![CDATA[Constitución bolsa de trabajo de auxiliares de clínica para los centros de estancias diurnas]] 2021-01-09 468 180 text/html CAIB CAIB 643593 2021-01-07 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por Decreto de Alcaldía de 23 de diciembre de 2020 se ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>«DECRETO</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">El 17 de diciembre de 2020 la Comisión Técnica de Valoración de la convocatoria de una bolsa de trabajo de auxiliares de clínica para los centros de estancias diurnas municipales propone a la Alcaldía la constitución definitiva de la citada bolsa de trabajo</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Se ha observado un error material con la suma de la puntuación de la aspirante Catalina Bassa Martínez dado que la suma total de los méritos ha de ser de 5,08 puntos y no 5,80. Por este motivo, se corrige el error sin que esto altere el orden de prelación. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Por eso,</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>RESUELVO</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">1. Publicar esta bolsa en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Manacor y en el BOIB.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">3. Esta bolsa extraordinaria tendrá una vigencia máxima de 3 años desde que se publique la resolución de constitución en el BOIB. Una vez haya transcurrido este periodo de tiempo la bolsa pierde la vigencia y no se puede reactivar.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Contra esta resolución - que pone fin a la vía administrativa – podéis interponer, de forma alternativa, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que dictó el acto en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el tablón de anuncios, o recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Si optáis por interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición, no podréis interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. En este caso, el plazo para interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo será de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición.
