    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se hace constar que la Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Algaida ha acordado aprobar las bases que tienen que regir la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones destinadas a preservar la actividad económica del municipio de Algaida de los efectos adversos del COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Lo cual se hace pública a los efectos del artículo 131 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS DEL PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN POR CONCURRENCIA COMPETITIVA DE SUBVENCIONES DESTINADAS A EMPRESAS DEL MUNICIPIO DE ALGAIDA PARA PROTEGER LA ACTIVIDAD ECONÓMICA LOCAL DEL IMPACTO DE LA COVID- 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.- Objeto y finalidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.El objeto de la presente convocatoria es otorgar ayudas destinadas a preservar la actividad económica del municipio de Algaida de los efectos adversos que haya podido originar la situación derivada de las medidas adoptadas para contener la difusión de la COVID-19. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En concreto, se establece el procedimiento para la concesión de ayudas con destino a sufragar gastos en que hayan incurrido los sujetos que puedan adquirir la condición de personas beneficiarias, siempre que los mismos estén orientados a promover la estabilidad y perdurabilidad de las empresas, así como la continuidad de los productos y servicios que preste (o la mejora de los mismos), o su posible diversificación por canales alternativos a los tradicionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.2 La finalidad de estas subvenciones es ayudar a los empresarios del municipio de Algaida a afrontar los efectos económicos adversos derivados de la COVID-19 que hayan podido sufrir. La crisis sanitaria provocada por el brote de COVID-19 se está transmitiendo a la economía y a la sociedad, afectando tanto a la actividad productiva como a la demanda y al bienestar de los ciudadanos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Es por ello que este Ayuntamiento, en este contexto, tiene como prioridad absoluta en materia económica proteger, preservar y dar soporte al tejido productivo y social para minimizar el impacto y conseguir que, ya finalizada la alarma sanitaria, se produzca lo más rápido posible una normalización en la actividad económica local. Por ello se ha dotado de un fondo para la prestación de estas subvenciones, ante el cierre obligatorio de sus establecimientos.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.3 De acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el artículo 29.2 de la Ley 20/2006 Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares, en relación con el artículo 25.1 y 5 de la Ley 7/1985 de Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 32 del Decreto Ley 8/2020, el Ayuntamiento puede otorgar las presentes subvenciones como medida de fomento que coadyuve a la recuperación económica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.- Personas beneficiarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarias de la subvención las personas físicas y jurídicas cuya actividad se encuentre recogida dentro de las obligadas al cierre obligatorio de los establecimientos recogidos en el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 11 de enero de 2021 por el que se establecen los niveles de alerta sanitaria por islas que estarán vigentes en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, conforme al Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de las Islas Baleares de 27 de noviembre de 2020, y se disponen medidas excepcionales aplicables a la isla de Mallorca y la de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.- Gastos subvencionables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.1 Las personas beneficiarias podrán optar a esta línea de ayuda, que subvencionará los gastos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Gastos en concepto de alquiler del local comercial. Deberá ser un establecimiento fijo de titularidad privada, con acceso directo e independiente desde la calle. El contrato de alquiler deberá estar a nombre del solicitante de la subvención, y ser anterior a la declaración del estado de alarma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Gastos corrientes destinados al desarrollo, mejora o mantenimiento de la actividad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gastos de seguros vinculados a la actividad empresarial (responsabilidad civil, accidente de vehículo, etc.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gastos por licencias de uso de herramientas y/o aplicaciones informáticas para el impulso y desarrollo del teletrabajo o el comercio electrónico por Internet vinculados a la actividad empresarial.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gastos de diseño Web de página destinada a la promoción comercial y/o venta de productos, gastos de dominio, actualización, mantenimiento y revisión de dicha Web, así como actualización de la presencia de la empresa en redes sociales y plataformas de comercio electrónico.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Combustible y gastos de mantenimiento de vehículos: gastos ocasionados por la compra de combustibles para la realización de la actividad económica dada de alta en el Epígrafe 721.2. Los servicios de mantenimiento de vehículos deben realizarse por talleres autorizados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gastos en suministros de energía eléctrica, agua y comunicaciones (Internet, teléfono, etc) vinculados al local comercial donde se desarrolle la actividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gastos de préstamos hipotecarios de inmuebles vinculados a la actividad empresarial: importes pagados a entidades bancarias para la adquisición de un local donde se ejerza la actividad principal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.2. Los gastos anteriores deberán, de manera indudable, responder a la naturaleza y objeto de la actividad subvencionada, y haberse abonado efectivamente previamente a la solicitud de subvención por el beneficiario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.- Requisitos de las personas solicitantes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las personas o entidades interesadas en esta subvención deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Deberán tener su domicilio fiscal y su actividad en el municipio de Algaida. Se entenderá por “domicilio fiscal” el último que figure como tal en el Impuesto de Actividades Económicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Contar con el correspondiente título habilitante municipal para ejercer la actividad, o haberlo solicitado antes del inicio del estado de alarma. En el caso de alquileres o gastos de hipoteca, debe ser por el que se solicite la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Haber presentado la declaración censal de alta en el Impuesto de Actividades Económicas y en el Régimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia, en la fecha de la declaración del estado de alarma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Haber justificado cualquier subvención que le haya estado concedida con anterioridad por el Ayuntamiento de Algaida, siempre que haya finalizado el correspondiente plazo de justificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5.