la documentación mencionada, se requerirá la persona solicitante para que, en el plazo de 10 días, subsane el defecto o aporte la documentación, con la indicación que si no lo hace, de conformidad con el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se considerará que desiste de solicitud y archivará expediente sin más trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Procedimiento de concesión, competencia y resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión será el de concurrencia entre las personas solicitantes, que cumplan con los requisitos exigidos para tener la consideración de beneficiario y presenten toda la documentación dentro del plazo establecido. El importe máximo previsto para cada solicitante es de 200 €. En caso de que el crédito máximo previsto no fuera suficiente para atender todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos, tal como determina la base 2, se procederá al prorrateo del importe máximo previsto en la convocatoria entre todos los beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí es el órgano competente para tramitar las solicitudes y resolver esta convocatoria. Una vez que los servicios técnicos de este Ayuntamiento hayan determinado que las solicitudes son completas y conformes con el contenido de estas bases, la regidora de Educación, o la persona que la supla, emitirá una propuesta de resolución, la cual se publicará en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Ayuntamiento, para que los interesados, en el plazo máximo de &lt;strong&gt;5 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, puedan alegar lo que consideren oportuno. Se entenderá que las personas que no presentan alegaciones aceptan la subvención en los términos de la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La propuesta de resolución que se ha convertido definitiva o la resolución expresa del Alcalde, si resulta necesaria dada la presentación de alegaciones a la propuesta de resolución, finalizan el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. Esta segunda también se publicará en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, tanto la propuesta de resolución como la resolución definitiva, caso de dictarse, deben especificar los siguientes aspectos: beneficiario, cuantía individual otorgada determinada según la fórmula que se establece en el punto 3 de estas bases, aplicación presupuestaria a la que se aplica y forma de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver este procedimiento es el 19&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de noviembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La resolución de Alcaldía que concede o deniega la ayuda solicitada pone fin a la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el marco del artículo 30.7 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, estas ayudas se justifican por el hecho de cumplir los requisitos necesarios para beneficiarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Compatibilidad con otras subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de que la persona beneficiaria reciba otras subvenciones o ayudas para la misma actividad o tipo de actuación, el importe de todas las subvenciones otorgadas no puede ser, en ningún caso, de tal cuantía que, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además de las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que son de aplicación a los beneficiarios de una subvención, deben cumplirse las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Aceptar y cumplir la normativa del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento la realización de la actividad subvencionada con la documentación correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Facilitar toda la información que requiera el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Someterse a las actuaciones de fiscalización y control de la Intervención del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9. Pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El pago de la subvención únicamente puede efectuarse una vez dictada la resolución correspondiente y presentada la documentación exigida, a la cuenta corriente indicada al efecto por la persona beneficiaria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Revocación y reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se podrán anular total o parcialmente las subvenciones y ayudas concedidas de acuerdo con esta convocatoria en el supuesto de que la persona beneficiaria incurra en alguna de las causas previstas en los artículos 36 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones y los artículos 24 y 25 de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, así como en el caso de incumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones previstas en estas bases y el resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En estos casos, el beneficiario vendrá obligado al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y de los intereses de demora que correspondan, previa tramitación del procedimiento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Infracciones y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en estas bases o en la normativa de aplicación, da lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el Capítulo V de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en estas bases reguladoras será de aplicación, las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, aprobadas por acuerdo de Pleno ordinario de fecha 28 de diciembre de 2020, la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre general de subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio de 2006, que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nota: Acceso a los modelos y solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
