    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter ordinario celebrada el 26 de juny de 2020, y en ejercicio de sus competencias en base a lo propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y el artículo 10.30 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia de 25 de junio de 2019, publicado en el BOIB número 102, de 25 de julio de 2019, mediante el cual se delegan atribuciones a la Comisión de Gobierno y el resto de atribuciones que le otorga la legislación vigente adoptó, por unanimidad, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Aceptar la justificación de la subvención 2019 mediante la presentación de estados contables debidamente auditados presentados al Consejo Insular de Formentera en fecha 31 de marzo de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Conceder una subvención directa al Fons Pitiús de Cooperació, con CIF G57008559, por un importe de 30.000,00 € (TREINTA mil euros) para el año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• NORMATIVA APLICABLE: Ley 38/2003 y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: Cooperación al desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE La ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA: Desde el 1 de enero de 2020 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: Antes de 15 de agosto de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIÓN: Mediante presentación de estados contables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR: La cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: La falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR la concesión otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PAGO: anticipado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS: Se exime de la presentación de garantías [arte.43 L9/2008 de cooperación al desarrollo].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Autorizar y disponer el gasto con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2020/01/924/48.000/02 &lt;/span&gt;a favor del beneficiario “Fons Pitiús de Cooperació” con CIF G57008559 por el importe concedido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe íntegramente de la subvención y registrar la operación como pendiente de justificar hasta que el beneficiario no proceda a la justificación de la misma de acuerdo con las normas de la concesión”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