- Periodo subvencionable y cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5.1 El periodo subvencionable será el comprendido entre 14 de marzo de 2020 (declaración del estado de alarma) y el día anterior a la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5.2 Los posibles beneficiarios podrán solicitar esta ayuda, la que supondrá la otorgación de una cuantía fija de 1.000 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Crédito presupuestario total máximo para la subvención es de 30.000 euros, que figura consignado en la partida presupuestaria 2021/01/433/47900. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En caso de que el total de ayudas supere la consignación presupuestaria, se reducirán proporcionalmente las cantidades concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6.- Plazo y forma de presentación de las solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6.1 El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;10 días hábiles, &lt;/strong&gt;a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de las presentes bases y convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la página web municipal.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Los modelos normalizados, así como las bases y el resto de documentación asociada al expediente, estará disponible en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Algaida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6.2 Sólo se atenderá una solicitud por empresa (persona física o jurídica) y actividad económica afectada, independientemente de que realicen más de una actividad económica, o de que disponga, de uno o más establecimientos o locales para el ejercicio de la o las actividades. Si diversas personas físicas o jurídicas comparten el mismo establecimiento sólo una podrá optar a la ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6.3 Las solicitudes se formalizarán por escrito en modelo normalizado de solicitud que se acompaña como Anexo 1, dirigidas a la Alcaldía-Presidencia e irán acompañadas de la documentación indicada en la base siguiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las solicitudes podrán ser presentadas de forma presencial en el Registro Genera de las Oficinas Municipales o bien utilizando cualquiera de los medios establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7.- Documentación a acompañar a la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7.1 Documentación relativa al solicitante&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Fotocopia del CIF de la empresa o DNI/NIE del solicitante.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI/NIE del firmante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Poder de representación del firmante de la solicitud, en caso de actuar por medio de representante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el caso de sociedades, escritura pública o contrato privado de constitución de la entidad, así como fotocopia de escritura de poder de representación suficiente de quien actúe en su nombre, cuando se trate de personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8.- Procedimiento, resolución y pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8.1 El procedimiento de concesión se tramitará en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, según lo establecido en el artículo 22.1 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La gestión de las ayudas contempladas en la presente convocatoria se sujetará a los principios de publicidad, transparencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, así como la eficacia en el cumplimiento de objetivos y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8.2 El órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento es la alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Algaida, que deberá dictar y notificar a los interesados la resolución del procedimiento en el plazo máximo de tres meses contadores desde la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las actas de trámite del presente procedimiento, así como la resolución de éste, se publicarán en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Algaida (http://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En caso de ser necesario, se requerirá a los solicitantes para que aporten cuanta documentación e información complementaria se estime oportuna para fundamentar su derecho, así como para que se proceda a la corrección de los defectos apreciados en la solicitud, en el plazo de diez días hábiles. También podrá realizar de oficio cuantas actuaciones considere necesarias y convenientes para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos que figuren en las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8.3 El pago de estas subvenciones se realizará en un pago único a cada beneficiario por la totalidad del importe concedido, mediante transferencia bancaria, a partir de la fecha de la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;9.- Tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;De conformidad con lo que se prevé en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales el responsable del tratamiento de sus datos será el Ayuntamiento de Algaida (CIF: P0700400E, C/ del Rei, 6 – 07210 Algaida, Illes Balears), único destinatario de la información aportada voluntariamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Los interesados podrán ejercer sus derechos por correo postal, adjuntando una fotocopia del DNI o documento equivalente, dirigido al Ayuntamiento de Algaida, Carrer del Rei, 6, 07210 Algaida, Illes Balears; presencialmente, mediante escrito presentado en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Algaida, o a través de cualquiera de los medios establecidos en el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;10.- Legislación supletoria e interpretación de las bases.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En todo lo no previsto, en las presentes bases regirá lo que se dispone en el Reglamento de la Ley General de Subvenciones (Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Igualmente, le serán aplicables los preceptos básicos de la Ley 32/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, así como el resto de disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que sean de aplicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Para todas aquellas cuestiones no contempladas en las presentes Bases, y la interpretación de las dudas que puedan surgir en su aplicación, será competente el órgano con facultades para aprobar las mismas, que queda autorizado para dictar aquellos actos que sean precisos para su desarrollo.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
