El día 8 de enero de 2021, el jefe de estudios de la Jefatura de Seguridad y Emergencias de la EBAP emitió un informe sobre la oferta de cursos de Seguridad y Emergencias para el año 2021 con la finalidad de aprobar los planes anuales de Formación Policial; de Formación Policial de Corporaciones Locales; de Formación de Seguridad, Emergencias y Bomberos, y de Formación de Voluntarios de Protección Civil para el año 2021 y la convocatoria correspondiente.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. En la sesión de día 13 de enero de 2021, a propuesta de la Dirección Gerencia, el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP, en ejercicio de la función que establece el artículo 11.2.<em>e)</em> de los Estatutos de la Escuela, ha aprobado el Plan de Formación Policial; el Plan de Formación Policial de Corporaciones Locales; el Plan de Formación de Seguridad, Emergencias y Bomberos, y el Plan de Formación de Voluntarios de Protección Civil, del año 2021. Los dichos planes incluyen la oferta de cursos para el año 2021 dirigidos al personal de las áreas de policía, emergencias, seguridad, bomberos y protección civil (anexo 1) y las instrucciones por las que se rigen estos cursos (anexos 2 y 3).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 12 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, corresponde a la EBAP la formación, la capacitación y el perfeccionamiento del personal al servicio de la Administración autonómica y de las entidades que de ella dependen. Asimismo, esta norma dispone que, en los términos que se establezcan, corresponde a la EBAP la realización de actividades formativas y de selección del personal al servicio de las otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El artículo 1 del Decreto 191/1996, de 25 de octubre, por el que se regulan las condiciones generales de las actividades formativas que organiza la Consejería de Interior (actualmente, Consejería de Administraciones Públicas y Modernización), indica que el Instituto Balear de Administración Pública (actualmente, Escuela Balear de Administración Pública) es el principal instrumento de la política formativa de la Administración pública de las Islas Baleares, y elabora periódicamente diferentes planes de formación que responden a los principios de eficacia y de calidad de las actividades formativas, con la finalidad de favorecer la participación del personal al servicio de la Administración.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. El artículo 5.1 de los Estatutos de la EBAP, aprobados por el Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, incluye, entre sus funciones, la promoción, la organización y la gestión de la formación, el reciclaje y el perfeccionamiento del personal de la Comunidad Autónoma y, en su caso, del resto de administraciones de su ámbito territorial.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. El artículo 5.9 de los mismos Estatutos incluye, entre sus funciones, la promoción, la organización y la gestión de la formación de capacitación, reciclaje y perfeccionamiento del personal de los cuerpos de policía local y, en su caso, autonómica; de los integrantes de los servicios de prevención y extinción de incendios; del voluntariado de protección civil; del personal de salvamento y de rescate, y de los servicios públicos de emergencias sanitarias extrahospitalarias en el ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. El artículo 28.1 de la Ley 11/2017, de 20 de diciembre, de modificación de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Islas Baleares, dispone que, de acuerdo con el artículo 3 de esta ley, corresponde a la consejería competente en materia de coordinación de policías locales, mediante la EBAP, el ejercicio de las competencias relacionadas con la formación de los miembros de los cuerpos de policía local para asegurar la homogeneización y la coordinación, además de otras que tenga atribuidas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, de acuerdo con las atribuciones que otorga el artículo 11.2 <em>e)</em> de los Estatutos de la EBAP, el Consejo de Dirección adopta los siguientes acuerdos</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>ACUERDOS</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero</strong>. Aprobar la oferta de cursos de los planes de Formación Policial; de Formación Policial de Corporaciones Locales; de Formación de Seguridad, Emergencias y Bomberos, y de Formación de Voluntarios de Protección Civil, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el anexo 1 de este acuerdo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo</strong>. Aprobar las instrucciones que rigen estos planes de formación, de acuerdo con lo que establecen los anexos 2 y 3 de este acuerdo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero</strong>. Delegar en la Dirección Gerencia de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública la modificación o la supresión de los cursos en función de la demanda y la disponibilidad presupuestaria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto</strong>. font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 1. Personas destinatarias</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.1. La EBAP dirige su oferta formativa del Plan de Formación Policial y del Plan de Formación Policía de Corporaciones Locales a todos los miembros de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares que hayan estado en activo durante el año 2021 y el año inmediatamente anterior.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.2. La EBAP dirige su oferta formativa del Plan de Formación de Seguridad, Emergencias y Bomberos a todo el personal de seguridad de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, al personal de emergencias de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y a los miembros de los cuerpos de bomberos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.3. La EBAP dirige su oferta formativa del Plan de Formación de Voluntarios de Protección Civil a los voluntarios de protección civil que estén vinculados a alguna agrupación de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 2. Número máximo de solicitudes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las personas interesadas pueden solicitar un máximo de tres cursos presenciales. Se tiene que cumplimentar una solicitud para cada curso.