    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento Pleno en sesión de día 19 de octubre de 2020 la actualización del Reglamento para regular el uso y gestión de la Desechería Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, y dado que durante el plazo de exposición pública no se ha presentado ninguna reclamación, y por tanto, acontece aprobada definitivamente, se publica íntegramente en cumplimiento del dispuesto a la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y a la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la aprobación definitiva de este Reglamento se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo contencioso administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día de la presente publicación, de acuerdo con el dispuesto en los artículos 10.1.b y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consulta e información del expediente.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

T.M. DE FELANITX.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este reglamento pretende regular el uso y gestión de la instalación definida en el presente documento como desechería, situada a C/ Son Cerdà, parcela 39, polígono industrial, Felanitx, para conseguir su correcto funcionamiento como centro de recepción, almacenamiento y preclasificación de residuos domésticos y, en algunos casos, también comerciales, de procedencia municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo esto de acuerdo con las correspondientes ordenanzas municipales debidamente aprobadas por el Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, y resto de normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Accesoriamente, este reglamento también se puede aplicar a la regulación del uso y gestión de los parques verdes municipales en todo aquello que sea de aplicación, a los efectos del vigente Plan director sectorial por la gestión de los residuos no peligrosos de Mallorca, así como la Ley 08/2019 de residuos y suelos contaminados de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. Objetivos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los objetivos del presente reglamento son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Definir los aspectos generales relacionados con la gestión y el uso de la desechería, y fomentar su utilización y buen funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Contribuir a la reducción, reutilización y el reciclaje de residuos municipales, con la aceptación de manera selectiva los diferentes flujos de residuos, para permitir su correcta reutilización, reciclaje y valorización, o subsidiariamente, la correcta gestión, con la finalidad primordial de reducir, en lo posible, el impacto negativo que genera sobre el medio la mala gestión de los residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Lograr los máximos niveles de calidad en las fracciones depositadas, con la reducción al mínimo la presencia de materiales impropios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Facilitar la aportación de residuos domésticos de difícil gestión por parte de las personas usuarias admitidas, como son los voluminosos, restos de podas, residuos de construcción y demolición resultantes de obras menores, y otros residuos especiales, con el objeto de contribuir a la eliminación de vertidos incontrolados de estos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Facilitar la recogida diferenciada de residuos peligrosos domésticos, para gestionarlos adecuadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Mejorar la gestión de los residuos municipales en su conjunto, con la adaptación a las normativas estatales y locales en materia de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Adaptarse a los requisitos técnicos mínimos especificados en la normativa vigente en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Adaptarse a las condiciones requeridas para la obtención de la autorización administrativa como instalaciones de almacenamiento y preclasificación de residuos en el ámbito de la recogida, de acuerdo con el artículo 27-1 de la Ley 22/2011, de residuos y suelos contaminados (BOE núm. 181, de 29 de julio de 2011) y la Ley 8/2019, de residuos y suelos contaminados en las Islas Baleares, en su artículo 46.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. Definiciones.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de aplicar este Reglamento, se asumen las definiciones incluidas en la normativa sectorial siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El que dispone el artículo 3 de la Ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio, de residuos y suelos contaminados (BOE n.º 181, de 29 de julio de 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Respecto de los residuos de envases, el que dispone el artículo 2.2 de la Ley 11/1997, de 24 de abril, de envases y residuos de envases (BOE n.º 99, de 25 de abril de 1997).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Respecto a los residuos de la construcción, el que dispone el artículo 2 del RD 105/2008, de 1 de febrero, por el cual se regula la producción y la gestión de los residuos de construcción y demolición. (BOE n.º 38, de 13 de febrero de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lista Europea de Residuos, la lista de residuos publicada al anexo segundo de la Orden del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente 304/2002, de 8 de febrero (BOE 43, de 19 de febrero de 2002) y las sucesivas actualizaciones que se hagan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Respecto de los residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos, el que dispone el artículo 3 del Real Decreto 110/2015, de 20 de febrero, sobre residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos (BOE n.º 45 sábado 21 de febrero de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, se definen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos: los aparatos que necesitan corriente eléctrica o campos electromagnéticos para funcionar debidamente y los aparatos necesarios para generar, transmitir y mesurar estas corrientes y campos, y se utilicen con una tensión nominal no superior a 1.000 W de corriente alterna y 1.500 W de corriente continúa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Desechos de origen animal: los subproductos animales, según el que dispone el Reglamento (CE) n.º 1069/2009 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo y el Reglamento (UE) n.º 142/2011, de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fracción orgánica de los residuos urbanos o municipales (FORM): los residuos orgánicos propios del hogar ―que se producen principalmente a las cocinas en la manipulación, preparación y consumo de la comida―, y también los residuos provenientes de generadores singulares como mercados municipales, restaurantes, hoteles, grandes superficies y similares. El contenido de residuos impropios, esto es, no materia orgánica, incluidos en la FORM, es como máximo de un 10% en peso del total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Parque verde o desechería: la instalación vigilada, equipada y condicionada con unos requisitos adecuados que permite la recogida selectiva de residuos de origen doméstico, peligrosos y no peligrosos, que no son objeto de recogida domiciliaria. Al mismo tiempo, puede actuar como servicio de apoyo para las fracciones que disponen de recogida municipal y para recoger los residuos producidos por actividades económicas pequeñas en cantidades limitadas, que cumplan los requisitos técnicos mínimos establecidos a la normativa vigente (Ley 8/2019, de residuos y suelos contaminados en las Islas Baleares y Plan Director de residuos no peligrosos de Mallorca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Productores o generadores singulares cualificados: los productores o poseedores de residuos calificados así por el ente local al que pertenecen, para ordenar y mejorar la recogida selectiva de sus residuos. Esta calificación es en función de la calidad y la cantidad de los residuos que producen, su localización, el tipo de actividad y los criterios ambientales y económicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Residuo inerte: el que dispone el artículo 2 del RD 1481/2001, de 27 de diciembre, por el cual se regula la eliminación de residuos mediante depósito en vertedero (BOE n.