18453 50 2021-03-04 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mediante el presente anuncio se hace público que en fecha 26 de febrero de 2021 se ha emitido decreto de Alcaldía 2021/106 el tenor literal del que dispone:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>"Nombramiento de funcionarios en prácticas en el marco del proceso selectivo para cubrir como funcionarios de carrera 3 plazas vacantes de la categoría de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar mediante el procedimiento ordinario</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dada la actual tramitación de proceso selectivo para cubrir como funcionarios de carrera 3 plazas vacantes de la categoría de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar mediante el procedimiento ordinario (convocatoria y bases del referido procedimiento selectivo fueron publicadas en el BOIB núm. 118 de fecha 4 de julio de 2020 y anunciadas en el BOE núm. 198 de fecha 21 de julio de 2020).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dado el acuerdo adoptado por la Junta de Gobierno en sesión extraordinaria de fecha 25 de febrero de 2021 el tenor literal del que dispone:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"Aprobación de la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado la oposición del proceso selectivo para cubrir como funcionarios de carrera 3 plazas vacantes de la categoría de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar mediante el procedimiento ordinario</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Dada la actual tramitación de proceso selectivo para cubrir como funcionarios de carrera 3 plazas vacantes de la categoría de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar mediante el procedimiento ordinario (convocatoria y bases del referido procedimiento selectivo fueron publicadas el BOIB núm. 118 de fecha 4 de julio de 2020 y anunciadas en el BOE núm. 198 de fecha 21 de julio de 2020).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Dadas las actuaciones, documentos y actas de sesiones del Tribunal Calificador del referido proceso selectivo existentes en el expediente y publicadas en la sede electrónica municipal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Y vista la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador acordada en sesión de fecha 25 de febrero de 2021 el tenor literal de la que dispone:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