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En ningún caso, la persona interesada puede asistir dos veces a la misma actividad formativa, aunque se trate de ediciones diferentes. Si se detecta dicha circunstancia durante el curso, la persona será dada de baja automáticamente y no tendrá derecho a certificado.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 3. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.1. El calendario de inscripción previsto para las actividades formativas del año 2021 del Plan de Formación Policial; del Plan de Formación Policial de Corporaciones Locales; del Plan de Formación de Seguridad, Emergencias y Bomberos, y del Plan de Formación de Voluntarios de Protección Civil es el siguiente:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Inscripción del 18 de enero al 7 de febrero para las actividades que se tengan que impartir durante los meses de febrero y marzo.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Inscripción del 13 al 28 de marzo para las actividades que se tengan que impartir durante los meses de abril, mayo y junio.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Inscripción del 10 de julio al 15 de agosto para las actividades que se tengan que impartir durante los meses de septiembre, octubre y noviembre. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 4. Material didáctico de los cursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1. Es de aplicación a estos planes de formación la Instrucción del gerente de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP) de 2 de noviembre de 2011 por la que la EBAP deja de reproducir material didáctico en formato de papel y en formato de CD para los cursos que organiza. Salvo excepciones debidamente justificadas, el material didáctico de los cursos se publicará en el repositorio de material que hay en la página web de la EBAP (<em>http://ebap.caib.es</em>).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2. En ningún caso, el material didáctico se enviará por correo electrónico. Transcurrido un mes desde que acabe el curso, el material didáctico se eliminará del repositorio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 5. Listas de personas admitidas </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.1. La EBAP publicará en la página web (<em>http://ebap.caib.es</em>) la lista de personas admitidas y también comunicará individualmente la admisión mediante la dirección electrónica adscrita al número de registro de personal o, en su caso, mediante la dirección electrónica facilitada en la solicitud en papel o en la matrícula por Internet.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.2. En caso de que las personas solicitantes hayan cambiado de dirección electrónica, tienen que informar de ello a la EBAP. También tienen que informar a la&nbsp; EBAP si ya no es operativa la dirección electrónica que facilitaron en un principio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.3. En el caso de los empleados públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, la admisión a los cursos, sea cuál sea el horario de impartición, no supone ninguna autorización de la EBAP para dejar el puesto de trabajo si coincide con el horario laboral. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 6. Anulación y modificación de los cursos y resolución de casos especiales</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.1. La EBAP, para desarrollar mejor sus funciones, puede suprimir actividades formativas; organizar de no programadas con anterioridad por necesidades concretas; efectuar varias ediciones, y modificar, si es pertinente, los objetivos, los contenidos, la duración, las fechas y los requisitos anunciados para adaptarlos mejor a los requerimientos de la formación. De todo esto, el EBAP informa puntualmente. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.2. Corresponde a la EBAP resolver las dudas o las incidencias que surgen sobre la aplicación de estas instrucciones, o sobre casos concretos no previstos o excepcionales. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.3. Se pueden excluir de las actividades formativas los participantes que muestran comportamientos o actitudes irregulares, o que impiden el desarrollo normal de la formación. Estas actividades también se pueden modificar o suprimir. En cualquier caso, la EBAP elabora el informe justificativo correspondiente. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 7. Lista de espera</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7.1. En todas las actividades formativas se pueden establecer plazas de reserva para cubrir las bajas o las renuncias que haya. La lista de espera se publicará en la página web de la EBAP (<em>http://ebap.caib.es</em>) en el momento de la selección y se actualizará, permanentemente, de manera interna.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7.2. En cualquier caso, corresponde a la EBAP la confirmación y la comunicación de la admisión a un curso.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 8. Obligación de asistencia y comunicación de baja. Penalización</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>8.1. Modalidad presencial</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.1.1. Con la presentación de la solicitud se contrae la obligación de asistir o acceder a la actividad formativa, según la modalidad de impartición. Si no se puede asistir a un curso, se tiene que comunicar por escrito a la EBAP y se tiene que justificar, como mínimo, cinco días hábiles antes de que empiece. El hecho de no comunicar una baja será causa de exclusión, durante un año, para otros cursos que la EBAP organice con posterioridad.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante, la asistencia a un mínimo de un 50 % de la actividad formativa no representa motivo de penalización.