    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aprobada por la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión ordinaria celebrada día 5 de febrero de 2021, la convocatoria premios carnaval municipio Andratx 2021, se hace público la presente convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;BASES PREMIOS CARNAVAL MUNICIPIO DE ANDRATX 2021&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con motivo de las medidas y recomendaciones sociosanitarias con relación a la situación provocada por la COVID-19 no se pueden llevar a cabo los tradicionales desfiles de Andratx y es por eso que hemos encontrado una alternativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conscientes de la necesidad de dar cumplimiento al calendario festivo y de la importancia que tiene para las familias, alumnos y población en general poder realizar actividades lúdicas y festivas dentro de un entorno familiar o controlado, se ha decidido adaptar “Sa Rua” a la actual situación de la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por parte del Ayuntamiento de Andratx se pretende un concurso de disfraces y unos premios denominados “Carnaval de Andratx 2021”, pasando íntegramente al formato virtual y con las características siguientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los grupos podrán mostrar sus disfraces al resto de la ciudadanía mediante unas fotografías que tendrán su adecuada difusión a los canales de comunicación del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se trata de un concurso de fotografía puesto que las fotografías serán únicamente el medio para mostrar los disfraces de las diferentes agrupaciones, que serán el objeto de valoración por parte del jurado de este concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El habitual desfile de disfraces será sustituida por la publicación de las fotografías de los grupos participantes, así como el anuncio de los grupos ganadores una vez hecha la deliberación del jurado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se podrá participar en forma individual o en grupo, en categorías infantil o adulto y con el premio especial de grupos en centros de enseñanza siempre que estén en sus grupos burbuja&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los grupos participantes constarán de un mínimo de dos personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Todos los participantes tendrán que respetar su grupo burbuja y respetar las medidas sanitarias obligatorias vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Y, finalmente, el plazo de inscripción será hasta el 21 de febrero de 2021 a las 23.59 horas de este. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1- PARTICIPANTES: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podrán participar en este concurso todas las personas físicas o grupos burbuja que estén empadronados o residan en el municipio de Andratx y de todas las edades de acuerdo con el punto 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2- INSCRIPCIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La inscripción al concurso se hará mediante un formulario que se encontrará en la web del Ayuntamiento&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de Andratx, donde se tendrá que indicar la persona representante y responsable, con las correspondientes autorizaciones de representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez inscritos los participantes recibirán un dorsal oficial del Ayuntamiento de Andratx enviado por&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;correo electrónico que supondrá la aceptación de la inscripción por parte del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El periodo para la inscripción y la remisión de las fotografías es desde la publicación del BOIB, hasta el 21 de febrero de 2021 a las 23.59.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es necesario rellenar todos los campos del formulario, cumplir las condiciones de registro que se solicitan y enviar un máximo de 3 fotografías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las inscripciones serán gratuitas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Individual adulto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Especial: grupos centres de enseñanza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- JURADO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los premios se darán a conocer posteriormente a la deliberación del jurado una vez cerrado el periodo de inscripciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El jurado para calificar a los participantes del Desfile 2021, estará integrado por 5 miembros representantes de las Asociaciones y Clubes inscritos al Registro Municipal de Asociaciones y profesionales del ámbito de la cultura o deportes del término municipal que realizarán un acta de la deliberación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Actuará como Presidente el miembro de más edad y de Secretario el más joven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(Si algún premio queda desierto los acuerdos tomados por el Jurado serán inapelables).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- CRITERIOS DE VALORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El jurado premiará a los participantes teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios valorativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Originalidad: innovadores, uso de materiales reciclados, curiosos...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Confección elaboración: hecho a mano, complicación, ornamento, complementos...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Vistosidad: colores, maquillaje, elementos complementarios...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Todas las votaciones se realizarán puntuando del 1 al 5, siendo 1 el mínimo y 5 el máximo, en caso de empate el jurado tendrá la potestad de ampliar criterios y dar puntos de más debidamente motivados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A juicio del jurado, si lo considera oportuno, puede declararse desierto algún premio o dividir su cuantía en caso de empate en la puntuación final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- PREMIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los premios del carnaval 2021 estarán dotados de un total de 4100 € repartidos de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Premio individual adulto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los premios se notificarán por parte del Ayuntamiento de Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Posteriormente, los premiados tendrán un periodo de un mes para presentar la documentación necesaria para su abono por parte de la Tesorería del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A tal efecto, si tiene que presentar la persona que figure como responsable del grupo representante de un menor, en el documento de inscripción al desfile, identificándose con el documento de identidad o representante de un menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta solicitud se hará por registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento, o en cualquier de las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Documento acreditativo del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fotocopia NIF/CIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Otra documentación complementaría que acredite la representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Documento Bancario/Sepa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.-&lt;/strong&gt; EL regidor delegado del área de deportes y fiestas elevará la propuesta según la Junta de Gobierno Local, órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento, incluyendo la posibilidad de que el premio no sea adjudicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.-&lt;/strong&gt;La convocatoria, las bases que la rigen y la resolución de la misma, se tienen que publicar en la página Web y tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. DERECHOS DE IMAGEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las fotografías y audiovisuales cedidos para el Concurso de Carnaval Municipio de Andratx 2021 serán de propiedad exclusiva del Ayuntamiento de Andratx y podrán ser utilizadas con fines promocionales. Al aceptar estas bases de participación en el concurso, las personas o los grupos participantes ceden los derechos de difusión,exhibición, distribución o publicación en el Ayuntamiento de Andratx de forma permanente e irrevocable, sin límite de tiempo y lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.-&lt;/strong&gt; El Ayuntamiento de Andratx tiene la facultad de decidir la exclusión de todos aquellos participantes que considere que la fotografía resulten ofensivas, pueden herir la sensibilidad a personas o colectivos, el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;contenido sea inadecuado, se perciba algún tipo de maltrato a personas o animales o no se&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cumplan las medidas establecidas por las autoridades sanitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.-&lt;/strong&gt; La inscripción y participación en los premios carnaval Municipio de Andratx 2021, compuerta la aceptación llena de estas bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