º 25, de 29 de enero de 2002).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Residuos sanitarios grupo II: el que dispone el artículo 5 del Decreto 136/1996, de 5 de julio, de ordenación de la gestión de los residuos sanitarios en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOCAIB n.º 91, de 20 de julio de 1996).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Residuos voluminosos (RV): residuos que por las dimensiones, el peso y las propiedades no pueden ser objeto de recogida ordinaria. En cualquier caso, se consideran residuos voluminosos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Otros residuos asimilables a los anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Electrodomésticos y aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Colchones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Muebles y otros enseres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transportista: el gestor de los residuos que, únicamente, los recoge y los transporta con carácter profesional desde el centro productor hasta el destino final a un gestor autorizado de residuos, cumpliendo las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 20 de la Ley 22/2011, mencionada. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. Competencias municipales.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Responsabilizar directamente o indirectamente del funcionamiento de la instalación y de la gestión logística de los residuos que se depositan, y aportar los recursos materiales y humanos necesarios al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Cumplir y hacer cumplir las condiciones mínimas de funcionamiento, de seguridad y prevención a la desechería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Realizar la gestión logística de los residuos, de acuerdo con la normativa específica aplicable, y atender los sistemas y tratamientos previstos en los correspondientes planes directores sectoriales y resto de normativa de aplicación.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. Concepto de la instalación.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se trata de una instalación que tiene que permitir la recogida selectiva de los residuos de origen doméstico, peligrosos y no peligrosos, que no son objeto de recogida domiciliaria. A la vez, también presta un servicio de apoyo para las fracciones que disponen de recogida municipal y un servicio para recoger los residuos producidos por actividades económicas pequeñas en cantidades limitadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo se podrán realizar a las instalaciones actividades de prevención y reutilización de objetos que comprendan, entre otros, la sensibilización, información, formación, intercambio, donación, venta y recogida de objetos cedidos para su reutilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se prevé realizar operaciones de valorización, código R12, correspondiente a intercambio de residuos para someterlos a cualquiera de las operaciones enumeradas entre R1 y R11, en terminología del anexo II de la Ley 22/2011 de residuos y suelos contaminados. Quedan incluidas aquí operaciones previas en la valorización, incluido el tratamiento previo, operaciones tales como el desmontaje, clasificación, compactación, acondicionamiento, separación y combinación o mezcla, previas a cualquier de las operaciones de la R1 a la R11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se prevé realizar operaciones de valorización R13, correspondiendo a almacenamiento de residuos a la espera de cualquier de las operaciones numeradas de la R1 a la R12, excluido el almacenamiento temporal, a la espera de recogida, al lugar donde se produjo el residuo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo y siempre respetando las vigentes condiciones establecidas en los Planes directores sectoriales vigentes, por la gestión de los residuos no peligrosos de la isla de Mallorca, y en detrimento de los derechos de los concesionarios vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. Criterios generales.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se facilitará en todo momento el uso por parte de las personas usuarias, el trabajo por parte de los trabajadores y trabajadoras y la recogida de los residuos por parte de las personas encargadas del transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los criterios a tener en cuenta para cumplir los criterios mencionados son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La seguridad y la facilidad de uso, tanto de las personas usuarias como de los trabajadores y trabajadoras o del personal que realiza el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los contenedores tienen que estar distribuidos adecuadamente y tienen que ser de fácil acceso para las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las instalaciones tienen que estar adecuadas porque el personal de la desechería pueda realizar su tarea y tiene que estar equipado en todo momento con los elementos de prevención de riesgos laborales necesarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La desechería tiene que ser accesible para todas las personas usuarias, incluidas las personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Las instalaciones tienen que estar diseñadas y se tienen que adaptar, en la medida de lo posible, a criterios paisajísticos que favorezcan la integración en el entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Las instalaciones tienen que estar adecuadas para prevenir cualquier tipo de riesgo ambiental como posibles derrames, y provistas en todo momento de los sistemas y equipaciones de seguridad que eviten posibles riesgos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Hay que evitar en todo momento las posibles fuentes de olor y suciedad, y evitar así el posible impacto negativo sobre el entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. Equipaciones.