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.1.2. Las ausencias superiores a los límites fijados (20 %), aunque estén justificadas, suponen la pérdida del derecho a obtener el certificado de asistencia y el certificado de aprovechamiento, que se regulan en el punto 10 de estas instrucciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.1.3. Las personas admitidas tienen la obligación de asistir a la primera hora del primer día del curso. En caso de que no asistan sin haberlo justificado previamente a la EBAP, su plaza podrá ser ocupada por personas que asistan en la modalidad de «último minuto», de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Resolución de la presidenta de la EBAP de 11 de julio de 2009.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.1.4. Las personas en situación de incapacidad temporal no pueden asistir a las actividades formativas de la EBAP. La incapacidad temporal se tiene que comunicar por escrito a la dirección electrónica &lt;formaciopolicial@ebap.caib.es&gt; o al número de fax 971176319, para cubrir, si procede, la plaza vacante y no perder la situación de preferencia en la selección. </span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>​​​​​​​</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>8.2. Instrucciones para las actividades formativas de la modalidad en línea</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.2.1. Para hacer las actividades formativas de la modalidad en línea, es imprescindible que los alumnos dispongan, durante el desarrollo de las actividades, de un aparato con conexión a Internet que permita su seguimiento. En caso contrario, no se podrán hacer las actividades formativas en línea de la EBAP.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.2.2. Es necesario que el aparato con conexión en Internet tenga las características técnicas siguientes:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolución mínima de 1280&nbsp;x&nbsp;1024.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tarjeta de sonido, micrófono y altavoces.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Navegador Mozilla Firefox o Google Chrome actualizado (recomendado).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Java Runtime Environment (necesario para hacer ciertos tipos de actividades).</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">8.2.3. Para hacer las actividades formativas de la modalidad en línea, es imprescindible que los alumnos tengan una dirección electrónica que sea operativa, dado que todas las comunicaciones de la EBAP con los alumnos se vehiculan por este medio. El personal de la CAIB podrá comprobar su dirección electrónica consultando el Portal de Servicios al Personal; concretamente, el enlace «Solicitud de cursos» del apartado «Formación de la EBAP».</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.2.4. Los alumnos admitidos en la modalidad en línea están obligados a acceder a las actividades formativas antes de que empiecen. En caso contrario, serán dados de baja y perderán la situación de preferencia en la selección (punto 6), excepto si, con antelación, justifican que no podrán acceder a la actividad. Las plazas que queden libres podrán ser ocupadas por personas de la lista de espera.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.2.5. A efectos de descargar documentos, las actividades formativas de la modalidad en línea se cerrarán y se ocultarán en la plataforma virtual un mes después de haber acabado el periodo de docencia. En ningún caso el material didáctico se enviará por correo electrónico.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.2.6. En el momento de empezar las actividades formativas en línea, los alumnos admitidos deberán leer la <em>Guía del alumnado</em>, que recoge unas instrucciones concretas sobre el funcionamiento y el desarrollo de las actividades y sobre los requisitos mínimos para obtener los certificados de aprovechamiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 9. Número de personas asistentes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9.1. En general, los cursos tienen que tener entre quince y treinta alumnos. Esta cifra puede aumentar o disminuir solo en caso de que la materia del curso o la estructura de la actividad formativa lo permitan o recomienden.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9.2. Se pueden suspender los cursos que tengan un número de personas inscritas y no excluidas inferior al 70 % de las plazas ofrecidas o menos de quince personas inscritas y no excluidas en Mallorca, o inferior al 70 %&nbsp;o menos de diez personas inscritas y no excluidas en Menorca y en Ibiza, o inferior al 70 % o menos de siete personas inscritas y no excluidas en Formentera.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 10. Certificados de aprovechamiento o de asistencia</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.1. Las actividades objeto de esta convocatoria dan lugar a obtener el certificado de asistencia o de aprovechamiento, según corresponda.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.2. Certificado de asistencia</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.2.1. El certificado de asistencia se entregará a los alumnos que acrediten una asistencia, como mínimo, del 80 % de las horas lectivas del curso. No se computarán las firmas de los asistentes que correspondan a los días en que la persona interesada haya estado en la condición de incapacidad temporal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.2.2. La única forma de demostrar la asistencia a un curso es mediante la firma; por eso, los alumnos se tienen que asegurar de que han firmado la hoja de control de entrada y de salida de cada sesión del curso a que asistan.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por otra parte, la falsificación de la firma supone la pérdida del derecho a certificado y la exclusión de los cursos de la EBAP durante un año. En cualquier caso, la firma tiene que coincidir con la del DNI o con la de la solicitud de inscripción. La penalización se hará extensible a la persona autora de la falsificación, independientemente de todas las otras acciones que se puedan llevar a cabo de acuerdo con el derecho.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En ningún caso, los cursos de la modalidad en línea dan lugar a obtener el certificado de asistencia.