De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la Resolución mencionada, el plazo para presentar las solicitudes finalizó&nbsp;el día 30 de junio de 2019.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">4. Las personas interesadas señaladas en el anexo de esta resolución han presentado, en forma, una solicitud de desistimiento de la ayuda.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Fundamentos de derecho</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">1.Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">2. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Propuesta de Resolución de desistimiento</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">1. Dar por desistidas las solicitudes de la línea de ayudas "Creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores", presentadas por los interesados relacionados en el Anexo I, que son un total de 5 expedientes que comienza con ISABEL NAIARA PERICÁS FIOL y acaba con DOLORES SÁNCHEZ POLO, por los motivos descritos en el citado anexo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y proceder al archivo de&nbsp;los expedientes relacionados en al Anexo I.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">3. Notificar esta resolución mediante la publicación en el <span style="color:#000000">Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