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La instalación contará con los siguientes equipos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Un almacén de residuos peligrosos que consista en un espacio cerrado y correctamente ventilado, donde los residuos de esta categoría tienen que ser depositados en cantidades reducidas que no sean peligrosas para su acumulación. Estos habitáculos tienen que estar adaptados para evitar pérdidas y dotados de mecanismos de seguridad, tanto de contención como orientados a la prevención de riesgos laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Contenedores adecuados en número y también según el tipo de residuo a almacenar. Los contenedores tienen que cumplir las condiciones de seguridad e higiene de conformidad a la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Contenedores de gran volumen para la recogida de residuos voluminosos o que tengan un gran flujo de entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tiene que intentar maximizar la capacidad de aportación de los contenedores y facilitar la aportación de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Áreas de contenedores de pequeño volumen destinadas a materiales que se reciben minoritariamente o tienen medida reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Sistemas de señalización para facilitar el uso de la instalación por parte de las personas usuarias (horarios, residuos admitidos y restricciones de aportación, tasas, etc.) y para informar de los riesgos, obligaciones y prohibiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El equipo y las herramientas para el personal, necesarios para realizar las tareas de manera adecuada, el material de limpieza y saneamiento y el material de prevención de riesgos laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Todos los elementos de seguridad y de prevención de incendios y de accidentes necesarios para cumplir en todo momento la normativa vigente en este aspecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Instalaciones y equipaciones que permitan una rápida y adecuada evacuación del agua de lluvia por no dañar los edificios, los elementos constructivos, los contenedores o los residuos que se depositan, así como las medidas necesarias para evitar sobre estos los efectos del viento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Las instalaciones y equipaciones necesarias para favorecer la preparación para la reutilización y reutilización de las diferentes fracciones de residuo según establece la Ley 8/2019 de residuos y suelos contaminados de las islas Baleares, así como las previstas en el Real Decreto 110/2015, de 20 de febrero, sobre residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos (BOE n.º 45 sábado 21 de febrero de 2015), todo y siempre respetando las condiciones establecidas en los Planes directores sectoriales para la gestión de los residuos no peligrosos de la isla de Mallorca, y en detrimento de los derechos de los concesionarios vigentes si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. Modelo de gestión.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La gestión interna de la instalación es en todo caso de titularidad del Ayuntamiento, y la puede ejercer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Gestión directa, con el ejercicio del Ayuntamiento de la explotación, el mantenimiento y la gestión administrativa, con la aportación de los recursos necesarios para su funcionamiento y asumir la carga administrativa asociada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Gestión indirecta, mediante concesión administrativa u otra figura admitida a la normativa de contratación, de la explotación de la instalación a una empresa o entidad gestora de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que el Ayuntamiento no lleve a cabo la gestión directa de la instalación, asegurará los pertinentes controles, nombrando un director del contrato, con capacidad y competencia técnica adecuada, según establece la Ley 9/2017 de contratos del sector público, y garantizar en todo caso el correcto desarrollo de la actividad, y en todo caso el correcto desarrollo de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. Personas usuarias.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán hacer uso del servicio sin contraprestación económica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los particulares que su residencia esté incluida en el padrón municipal de habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas, físicas o jurídicas, que posean residuos generados por actividades comerciales o de servicios, ubicadas en el término municipal de Felanitx, siempre que estos residuos, por su naturaleza, sean similares a los domésticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los organismos públicos y entidades (centros educativos, culturales, protección civil, etc. y las entidades sin ánimo de lucro – asociaciones, fundaciones, ONG …-).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento podrá establecer unos límites en función del volumen, peso o frecuencia a la entrega de residuos por parte de las personas usuarias antes indicadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que el Ayuntamiento lo considere oportuno, se autorizará a recepcionar residuos procedentes de pequeñas empresas, siempre que sean de la misma naturaleza que los aceptados por los particulares, y se haya aprobado previamente la correspondiente tarifa, que tendrán que abonar obligatoriamente las empresas usuarias del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El uso de la instalación está previsto fundamentalmente para la entrada de personas usuarias particulares, y se facilitará en todo momento el uso de esta instalación por parte de estos, y se informará adecuadamente y se ayudará en la disposición de los residuos. Es muy importante que el personal de la instalación se prepare para dar servicio a este tipo de usuario particular, sin conocimientos previos de gestión de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se podrán recepcionar residuos procedentes de pequeñas actividades comerciales y económicas en cantidades limitadas. El Ayuntamiento, mediante la persona encargada, o bien el director del contrato en caso de duda, decidirá en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las visitas a la instalación se hará con cuidado y bajo la responsabilidad de las personas usuarias, y queda totalmente liberado el Ayuntamiento de cualquier responsabilidad que pudiera derivar de una manipulación indebida de los residuos al ser trasladados y abocados por las personas usuarias, o de una maniobra indebida del conductor/a del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo caso, las personas usuarias tienen que respetar en todo momento las normas e indicaciones de circulación dentro de la instalación, la limitación de la velocidad, sentido de rotación de los vehículos, lugar de parada y resto de condicionantes propios del movimiento en el interior del recinto, respetando en todo momento las indicaciones que les hagan los operarios y operarias de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de encontrar o dejar los contenedores llenos en el momento de la entrega de los respectivos residuos, se tiene que comunicar a los operarios y operarias, o bien llamar al Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Está totalmente prohibido fumar en el recinto de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. Control de acceso e identificación de las personas usuarias&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Antes de la aceptación del residuo, cada visitante tendrá que informar al personal encargado de aquello que pretende abocar, tanto por el control estadístico como por la orientación del vertido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El personal encargado llevará a cabo, siempre que sea posible, un registro de las personas usuarias de la instalación con el fin de conocer la tipología (particulares, comerciales, etc.), los tipos de residuos aportados, los días y las horas de máxima utilización de la instalación y el número de personas usuarias. A partir de esta información, se podrá conocer la evolución de la gestión de la instalación y estudiar posibles acciones de mejora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El servicio de recogida de residuos de construcción y demolición está limitado a los particulares que hayan realizado pequeñas obras