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.3. Certificado de aprovechamiento</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.3.1. La obtención del certificado de aprovechamiento obliga a demostrar el conocimiento de las materias del curso. Este conocimiento será evaluado mediante la superación de pruebas escritas u orales, trabajos u otros ejercicios relacionados con el contenido de la actividad formativa, o mediante la evaluación continuada certificada por el profesorado.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.4. Evaluación de la transferencia</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La EBAP puede establecer los mecanismos necesarios para evaluar la transferencia de la formación al puesto de trabajo del alumnado, con el objetivo de valorar la contribución de la formación a la mejora del cumplimiento individual y organizacional.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 11. Lista de personas con derecho al certificado de aprovechamiento o al certificado de asistencia. Solicitud de certificado y reclamaciones</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">11.1. En el plazo de un mes a contar desde la finalización del curso, la EBAP publicará en la página web (<em>http://ebap.caib.es</em>) la lista de personas participantes que tienen derecho al certificado de asistencia o al certificado de aprovechamiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">11.2. Se pueden presentar reclamaciones en el plazo de treinta días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la lista de personas participantes que tienen derecho al certificado de asistencia o al certificado de aprovechamiento. Una vez finalizado este plazo y resueltas las reclamaciones, el acta del curso será definitiva.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">11.3. También a la DG competente en materia de interior y emergencias para la gestión de los programas de policía tutor y educación vial así como otros programas en materia de seguridad.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Criterios de conservación de datos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los plazos de conservación de los datos serán los necesarios para cumplir la finalidad del procedimiento y los que prevé la legislación de archivos para las administraciones públicas, de acuerdo con el artículo 26 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Derechos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Cualquier persona tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si la EBAP trata datos personales que la conciernen o no.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las personas interesadas tienen derecho a acceder a sus datos personales, así como a solicitar la rectificación de los datos inexactos o, en su caso, solicitar su supresión, entre otros motivos, cuando los datos ya no sean necesarios para las finalidades para las que se recogieron.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En determinadas circunstancias previstas en el artículo 18 del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), los interesados pueden solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos. En este caso, únicamente las conservará para ejercer o defender reclamaciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En determinadas circunstancias, los interesados pueden oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos con una solicitud motivada. Instrucciones específicas del Plan de Formación Policial</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 1. Modalidades de inscripción a los cursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las personas destinatarias del Plan de Formación Policial de 2021 pueden tramitar la solicitud a través de dos procedimientos:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>a) </em>Mediante<em> </em>la matriculación por Internet. Para matricularse, se tiene que acceder a la página web de la EBAP (<em>http://ebap.caib.es</em>); a continuación, se tiene que acceder a &lt;Planes de formación de la EBAP 2021&gt;; a continuación, se tiene que acceder al plan específico; finalmente, se tiene que acceder a la matriculación mediante la ficha de cada curso.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>b)</em> Mediante el impreso habilitado a este efecto, en el cual tienen que hacer constar todos los datos que se solicitan, incluida la dirección electrónica, que es la herramienta para comunicar la admisión a los cursos. La falta de datos puede ser motivo de exclusión. Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar en el Registro General de la EBAP, en el de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas y Modernización, o de acuerdo con cualquiera de las formas que determina la Ley&nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 2. Presentación de documentación</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.1. Se tiene que cumplimentar la solicitud completamente, incluida la dirección de correo electrónico, que es la herramienta que se utiliza para comunicar la admisión a los cursos de formación. Se tiene que escribir el código completo del curso. No se admitirá ninguna solicitud sin los datos profesionales de la persona.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.2. En el momento de cumplimentar la solicitud, se tiene que firmar una declaración de responsabilidad sobre la veracidad de los datos consignados incluida en el mismo trámite telemático o en el impreso de solicitud.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.3. Los requisitos de algunos cursos se tienen que acreditar o alegar para ser comprobados por la EBAP junto con la solicitud y de manera individualizada. Cuando el requisito haga referencia a la necesidad de presentar una propuesta de la prefectura, la propuesta tiene que prever una justificación sobre la idoneidad del alumno o la alumna para el curso en cuestión.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.4. En caso de presentarse la solicitud por vía telemática, la documentación se tiene que presentar a la EBAP o por correo electrónico.