210 ![CDATA[Resolución del director general de Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores de 17 de febrero de 2021 por la que se convocan dos cursos de formación específica para la habilitación como asesores y evaluadores de las unidades de competencia de varias cualificaciones profesionales para el procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación]] 6189 2021-02-23 CAIB text/html 6192 es CAIB 3324 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">El Real Decreto 1224/2009, de 17 de julio, de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral, prevé que las tareas de asesoramiento y/o de evaluación las ejerzan personas habilitadas a tal efecto por las administraciones competentes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Según el artículo 25.1 del Real Decreto citado, para obtener la habilitación para ejercer estas funciones de asesoramiento o de evaluación deben reunirse una serie de requisitos de experiencia en determinados colectivos, así como haber superado un curso de formación específica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Tal como prevé el artículo 22.1.<em>e)</em> del Real Decreto 1224/2009, este curso de formación específica lo planifican y gestionan las administraciones responsables del procedimiento de evaluación y acreditación, que a la vez son las competentes para habilitar al personal asesor y evaluador del procedimiento mencionado. En este sentido, también el artículo 25.1.<em>b)</em> del mismo Real Decreto señala que el curso deben organizarlo y supervisar las administraciones competentes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Esta convocatoria está financiada por el Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">La Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional del Govern de las Illes Balears tiene previsto publicar próximamente varias convocatorias de procedimientos de acreditación de competencias profesionales adquiridas a través de la experiencia laboral o de vías no formales de formación de varias cualificaciones profesionales, por lo que es necesario contar con un número suficiente de personas habilitadas como asesores y evaluadores.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">De acuerdo con el Decreto 55/2011, de 20 de mayo, regulador de la estructura organizativa del procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por la experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación en la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, el Instituto de las Cualificaciones Profesionales de las Illes Balears es el órgano encargado de habilitar a los asesores y evaluadores y mantener su registro, así como de planificar y gestionar la formación inicial y continua de los asesores y evaluadores.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Aprobar las bases que rigen la convocatoria de dos cursos de formación específica para la habilitación como asesores y evaluadores de las unidades de competencia de varias cualificaciones profesionales para el procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación. Además, aquellas personas que resulten habilitadas en esta convocatoria se comprometen a participar como asesores y/o evaluadores en el procedimiento de acreditación, y pueden ser nombradas de oficio según las necesidades que determine el órgano gestor.</span></span></li> </ol> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