domésticas. La persona encargada solo aceptará este tipo de residuos (sin impropios) una vez haya registrado los datos particulares de la persona usuaria, la matrícula del vehículo y la cantidad aproximada librada. Con este control se pretende evitar que una persona usuaria aporte periódicamente y en pequeñas cantidades residuos de construcción y demolición que no sean domésticos. Este mismo sistema de control se llevará a cabo en el caso de personas usuarias que quieran depositar residuos de amianto y otros tipos de residuos peligrosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El acceso a la instalación estará limitado a los vehículos, turismos y furgonetas con un máximo de peso autorizado de 3.500 kg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De esta limitación quedan excluidos los camiones de transporte de los contenedores y otros vehículos autorizados por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los operarios y operarias de la instalación recogerán de todas las personas usuarias los datos que se indiquen por parte del Ayuntamiento. Estos datos servirán para controlar la gestión y por un control estadístico del funcionamiento general de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. Información a la persona usuaria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Señalización dentro de la desechería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La correcta señalización es imprescindible para facilitar el uso de la instalación a la ciudadanía. El Ayuntamiento de Felanitx señalizará las principales calles de acceso a la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, se instalará un letrero muy visible en la entrada de la instalación que indicará, como mínimo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El nombre de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los horarios de apertura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Residuos que se recogen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Teléfono de contacto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Imagen corporativa del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La información del letrero se complementará mediante la colocación de un tablón de anuncios pequeño y cerrado ante la oficina de recepción donde poder colgar hojas informativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las vías de entrada y salida, tanto de los vehículos como de las personas usuarias peatones, se señalizarán en el suelo de la instalación. Todos los contenedores de la instalación se identificarán con un logotipo y el nombre de los residuos que se pueden depositar. Los elementos de contención de los residuos especiales y peligrosos llevarán también los correspondientes pictogramas de seguridad de los productos químicos (inflamable, corrosivo, comburente, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El personal de la instalación complementará la señalización mediante acciones informativas y de asesoramiento destinadas a las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Buzón de sugerencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la oficina de recepción de la instalación se instalará un buzón de sugerencias. De este modo, los responsables técnicos podrán recibir las opiniones, las quejas y las sugerencias de las personas usuarias que servirá para mejorar la calidad del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Horarios de funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento establecerá los horarios, que serán expuestos tanto en la propia desechería como mediante la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. Personal.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La instalación contará como mínimo y durante todo su horario de funcionamiento, con uno/a encargado/encargada que vele por la correcta dinámica del servicio, y controlará que se haga uso correcto y se responsabilizará de la instalación durante el horario de apertura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El personal podrá ser propio del Ayuntamiento o subcontratado. Todo el personal de la instalación tiene que recibir una formación adecuada en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales para llevar a cabo su trabajo, especialmente en el caso de residuos peligrosos o problemáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las tareas a realizar por parte de la persona encargada, o por el personal bajo su dirección, son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Apertura y cierre de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Gestión y control de las actividades que se llevan a cabo en el interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Desarrollo de las tareas administrativas asociadas a la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Atención a las personas usuarias y resolver sus dudas sobre la separación de los residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Registrar en el libro de incidencias las situaciones que puedan considerar anómalas en relación al funcionamiento de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Grabar en un documento o sistema informático las entradas y salidas de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Llevar a cabo el control y coordinación en las tareas de retirada de los residuos por los distintos gestores autorizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad y evitar casos de riesgo o accidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Llevar a cabo las tareas de mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones y maquinaria que tengan encomendadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Manipulación de residuos peligrosos en pequeñas cantidades (los no peligrosos los puede depositar la misma persona usuaria), y cumplir las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Impedir el acceso de las personas usuarias a la zona reservada para estos residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Manejar estos residuos con los equipos de protección individual y seguridad requeridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Comunicar cualquier anomalía que se observe y controlar el llenado de los contenedores para la retirada en condiciones normalizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Informar con la suficiente antelación el responsable del estado de los contenedores para su sustitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Atender las posibles llamadas y dar a la ciudadanía toda la información que esta solicite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. Avisar y denunciar inmediatamente a la Policía Municipal y a los órganos competentes del Ayuntamiento, las personas y/o empresas que incumplen las normas de utilización de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14. Permitir y facilitar inspecciones y verificaciones de los responsables en materia de residuos de las distintas administraciones competentes en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15. Avisar los transportistas para que vengan a recoger residuos a la instalación y darles las instrucciones necesarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16. Actuar inmediatamente en caso de situaciones de riesgo (derrame de algún residuo, incendio, actas de vandalismo, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;17. Recuperar los materiales valorizables de los muebles y enseres viejos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18. Poner los residuos que se han dejado de manera incorrecta en el contenedor correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15. Clasificación, almacenamiento y transporte de los residuos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15.a). Residuos valorizables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Papel y cartón, envases de vidrio y envases ligeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para la recogida del papel-cartón se instalarán 3 o 4 contenedores cúbicos metálicos (3 m³) de color azul y de carga superior en los laterales del área de contenedores de la instalación. Se utilizarán 3 o 4 contenedores verdes tipos iglú de carga superior y de 2,5 m³ de capacidad para la recogida de los envases de vidrio y 3 o 4 más de color amarillo para los envases ligeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los contenedores tipos iglú de la desechería serán recogidos mediante un camión con grúa y se transportarán hasta una de las estaciones de transferencia designadas por el Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Rechazo y fracción orgánica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En un sistema de recogida puerta a puerta es necesario que haya una área de emergencia para responder a las necesidades de la población que puntualmente no pueda acogerse al calendario de recogida puerta a puerta establecido. Por eso, es imprescindible que la instalación, como principal área de emergencia, disponga de contenedores de 800-1.000 litros de capacidad para la aportación de las fracciones orgánica y rechazo, en el momento en que se ponga en marcha la recogida de materia orgánica, de acuerdo con el que establece la ley 8/2019 en su artículo 29. El Ayuntamiento de Felanitx es la administración encargada de llevar a cabo la recogida de estas fracciones mediante los sistemas de recogida municipal de que disponga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Restos de poda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se dispondrá de contenedores de grandes dimensiones, tipos bañera, de 14 a 30 m³ de capacidad para la recogida de los restos de poda y madera no tratada que se ubicará en la zona de contenedores. En el caso de recibir palés en buen estado, se separarán y se pondrán a disposición de las personas usuarias que los quieran reutilizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El contenedor con los restos de poda se transportará mediante un camión con gancho hidráulico (tipo multilif, ampliroll, multivol, etc). El material se dejará a la planta de compostaje de Felanitx, donde se mezclará con barro de EDAR para obtener compuesto, u otra instalación cuando así lo disponga la normativa vigente. El camión con gancho dejará un contenedor vacío de sustitución antes de cargar el contenedor lleno de restos de poda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Chatarra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La chatarra es una mezcla de metales que se recogerán dentro de un mismo contenedor metálico de 20 a 30 m³, tipos bañera, que se instalará en la zona de contenedores, cerca del resto de contenedores de grandes dimensiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una empresa gestora autorizada se encargará de vaciar la chatarra del contenedor mediante un camión con grúa y “pop” o bien mediante un camión con gancho hidráulico (tipo multilif, ampliroll, multivol, etc). En este último caso, se tendrá que dejar siempre un contenedor vacío para sustituir el contenedor lleno recogido. En este proceso, tomará las medidas que sean necesarias para evitar toda clase de accidentes. Antes de abandonar la instalación, el transportista recogerá del suelo el material que haya podido caer en la realización de los trabajos de carga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Residuos voluminosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los residuos voluminosos agrupa un conjunto muy variado de materiales (muebles viejos, colchones, enseres, etc.) que vienen definidos en el artículo 3 del presente Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los residuos voluminosos recogidos se depositarán dentro de un contenedor metálico de 14 a 30 m³ tipos bañera que se instalará en la zona de contenedores de grandes dimensiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez el contenedor esté lleno, el encargado avisará una empresa transportista autorizada para transportarlos hasta los centros de transferencia y pretratamiento o directamente a las plantas de tratamiento debidamente autorizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos (RAEE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recogerán únicamente los RAEE de origen doméstico que incluyen todos los grandes y pequeños electrodomésticos, aparatos de informática, teléfonos o aparatos de iluminación que se usan a los hogares particulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los RAEE se almacenarán bajo una parte del cubierto de la instalación que dispondrá de arquetas de seguridad para la recogida de posibles derrames, tal y como se establece en el Real Decreto 110/2015, de 20 de febrero, sobre residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la instalación se separarán en las fracciones establecidas a la tabla 1 del Real Decreto 110/2015:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- RAEE de la línea blanca con CFC: son los RAEE de la fracción de recogida 1 de la tabla 1 del Real Decreto 110/2015. Incluyen los frigoríficos, congeladores, aires acondicionados, radiadores y emisores térmicos con óleo, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- RAEE de la línea blanca sin CFC: son los RAEE de la fracción de recogida 4 de la tabla 1 del Real Decreto 11/2015. Incluyen grandes aparatos con una dimensión exterior superior a 50 cm:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Grandes electrodomésticos: lavadoras, cocinas, lavavajillas, hornos, secadoras, ventiladores eléctricos, placas de calor eléctricas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Equipos de informática y telecomunicaciones de grandes dimensiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Otros aparatos electrónicos de consumo: instrumentos musicales, aparatos de grabación de imágenes, aparatos de grabación o reproducción de sonido, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Luminarias de las vías públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Herramientas eléctricas y electrónicas de medida gorda: sierras, foradadores, máquinas de coser, herramientas para tornear, pulir, moldurar, perforar, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Juguetes o equipos deportivos de medida gorda: ordenadores para ciclismo, correr, remo, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Monitores y pantallas: constituyen los RAEE de la fracción de recogida 2 de la tabla 1 del Real Decreto 11/2015. Incluyen monitores, pantallas y televisores, televisores de rayos catódicos, monitores de ordenadores personales, pantallas LED, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pequeños aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos: constituyen los RAEE de la fracción de recogida 4 de la tabla 1 del Real Decreto 11/2015. Incluyen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Pequeños electrodomésticos: aspiradoras, tostadoras, freidoras, cafeteras, planchas, radiadores sin óleo, máquinas de afeitar, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Equipos de informática y telecomunicaciones: ordenadores personales sin monitor, miniordenadores, ordenadores portátiles, impresoras, teléfonos, teléfonos móviles, ordenadores tipos