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.5. La presentación de la solicitud para participar en este procedimiento supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos del alumno del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal a cargo del órgano competente y únicamente para las finalidades establecidas. El tratamiento de la información facilitada en las solicitudes tendrá en cuenta las previsiones del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en cuanto al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, y de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 3. Requisitos y condiciones preferentes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.1. Cuando el plan de formación establezca personas destinatarias preferentes para la actividad formativa, la EBAP comprobará que las personas interesadas cumplen las condiciones preferentes. En caso de que no haya aspirantes suficientes, la EBAP podrá hacer extensiva la actividad formativa a aspirantes que no cumplan las condiciones preferentes pero que tengan un perfil que se adecue al contenido del curso.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.2. Cuando un curso establezca un requisito excluyente para participar en la actividad formativa, no se admitirán las solicitudes de las personas interesadas que no lo cumplan.</span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>​​​​​​​</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 4. Selección</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1. Sólo se admitirán las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos que establecen las presentes instrucciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2. Si el número de solicitudes de una actividad determinada supera el número de plazas previsto, la EBAP realizará la correspondiente selección.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los criterios de prelación de la selección son los siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1º. Pertenecer al grupo de personas destinatarias del plan de formación y del curso específico.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2º. En igualdad de condiciones, no haber participado en otras actividades de la EBAP convocadas en 2020 y 2021.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3º. La fecha de presentación de la solicitud.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4º. No estar inmerso en la incoación de un expediente disciplinario.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5º. Ser personal adscrito a una corporación local que no tenga la consideración de administración promotora en conformidad con el artículo 10 del Acuerdo de Formación para la ocupación de las Administraciones Públicas de 9 de marzo de 2018</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3. Pueden ofrecerse cursos en que se tenga que superar una prueba de selección con unos criterios de evaluación previamente determinados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4. Si hay actividades presenciales que coincidan parcialmente o totalmente en las fechas, las personas interesadas sólo serán admitidas a una actividad. No obstante, es posible la admisión a un curso presencial o semipresencial y a un curso en línea que coincidan parcial o totalmente en las fechas, así como la admisión a dos cursos en línea que coincidan parcial o totalmente en las fechas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>II. Instrucciones específicas del Plan de Formación Policial de Corporaciones Locales</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 1. Modalidades de inscripción a los cursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.1. En el caso de las actividades incluidas en el Plan de Formación Policial de Corporaciones Locales, teniendo en cuenta la especificidad de esta formación, el organismo proponente elaborará la lista de alumnos que cumplan los requisitos. Asimismo, se podrá presentar una lista de las personas que tengan que realizar la formación porque está directamente relacionada con las funciones que desarrollan en el puesto de trabajo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.2. Mediante el impreso habilitado a este efecto, se tienen que hacer constar los datos de todas las personas que se proponen para realizar el curso, incluida la dirección electrónica, que es la herramienta para comunicar la admisión a los cursos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.3. Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar en el Registro General de la EBAP, en el de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas y Modernización, o de acuerdo con cualquiera de las formas que determina la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 2. Presentación de documentación </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.1. Se tiene que cumplimentar la solicitud completamente, incluida la dirección de correo electrónico, que es la herramienta que se utiliza para comunicar la admisión a los cursos de formación. Se tiene que escribir el código completo del curso. No se admitirá ninguna solicitud sin los datos profesionales de la persona.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.2. En la solicitud, además de la relación de personas propuestas se tiene que indicar la orden de prioridad para la admisión en la acción formativa.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.3. En el momento de cumplimentar la solicitud, se tiene que firmar una declaración de responsabilidad sobre la veracidad de los datos consignados incluida en el mismo impreso de solicitud.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.4. Los requisitos de algunos cursos se tienen que acreditar o alegar para que la EBAP los compruebe junto con la solicitud y de manera individualizada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.5. Cuando las actividades formativas establezcan requisitos muy específicos, será necesario acreditarlos documentalmente antes del inicio de las actividades.