142 280 CAIB 643687 2021-01-11 es CAIB 2021-01-14 798 text/html CAIB 799 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión celebrada el 23 de diciembre de 2020, y en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y el artículo 10.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia de 3 de julio de 2019, publicado en el&nbsp;BOIB&nbsp;número 102, de 25 de julio de 2019, mediante el cual se delegan atribuciones a la Comisión de Gobierno y el resto de atribuciones que le otorga la legislación vigente aprobó, el siguiente acuerdo:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“(...)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero.- Aprobar</strong> el gasto por un importe de 12.500,00 € (doce mil quinientos euros) con cargo a la partida 334.48000 del presupuesto anual 2020 para las ayudas de las becas de estudios superiores para estudiantes de Formentera, curso 2018-2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo.- Aprobar</strong> el otorgamiento de diez becas de estudios superiores para estudiantes de Formentera, curso 2018-2019, en conformidad con aquello que establece el capítulo II de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y de acuerdo con los principios de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida sobre la valoración de los criterios de las bases de la concesión de la subvención, en la cláusula octava de la convocatoria, que las otorgadas contienen toda la documentación correcta, y que corresponde a los siguientes estudiantes:</span></p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" class="MsoTableGrid" style="width:368px"> <thead> <tr> <th scope="col" style="vertical-align:top;