tableta, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Otras aparatos de consumo: radios, videocámaras, cadenas de alta fidelidad, pequeños instrumentos musicales, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Herramientas eléctricas y electrónicas pequeñas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Juguetes y equipos deportivos de medida pequeña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fracción de monitores y pantallas y la fracción de pequeños aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos se almacenarán, separadamente, dentro de jaulas metálicas de 1,2 m x 1,2 m x 1,6 m que se ubicarán bajo la zona cubierta. Cada una de las dos fracciones se almacenará en una jaula diferente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Lámparas: constituyen los RAEE de la fracción de recogida 3 de la tabla 1 del Real Decreto 110/2015. Incluye las lámparas fluorescentes rectas, lámparas fluorescentes compactas, lámparas de descarga, bombillas de bajo consumo, LED, luminarias, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estos residuos se almacenarán dentro de un contenedor de polietileno específico que impedirá la rotura. Este contenedor permanecerá dentro del almacén para los residuos especiales/peligrosos o, en el caso de no haber espacio suficiente, bajo la zona cubierta, para evitar la acción corrosiva por causas meteorológicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los correspondientes SIG de cada una de las fracciones se harán cargo de su recogida y de su tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Residuos de Construcción y Demolición. (RCD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El servicio de recogida de la desechería de estos tipos de residuos está limitado a los particulares que hayan realizado pequeñas obras domésticas. Solo se admitirán residuos de construcción y demolición limpios otros materiales como maderas, plásticos, chatarra, uralita, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recogerá dentro de un contenedor metálico de 10 m³ dado que contenedores con volúmenes más gordos son difíciles de transportar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La empresa autorizada contratada por el Ayuntamiento recogerá y transportará estos residuos hasta los centros de transferencia y pretratamiento o directamente a las plantas de tratamiento debidamente autoritzadas.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ropa y calzado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se dispondrá de un contenedor metálico para la recogida de ropa y calzado.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que este contenedor protege este tipo de residuos de las inclemencias meteorológicas, se puede ubicar en la zona de contenedores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Poliestireno expandido (porexpan).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El poliestireno expandido, denominado también corcho blanco o porexpan, puede ser de dos tipos diferentes: por un lado, los de medida pequeña o media que pueden provenir de los embalajes de productos domésticos como por ejemplo pequeños electrodomésticos, juguetes, alimentos, etc. Por otra parte, hay los embalajes de grandes dimensiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El porexpan de medida pequeña/mediana provenientes de residuos domésticos puede recogerse mediante los contenedores tipos iglú de color amarillo instalados. En cambio, el porexpan de grandes dimensiones se recogerá mediante 2 o 3 sacas de 1 m³ de capacidad y se entregaran a empresas especializadas en su reciclaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15.b) Residuos especiales y/o peligrosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Baterías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las baterías se almacenarán dentro de un contenedor específico, resistente a la corrosión de los ácidos que contienen y con tapa. El contenedor se ubicará bajo la zona cubierta para evitar el contacto del agua con las baterías. Las baterías serán recogidas exclusivamente por gestores autorizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Piles y acumuladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recogerán los grupos siguientes de pilas y acumuladores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Piles estándar: son las pilas salinas y alcalinas que se utilizan en aparatos domésticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Piles botón: son las que son redondas y tienen una dimensión reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se utilizan para aparatos especiales como relojes, audífonos, marcapasos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acumuladores portátiles: son pilas recargables domésticas que pueden utilizarse mucho tiempo como las utilizadas en teléfonos móviles, videocámaras, PC, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las pilas y los acumuladores se almacenarán dentro de los contenedores específicos que determine la Oficina de Coordinación de los Sistemas Integrados de Gestión de pilas y acumuladoras (OFIPILAS), los cuales se ubicarán dentro del almacén para residuos peligrosos o bajo la zona cubierta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Residuos peligrosos en pequeñas cantidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se aceptarán los envases que contengan restos de sustancias peligrosas o estén contaminados por estas sustancias (pinturas, disolventes, ácidos, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los envases que contienen sustancias peligrosas se almacenarán dentro de cajas o contenedores de polietileno resistentes de alta densidad. Se instalará un contenedor de 1m3 para la recogida de los envases que contengan pintura y dos cajas o dos contenedores de menor capacidad para almacenar los envases que contengan otras sustancias peligrosas. A la parte exterior de los contenedores o cajas se colocará, en un lugar muy visible, la etiqueta de clasificación del grupo de residuos. Los residuos se pondran dentro de las cajas o contenedores en posición vertical y tapados herméticamente. No se mezclarán bajo ningún concepto y se dejarán dentro del envase con el cual han sido entregados a la desechería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que la población de Felanitx es de 17.291 habitantes (INE, 2014) se puede estimar que inicialmente se recogerán menos de 10 toneladas en el año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por este motivo, el operador de la instalación se considerará inicialmente un pequeño productor de residuos peligrosos. Si no fuera así, habría que modificar esta consideración y tramitar las pertinentes autorizaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las cajas o contenedores específicos para estos residuos peligrosos irán colocados sobre cubetas de retención resistentes de polietileno para recoger posibles derrames accidentales. La capacidad de las cubetas de retención será igual al volumen máximo de los residuos líquidos o semilíquidos que se puedan almacenar en las cajas o contenedores utilizados. Así mismo, se dispondrá de sepiolita o materiales absorbentes similares para la contención de posibles derrames.