</span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>​​​​​​​</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 3. Requisitos preferentes o exclusivos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.1. Cuando las actividades formativas establezcan destinatarios o requisitos preferentes, la EBAP comprobará que las personas propuestas cumplen las condiciones de preferencia. En caso de no haber aspirantes suficientes, las actividades formativas se podrán ofrecer a aspirantes que no cumplan dichas condiciones pero que tengan un perfil que se adapte al contenido de las actividades.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.2. Cuando las actividades formativas establezcan destinatarios o requisitos exclusivos, la EBAP comprobará que las personas interesadas cumplen las condiciones de exclusividad. No se admitirán las solicitudes de los aspirantes que no cumplan estas condiciones. La EBAP se reserva la posibilidad de modificar los requisitos de exclusivos a preferentes, siempre que los cambios estén debidamente justificados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.3. De manera excepcional, la EBAP podrá establecer órdenes concretos de preferencia en la admisión en determinadas actividades formativas con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia de la formación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 4. Selección</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1. La presentación de la solicitud de participación en una actividad formativa supone la aceptación de estas instrucciones y de las de desarrollo propias de cada actividad. Además, sólo se admitirán las solicitudes de las personas que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">4.2. Si el número de solicitudes de una actividad determinada supera el número de plazas previsto, la EBAP hará la selección correspondiente.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3. Pueden ofrecerse cursos en que se tenga que superar una prueba de selección con unos criterios de evaluación determinados previamente.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4. Para los cursos de monitor/instructor/reciclaje de tiro, la corporación local tendrá que aportar la munición correspondiente a utilizar por su policía local seleccionado por este curso. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cualquier caso, la EBAP tiene que garantizar que se seleccione como mínimo una persona de cada una de las corporaciones locales solicitantes. Por este motivo la EBAP realizará un reparto proporcional y equitativo entre las solicitudes recibidas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>III. Instrucciones específicas del Plan de Formación de Seguridad, Emergencias y Bomberos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 1. Modalidades de inscripción a los cursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.1. El personal de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares destinatario del Plan de Formación de Seguridad, Emergencias y Bomberos que tenga acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal tiene que tramitar la solicitud directamente desde este portal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.2. El personal sin acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal puede tramitar las solicitudes a través de dos procedimientos:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>a) </em>Mediante<em> </em>la matriculación por Internet. Para matricularse, se tiene que acceder a la página web de la EBAP (<em>http://ebap.caib.es</em>); a continuación, se tiene que acceder a &lt;Planes de formación de la EBAP 2020; a continuación, se tiene que acceder al plan específico; finalmente, se tiene que acceder a la matriculación mediante la ficha de cada curso.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>b)</em> Mediante el impreso habilitado a este efecto, en el cual se tienen que hacer constar todos los datos que se solicitan, incluida la dirección electrónica, que es la herramienta para comunicar la admisión a los cursos. La falta de datos puede ser motivo de exclusión. Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar en el Registro General de la EBAP, en el de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas y Modernización, o de acuerdo con cualquiera de las formas que determina la Ley&nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 2. Presentación de documentación </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.1. Se tiene que cumplimentar la solicitud completamente, incluida la dirección de correo electrónico, que es la herramienta que se utiliza para comunicar la admisión a los cursos de formación. Independientemente de lo establecido en los puntos anteriores, la actividad puede exigir que sea el responsable de la Dirección General de Emergencias e Interior quien proponga a los destinatarios con la orden de prelación para ser admitidos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.3. La presentación de la solicitud para participar en este procedimiento supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos del alumno del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal a cargo del órgano competente y únicamente para las finalidades establecidas. El tratamiento de la información facilitada en las solicitudes tendrá en cuenta las previsiones del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en cuanto al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, y de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 3. Requisitos y condiciones preferentes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.1. Cuando el plan de formación establezca personas destinatarias preferentes para la actividad formativa, la EBAP tiene que comprobar que las personas interesadas las cumplen. En caso de no haber aspirantes suficientes, la EBAP podrá hacer extensiva la actividad formativa a aspirantes que no cumplan las condiciones preferentes pero que tengan un perfil que se adecue al contenido del curso.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.2. Cuando el plan de formación establezca un requisito excluyente para participar en la actividad formativa, no se admitirán las solicitudes de las personas interesadas que no lo cumplan.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 4. Selección</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1. Sólo se admitirán las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos que establecen las presentes instrucciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2. Si el número de solicitudes de una actividad determinada supera el número de plazas previsto, la EBAP hará la selección correspondiente. