    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 20 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que es personal eventual aquél que, en virtud de un nombramiento legal, ocupa, con carácter temporal, puestos de trabajo considerados de confianza o de asesoramiento especial de la Presidencia o de los consejeros o de las consejeras, no reservados a personal funcionario de carrera; y que el presidente y los consejeros nombran libremente a su personal eventual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Estos nombramientos y ceses tienen que publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Nombrar, como personal eventual de la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura, las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- la Sra. Antonia Gabriela Alomar Mascaró, con DNI número *****203J, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de jefa de gabinete.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- el Sr. José Javier Mateo Beltrán, con DNI número *****275X, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de responsable de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- la Sra. Francina Marquès Oleo, con DNI número *****587R, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de interlocutora parlamentaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- el Sr. Marcos Torio Magro, con DNI número *****174E, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de asesor técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- el Sr. Marcel Pich Esteve, con DNI número *****888D, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de asesor técnico de la Secretaria Autonómica de Universidad, Investigación y Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;estos nombramientos, que tienen efectos desde el 15 de febrero de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