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona encargada anotará en el envase la fecha de recogida del residuo peligroso. Además, dispondrá de un registro físico o telemático de los residuos peligrosos que se libren a los gestores autorizados. Cada vez que se libren residuos peligrosos a un gestor autorizado, rellenará un albarán físico con la información siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Número de albarán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Nombre del gestor autorizado que recoge los residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fecha y hora de la entrega al gestor autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fecha en qué fueron recogidos a la desechería (figurará a los envases).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Nombre del trabajador o trabajadora de la empresa gestora que recoja los residuos.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo de recogida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tipo o grupo de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cantidad aproximada de residuos que se entregan al gestor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Firma de la persona encargada y del trabajador o trabajadora del gestor autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Óleos minerales y vegetales usados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los óleos minerales usados son los procedentes de automóviles y maquinaria. Estos residuos no se mezclarán con otros óleos de características diferentes. El óleo mineral se recogerá dentro de un contenedor metálico de entre 600 y 1.000 litros de capacidad que se ubicará debajo la zona cubierta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El óleo vegetal también se recogerá mediante un contenedor metálico de 600 a 1.000 litros de capacidad que se ubicará debajo la zona cubierta. Sin embargo, se separará a una distancia prudente del contenedor para el óleo mineral para evitar posibles mezclas accidentales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los contenedores de óleo mineral y vegetal irán colocados sobre cubetas de retención que recogerán el óleo en caso de derrames accidentales. De acuerdo con la normativa vigente, si una cubeta contiene un solo contenedor de óleo, su capacidad será igual al 100% de la capacidad del contenedor. Si la cubeta contiene más de un contenedor, su capacidad será igual al mayor de los volúmenes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Igual al del contenedor de mayor volumen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Igual al 10% del volumen total almacenado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, la instalación dispondrá siempre de material absorbente tipo sepiolita o similar para la recogida de lixiviados, en el supuesto de que los otros sistemas de seguridad no funcionen correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalmente, hay que recordar que las aguas pluviales que se recojan, se canalizarán y se conducirán por gravedad hacia un separador de óleos y grasas. Las aguas pluviales libres de grasas se abocarán hacia los filtros verdes perimetrales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Residuos de construcción y demolición con amianto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El amianto, de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 952/1997 es considerado un residuo peligroso y por eso, se establecerá un protocolo de actuación para que estos residuos sean almacenados de forma correcta a la desechería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El protocolo de actuación de la instalación por el amianto será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROTOCOLO DE ACTUACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Metodología&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán objeto de esta metodología todos aquellos materiales que puedan contener amianto (fibrocemento, aislantes,...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento aceptará materiales con amianto, siempre y que se sigan las normas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Los materiales friables (facilidad de emitir polvo al ambiente) se recibirán perfectamente cerrados con bolsas o embalados con plásticos de tal manera que se evite la dispersión de fibras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Los materiales no friables se aceptarán siempre y cuando las piezas tengan una medida adecuada para poder ser introducidas dentro de las sacas o los contenedores específicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Listado de trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento hará recepción de amianto en la instalación de recepción de residuos municipal, por lo cual los trabajadores y trabajadoras pueden estar expuestos a fibras de amianto. Las tareas que tienen que llevar a cabo los trabajadores y trabajadoras son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Controlar visualmente el material admitido a la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Indicar a las personas usuarias el lugar donde se tienen que depositar los materiales que contengan amianto. El trabajador o trabajadora de la instalación no tocará el material recibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Gestionar correctamente los residuos admitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Recoger los materiales con amianto que se hayan roturado accidentalmente dentro de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Gestionar los materiales con riesgo de contener amianto abandonados ante la puerta de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Procedimientos de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La recepción de los materiales que contienen amianto no es un hecho previsible. Por este motivo, los trabajadores y trabajadoras tienen que disponer de todas las protecciones y los equipos necesarios para hacer la recepción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las equipaciones necesarias son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Se dispondrá de una zona para depositar el amianto, perfectamente señalizada y cerrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Se dispondrá de los equipos de trabajo necesarios: bolsas adecuadas para los residuos, sacas homologadas de depósito señalizadas, mangas para pulverizar agua y martillos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Los equipos de protección individual serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Mascarillas filtrantes FFP3 EN149 desechables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Mono desechable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Guantes desechables o fáciles de limpiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Botas de goma fáciles de limpiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Métodos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El método de trabajo se tiene que definir de forma que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Limite la exposición de los trabajadores y trabajadoras a las fibras de amianto durante las operaciones de retirada y limpieza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Reduzca al máximo posible la emisión de fibras de amianto de las proximidades del área de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La metodología para una manipulación sin riesgo de los materiales con amianto tendrá que seguir las indicaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Material perfectamente embalado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En este caso, la persona encargada no tiene ningún riesgo de exposición a las fibras de amianto. El operario no tiene que tocar la bolsa sino que solo tiene que indicar los contenedores flexibles específicos donde se tiene que dejar el residuo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;_ Material no