    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mediante acuerdo adoptado por la Junta de Gobierno Local de este Ayuntamiento, de día 25 de febrero de 2021, se aprobó la modificación de la Oferta de Empleo Público correspondiente a las plazas que a continuación se reseñan para el año 2021, en cumplimiento del artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, y el artículo 70 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público aprobado por Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer alternativamente recurso de reposición potestativo ante el órgano que lo haya dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar des del día siguiente de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso-administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contenciosos-administrativa. Si optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No obstante, se podrá interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa y el artículo 40 de la Ley 39/2015, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Así mismo, se podrá interponer reclamación ante la Comisión prevista en el Decreto&amp;nbsp;24/2016, de 29 de abril, de creación y de atribuciones de competencias a la Comisión para la resolución de las reclamaciones en materia de acceso a la información pública (BOIB núm. 54, de 30 de abril de 2016), en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de que se haya notificado, de acuerdo con el artículo 24 y la disposición adicional cuarta de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de discrepancia con la versión catalana y la versión castellana prevalecerá la versión catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
