La Resolución del director general de Planificación, Evaluación y Farmacia de 25 de noviembre de 2015 convocó un concurso de méritos para la adjudicación de 34 oficinas de farmacia (BOIB núm. 174, de 26 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Por Resolución del director general de Prestaciones y Farmacia de 12 de marzo de 2020 se aprobó la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos para participar en el concurso de méritos convocado (BOIB núm. 105, de 9 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. En fecha 29 de mayo de 2020, la participante señora Isabel Marina Oliver Karger presentó escrito de renuncia al concurso. Por Resolución del director general de Prestaciones y Farmacia de 3 de junio de 2020, fue declarado concluso por desistimiento su expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. En fecha 15 de junio de 2020, la señora Joana Mª Quetglas Oliver presentó un recurso de alzada contra la Resolución del director general de Prestaciones y Farmacia de 12 de marzo de 2020 por la que se aprobó la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos para participar en el concurso de méritos convocado, al resultar excluida del listado definitivo de aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Por Resolución de la consejera de Salud y Consumo de 3 de diciembre de 2020, ha sido estimado el recurso de alzada y se ha resuelto incluir a la recurrente en el listado definitivo de aspirantes admitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Incluir a la señora Joana Mª Quetglas Oliver, con DNI ***6997**, en el listado definitivo de aspirantes admitidos en el concurso de méritos para la adjudicación de 34 oficinas de farmacia convocado mediante Resolución del director general de Planificación, Evaluación y Farmacia de 25 de noviembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 174, de 26 de noviembre) que se adjunta como anexo 1 a esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Excluir por renuncia a la señora Isabel Marina Oliver Karger, con DNI ***1428**, de la participación en el concurso de méritos para la adjudicación de 34 oficinas de farmacia convocado mediante Resolución del director general de Planificación, Evaluación y Farmacia de 25 de noviembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 174, de 26 de noviembre) e incluirla en el listado definitivo de aspirantes excluidos que se adjunta como anexo 2 a esta resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución -que no agota la vía administrativa- las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante la consejera de Salud y Consumo en el plazo de un mes, de acuerdo con el artículo 114.1 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