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los criterios de prelación de la selección son los siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1º Pertenecer al grupo de personas destinatarias del plan de formación y del curso específico.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2º En igualdad de condiciones, no haber participado en otras actividades de la<strong> </strong>EBAP convocadas en 2020 y 2021.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3º La fecha de presentación de la solicitud.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4º No estar inmerso en la incoación de un expediente disciplinario.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5º Ser personal adscrito a una corporación local que no tenga la consideración de administración promotora en conformidad con el artículo 10 del Acuerdo de Formación para la ocupación de las Administraciones Públicas de 9 de marzo de 2018. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3. Pueden ofrecerse cursos en que se tenga que superar una prueba de selección con unos criterios de evaluación previamente determinados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4. Si hay cursos que coincidan parcial o totalmente en los horarios, las personas interesadas sólo serán admitidas a uno de ellos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>IV. Instrucciones específicas del Plan de Formación de Voluntarios de Protección Civil</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 1. Modalidades de inscripción a los cursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.1. El personal de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares destinatario del Plan de Formación de Voluntarios de Protección Civil que tenga acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal tiene que tramitar la solicitud directamente desde este portal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.2. Independientemente de lo establecido en los puntos anteriores, la actividad puede exigir que sea el jefe de agrupación quien proponga a los destinatarios con la orden de prelación para ser admitido.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.3. La presentación de la solicitud para participar en este procedimiento supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos del alumno del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal a cargo del órgano competente y únicamente para las finalidades establecidas. Cuando el curso establezca un requisito excluyente para participar en la actividad formativa, no se admitirán las solicitudes de las personas interesadas que no lo cumplan.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 4. Selección</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1. Sólo se admitirán las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos que se establecen en la presentes instrucciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2. Si el número de solicitudes de una determinada actividad supera el número de plazas previsto, la EBAP realizará la correspondiente selección.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los criterios de prelación de la selección son los siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1º Pertenecer al grupo de personas destinatarias del plan de formación y del curso específico.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2º En igualdad de condiciones, no haber participado en otras actividades de la EBAP convocadas en 2020 y 2021.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3º La fecha de presentación de la solicitud.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4º No estar inmerso en la incoación de un expediente disciplinario.<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3. Pueden ofrecerse cursos en que se tenga que superar una prueba de selección con unos criterios de evaluación previamente determinados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4. Si hay cursos que coincidan parcial o totalmente en los horarios, las personas interesadas sólo serán admitidas a uno de ellos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.5. Aparte de los criterios de prelación, los alumnos se seleccionarán teniendo en cuenta las propuestas del jefe de la agrupación y el hecho de que la distribución territorial esté representada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Punto 5. Curso Básico de Protección Civil</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.1. El Curso Básico de Protección Civil, 30 horas, constará de dos fases, una teórica y una otra práctica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.2. La fase teórica, que se llevará a cabo mediante la modalidad de auto aprendizaje, es equivalente a 14 horas correspondiente a las materias:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Funciones, organigrama y gestión de la formación de la EBAP</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Normativa, coordinación y funcionamiento de los voluntarios de protección civil</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Autoprotección e intervenciones en materia de tráfico</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Catalogación de riesgos municipales</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Incendios forestales</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El afrontamiento del estrés en emergencias</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Primeros auxilios y DESA</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La EBAP ofrecerá el material didáctico en el espacio web EBAP en Abierto, en la página web (http://ebap.caib.es) para hacer posible el aprendizaje autónomo de las personas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La EBAP convocará las pruebas de certificación de conocimientos (PCC) en las fechas que a continuación se relacionan para acreditar la superación de esta parte teórica, que consistirán en un examen tipo test (de entre 30 y 60 preguntas) con respuestas alternativas.