embalado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona encargada de la instalación librará bolsas de plástico o plástico para embalar a las personas usuarias que quieran entregar material no embalado. Las personas usuarias depositarán el material embalado dentro de los contenedores flexibles tipos&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;big bag&lt;/em&gt; específicos. No se aceptarán las piezas que no tengan la medida adecuada para poder ser introducidas dentro de las sacas o los contenedores específicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que se produzca una ruptura accidental de material no embalado dentro de la instalación, se seguirán las indicaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Materiales que tienen la medida adecuada para poder ser introducidos dentro de las sacas o contenedores específicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Antes de iniciar cualquier manipulación el operario tendrá que colocarse todos los equipos de protección individual (EPI) necesarios: mascarillas autofiltrantes FFP3 EN149 y guantes desechables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Bañar el material que contiene amianto con una solución aglutinante o con agua pulverizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Embalar, siempre que sea posible, el material con plástico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Colocar el material dentro de las sacas u otros recipientes homologados para proceder a su sellado. Estas sacas o recipientes se almacenarán en una zona de la desechería específicamente diseñada para contener este residuo peligroso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Retirar los equipos de protección individual y depositarlos dentro de los contenedores flexibles utilizados para almacenar los residuos que contienen amianto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Materiales que tienen una medida demasiado gorda para introducirse dentro de las sacas o contenedores específicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Se avisará una empresa autorizada para su recogida. En ningún caso no se manipulará este tipo de material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que se deje abandonado ante la puerta de la instalación material con posible contenido de amianto, se avisará una empresa autorizada para su recogida. En ningún caso no se manipulará este tipo de material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Retirada de material y equipos de protección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La retirada de los equipos de protección individual, una vez hayan finalizado los trabajos de gestión relacionados con los materiales que puedan contener amianto, se llevará a cabo con la metodología siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Mediante una bayeta húmeda o bayeta adherente se tiene que limpiar, sin quitarse, la mascarilla y los guantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Retirar los guantes y depositarlos dentro de las sacas o los recipientes utilizados para el almacenamiento de los residuos que contienen amianto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Lavarse bien las manos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Proceder a la retirada de la mascarilla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Limpiarse las manos y la cara con agua limpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gestión de los residuos que contienen amianto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los trabajadores y trabajadoras de la instalación serán los encargados de avisar la empresa gestora autorizada para llevar a cabo la retirada de las sacas y, posteriormente, tratarlas correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Preparación por la reutilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se dispone de espacio adecuado. En el supuesto de que se quisiera llevar a cabo dichas operaciones, las instalaciones y las actuaciones de preparación para la reutilización están sometidas a las obligaciones derivadas de la normativa en materia de residuos por el hecho de ser operaciones de tratamiento de residuos, y habría que solicitar previamente autorización al servicio de residuos de la Consellería de Medio Ambiente del Gobierno de las islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 16. Control de la gestión de la desechería.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El control de la gestión se fundamenta en cuatro aspectos fundamentales: el control del uso de la instalación por parte de las personas usuarias, el control de la gestión de los residuos, el control de la gestión económica y el control del mantenimiento de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cuanto a la gestión económica, se analizarán y evaluarán todas las operaciones que afecten el ámbito económico de la desechería irán acompañadas de toda la documentación de apoyo correspondiente (facturas, albaranes, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona encargada tendrá que mantener un control actualizado de las tareas de limpieza, de mantenimiento de la instalación y de la maquinaria (depósitos, fosa séptica con filtro percolador, separador de grasas, etc.) y de mantenimiento de las zonas de vegetación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En relación al control de la gestión de los residuos, cada vez que un gestor autorizado recoja un residuo, excepto el papel, envases de vidrio, envases ligeros, rechazo y fracción orgánica, la persona encargada expedirá un albarán como comprobante de la recogida realizada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El comprobante tiene que incluir, como mínimo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Número de albarán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Lugar, fecha y hora de recogida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Nombre de la empresa gestora autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Nombre del trabajador o trabajadora de la empresa gestora que recoja el residuo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tipo de residuos recogidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cantidad aproximada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Firma de la persona encargada y del trabajador o trabajadora del gestor autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No será necesario que la persona encargada expida el albarán cuando lo haga el personal de la empresa gestora autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. Responsabilidad administrativa y régimen sancionador.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo el que se refiere al incumplimiento del que regula la presente norma, se aplicará la responsabilidad administrativa y régimen sancionador regulados por la Ordenanza municipal de residuos y por las disposiciones reguladas en la Ley 22/2011 (BOE n.º 181, de 28 de julio) de residuos y suelos contaminados, así como la Ley 8/2019 de residuos y suelos contaminados en las Islas Baleares (BOIB n.º 23, de 21 de febrero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entrada en vigor.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aplicación del artículo 103 de la LMRLIB, el reglamento entrará en vigor cuando se haya publicado íntegramente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y cuando haya transcurrido el plazo de quince días hábiles que indica el artículo 113 de la LMRLIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Felanitx, octubre 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
