&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fecha 27 de noviembre de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2020, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la presidenta del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears (ICIB) dictó la Resolución por la se convoca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;yudas para la promoción del territorio de las Illes Balears como espacio para rodajes, derivado del Acuerdo marco de colaboración entre la Consejería de Presidencia, Cultura e Igualdad y la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB n.º 58, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;28 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Durante el plazo de presentación de solicitudes para optar a las subvenciones mencionadas, el ICIB recibió cuatro solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. El 28 de diciembre de 2020 el instructor firmó y publicó en el web del ICIB la Propuesta de resolución provisional de la directora del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears en relación con la convocatoria de ayudas &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para la promoción del territorio de las Illes Balears como espacio para rodajes, derivado del Acuerdo marco de colaboración entre la Consejería de Presidencia, Cultura e Igualdad y la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. De acuerdo con el apartado 11.1 de la convocatoria, las personas interesadas disponían de un plazo de cinco días hábiles para presentar alegaciones a la Propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. Durante este plazo, no se han presentado alegaciones contra la Propuesta de resolución mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El Text Refundido de las Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB n.º 100, de 11 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El artículo 20.&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) de los Estatutos del ICIB, aprobados por el Decreto 50/2018, de 21 de diciembre, que dispone que la directora del ICIB es el órgano competente para la concesión de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. La Resolución de la Presidenta del ICIB de 27 de noviembre por la que se convocan las ayudas &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para la promoción del territorio de las Illes Balears como espacio para rodajes, derivado del Acuerdo marco de colaboración entre la Consejería de Presidencia, Cultura e Igualdad y la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por el importe total de &lt;strong&gt;7.296€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado para cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos, con los importes detallados en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso de alzada ante la presidenta del ICIB, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
