    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que mediante Resolución de Alcaldía nº. 37, de fecha 28.01.2021 se ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"Aprobada la plantilla de personal comprensiva de los puestos de trabajo reservados a funcionarios, personal laboral y eventual de este Ayuntamiento, junto con el Presupuesto para el ejercicio 2021, corresponde ahora dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, en relación al artículo 70 del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobando y publicando la oferta pública de empleo del personal al servicio de este Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el artículo 21.1 apartado g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, dispone que corresponde al Alcalde la aprobación de la oferta pública de acuerdo con lo presupuesto y la plantilla aprobados por el Pleno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la oferta pública de empleo de personal de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2021, que cuenta con los siguientes puestos de trabajo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
