&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La primera Teniente de alcalde &amp;nbsp;del Área de Seguridad Ciudadana por decreto núm. AJT 202100541 de fecha 18 de enero de 2020 ha resuelto lo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Requerir a los titulares de los vehículos que se detallan a continuación para que en el plazo de un mes procedan a su retirada de la vía pública, dado que, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 106.1.b) del Real Decreto Legislativo 6/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial, han permanecido estacionados en la vía pública por un periodo superior a un mes en el mismo lugar y presentan desperfectos que hacen imposible su desplazamiento por sus propios medios o, les faltan las placas de matrícula y, en el supuesto de que no fuera retirado en el plazo establecido, se procederá a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a) A su traslado a un Centro Autorizado de Tratamiento (CAT)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;b) La baja de oficio en el Registro de la Dirección General de Tráfico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;c) El abono, a cargo de los titulares de los vehículos, de las tasas correspondientes a la retirada del vehículo y la declaración de abandono, descontaminación, desguace y gestión de la baja administrativa, que ascienden a la cantidad de 432,89 euros (132'61 euros por la retirada y 300'28 euros por la declaración de abandono, descontaminación, desguace y gestión de la baja administrativa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
