    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de día 5-10-2020 (BOIB n.º 181 de 22-10-2020) por el cual se aprueban la convocatoria y las bases de las ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca en las escuelas de música de Menorca para el curso 2019-2020; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizaba día 13 de noviembre de 2020 y que se han presentado ocho solicitudes; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Dado que en esta convocatoria se destinaban 66.000 € con cargo a la partida 4620000 del programa 32600 y que el importe máximo por solicitud es de 15.000 €;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Dado que se ha reunido la comisión evaluadora para valorar las solicitudes presentadas;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Conceder a las entidades que se relacionan a continuación las siguientes ayudas:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se distribuyen un total de 66.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que le comunico para su conocimiento ya los efectos que correspondan, al mismo tiempo que se hace saber que contra el acto precedente, puede interponer, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de recepción de esta notificación, recurso contencioso administrativo ante el&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Juzgado contencioso administrativo competente&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;; todo ello sin perjuicio de la posibilidad de efectuar el requerimiento a que hace referencia el artículo 44 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, que regula la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, que deberá dirigirse a este mismo órgano en el plazo máximo de dos meses contados desde la fecha de la notificación del presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalmente, cabe indicar que el hecho de formular el requerimiento o de interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo a que se ha hecho referencia en el párrafo anterior no suspende la eficacia del acuerdo impugnado ni interrumpe los plazos que se puedan derivar, excepto que la autoridad competente lo acuerde expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
