1050 es 2021-02-04 es 2021-02-04 644552 CAIB CAIB ![CDATA[Anuncio de notificación de deudas pendientes del suministro de agua potable y aviso de suspensión 2º trimestre 2020]] 3992 2021-02-03 1016 CAIB text/html 3992 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de la comunicación que se inserta y no existiendo constancia de su recepción por los interesados, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 43 de Ley 39/2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo común, se notifica por el presente a las personas que se relacionan en el ANEXO I, la siguiente comunicación:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"Lo que se comunica para su conocimiento y efectos, de conformidad con el artículo 67 del Reglamento Municipal Regulador de los servicios municipales de suministro de agua potable y saneamiento de aguas residuales (BOIB Núm. 76 de 30 de mayo de 2013) asimismo se le indica que dispondrá de un plazo de 30 días hábiles, a contar desde la recepción de la presente notificación, para que formule las alegaciones que estime conveniente y / o adopte las medidas oportunas para restablecer la situación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Os informamos que para proceder al pago se podrá realizar mediante transferencia bancaria al siguiente IBAN del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margarita: ES45 0049 3186 5323 1400 1300 BANCO SANTANDER (BIC BSCHESMM)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el concepto se indicará el número de contrato.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">También os informamos que transcurrido el plazo de dos meses desde la realización de la presente notificación, sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones se podrá proceder al corte del servicio.Igualmente y de conformidad con el artículo 82 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se le advierte de que se trata de un acto de trámite y consecuentemente no procede la interposición de recursos contra este. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Sin embargo, las resoluciones y los actos de trámite que decidan, directa o indirectamente, el fondo del asunto, determinen la imposibilidad de continuar el procedimiento, produzcan indefensión o perjuicio irreparable a derechos e intereses legítimos, de conformidad con el artículo 112.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, podrá interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición, que habrá que fundar en cualquiera de los motivos de nulidad y anulabilidad previstos en los artículos 47 y 48 de la citada Ley . El plazo para interponer recurso potestativo de reposición será de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación. El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución del recurso de reposición será de un mes, desde su interposición (artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Todo ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o reclamación que considere conveniente interponerse.
