En fecha 15 de mayo de 2017 y en sesión de carácter ordinario, el Consejo Ejecutivo del CIM aprobó las bases y la convocatoria de las ayudas en materia cinegética para el año 2017 (BOIB n.º 74 de 17 de junio de 2017).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">2. El 19 de octubre de 2020 y en sesión de carácter ordinario, el Consejo Ejecutivo del CIM aprobó la convocatoria de las ayudas en materia cinegética para el año 2020 con las mismas bases del año 2017, sustituyendo el año 2017 por el año 2020 (BOIB n.º 188 de 31 de octubre de 2020).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">3. El objeto de esta convocatoria es apoyar determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro en materia cinegética que contribuyan a mejorar la capacidad, el aprovechamiento y la sostenibilidad de los recursos que son objeto de explotación, llevadas a cabo entre el 1 de diciembre de 2019 y el 30 de noviembre de 2020.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">4. La dotación presupuestaria de esta convocatoria es de 15.000 € de la partida 5.41910.4890000. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">5. La 4.ª de las bases especifica las actividades subvencionables, la 6.ª especifica los requisitos y la 7.ª indica la documentación, tanto administrativa como específica, que deben presentar los solicitantes de las ayudas. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">6. La base 8.ª especifica que el porcentaje máximo de subvención por solicitante será de un 80% del coste de las actuaciones, y que cada solicitante podrá recibir un máximo de 5.000 €, excepto que se demuestre que el beneficiario representa el conjunto de las entidades de cazadores de Menorca.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">7. El 1 de diciembre de 2020 se agotó el plazo de presentación de solicitudes (30 días naturales a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la convocatoria en el BOIB). El 3 de diciembre de 2020 el instructor del expediente emitió un informe del cual se desprende que se han presentado, en tiempo y forma, las tres solicitudes que se relacionan a continuación:</span></span></span></p> <table border="1" style="border:undefined; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">b) Esperar el resultado del requerimiento al Club Esportiu Societat de Caçadors d'Alaior para que enmiende la solicitud y los anexos III y IV, y presente, en fase de comprobación, los justificantes de tres de los gastos relacionados. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">9. El 11 de diciembre de 2020, el instructor del expediente emitió un segundo informe del cual se desprende: que el Club Esportiu Societat de Caçadors d'Alaior ha aportado, en tiempo y forma, la documentación requerida, y que la Socie<span style="color:#000000">tat </span>de Perdigoters de Menorca no ha justificado adecuadamente el gasto del viaje.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">10.
