&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación por carta certificada con acuse de recibo al interesado que se menciona a continuación, y de acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo de las administraciones públicas, se procede la publicación de este anuncio de la propuesta de resolución del expediente sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quedando a disposición del interesado, el expediente sancionador en la Policia Local de Formentera, Venda des Brolls N.º 53, 07860 San Francisco Javier, Formentera (Islas Baleares). Así mismo, informar que ante esta resolución se puede formular recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano en el término de un mes o directamente presentar recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo&amp;nbsp; de Palma de Mallorca en el término&amp;nbsp; de dos meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
