    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca, en sesión que ha tenido lugar el día 23 de diciembre de 2020, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;1.- Rectificar el error material del acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de día 2 de diciembre de 2020 (BOIB nº. 203, de día 3-12-2020) de concesión de las subvenciones (anualidad de 2020 y 2021) para llevar a cabo actuaciones de inversión de competencia municipal (obras, vehículos e inmuebles) y sufragar honorarios de redacción de proyectos y de dirección de obras referida a la financiación de la actuación: "Reforma y accesibilidad de la c/ Gómez Ulla Llucmajor" del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, y también a los totales de las subvenciones y a los puntos 1, 2 y 3 del acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La rectificación del error consiste en el hecho de que la subvención para la obra: "Reforma y accesibilidad de la c/ Gómez Ulla Llucmajor" del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, en lugar de ser de 25.703,33 euros tiene que ser de 29.698,92 euros, lo cual hace que se tengan que modificar también los totales de las subvenciones concedidas y los puntos 1, 2 y 3 del acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"1.- Aprobar y conceder las subvenciones que figuran en las hojas adjuntas a favor de las Corporaciones Locales de Mallorca que se relacionan y para las actuaciones que se mencionan (aplicaciones presupuestarias 65.94310.762020 (2020) y 65.94310.762020 (2021)" y con respecto a la financiación de la obra: “Reforma y accesibilidad de la c/ &amp;nbsp;Gómez Ulla Llucmajor”, del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor y también a los totales de las diferentes columnas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(Ver hoja adjunta Anexo I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Disponer un gasto total de 19.887,746,04 euros a favor de las Corporaciones Locales de Mallorca que figuran en la hoja adjunta, con el siguiente detalle: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anualidad 2020: 9.943.873,07 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anualidad 2021: 9.943.872,97 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Anular la diferencia entre el importe autorizado de 20.000.000,00 euros y la cantidad dispuesta de 19.887,746,04 euros con el siguiente detalle:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anualidad 2020: 56.126,93 euros (barrar A núm: 220200028446)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anualidad 2021: 56.127,03 euros (barrar A núm: 220209001103)"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(Ver hoja adjunta Anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Disponer un gasto total de 19.891.741,63 euros a favor de las Corporaciones Locales de Mallorca que figuran en la hoja adjunta, con el siguiente detalle: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anualidad 2020: 9.943.873,07 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anualidad 2021: 9.947.868,56 euros&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Anular la diferencia entre el importe autorizado de 20.000.000,00 euros y la cantidad dispuesta de 19.891.741,63 euros con el siguiente detalle:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anualidad 2021: 52.131,44 euros”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Notificar este acuerdo al Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor y a la Intervención General del Consejo de Mallorca, y publicarlo en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
