    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En la Ciudad de Llucmajor, el Alcalde suscribiente, en presencia de la Secretaria accidental de la corporación, vengo a dictar la siguiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:upper-roman"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Después de la configuración, a través del Decreto 20192145, de 27 de junio, del equipo de gobierno municipal surgido después de las elecciones locales del mes de mayo de 2019, mediante el Decreto 20202615, de 1 de julio, los dos regidores del Grupo Municipal Llibertat Llucmajor fueron destituidos de sus cargos por razones de carencia de confianza y estabilidad en el gobierno.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Posteriormente, a través del Decreto 20203943, de 8 de octubre, se incorporaron al equipo de gobierno los regidores no adscritos Sres. José M. Pastor Cantallops y Raúl Domínguez Martín.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Desde entonces, hasta ahora se han mantenido negociaciones con el regidor del Grupo Municipal del PI-Proposta per les Illes, al objeto de su incorporación al gobierno municipal y poder disponer así de una mayoría de gobierno suficiente y de la estabilidad política necesaria para poder llevar a cabo una acción de gobierno ágil y eficaz durante los dos años y medio que restan de mandato hasta las elecciones locales de 2023.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Como consecuencia del acuerdo logrado en las mencionadas negociaciones, se hace necesario ahora hacer una nueva redistribución de las competencias de alcaldía entre los distintos miembros de la corporación que apoyan al equipo de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El artículo 52.2 del Reglamento de Organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF), establece que la JGL estará integrada por el Alcalde y, en el caso de Llucmajor, un máximo de 7 regidores, nombrados y separados libremente por aquel, y se dará cuenta al Pleno. En cuanto a los tenientes de alcalde, son de existencia obligatoria en todos los municipios [arte. 20.1 a) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, y arte. 22 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares. Estos serán libremente nombrados y cesados por el alcalde de entre los miembros de la JGL, y los nombramientos y ceses se harán mediante resolución del alcalde, de la que se dará cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre, y se notificará en los designados y se publicará en lo BOIB (arte. 46.1 ROF). En los municipios donde exista JGL, el número de tenientes de alcalde no podrá exceder del número de miembros de aquella (arte. 46.2).&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En consecuencia, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar la composición de la Junta de Gobierno Local que, aparte de mí mismo como presidente, pasa a estar formada por los regidores y regidoras siguientes, que no superan el tercio del número legal de los miembros que componen la corporación:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. José Miguel Pastor Cantallops. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Para la sustitución de la alcadía en los casos de vacante, ausencia o dolencia, nombro como tenientes de alcalde los siguientes regidores y regidoras, y por el siguiente orden:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Primer teniente de alcalde: Sr. Bernadí Vives Cardona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Segunda teniente de Alcalde: Sra. Noemí Getino Pérez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tercer teniente de alcalde: Sr. Guillermo Roig Mascaró.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Cuarta teniente de alcalde: Sra. Maria Francisca Lascolas Rosselló &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Quinto teniente de alcalde: Sr. José Miguel Pastor Cantallops. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Mantener la vigente delegación de atribuciones a favor de la Junta de Gobierno Local, que son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria de cada tipo de subvención, así como la concesión de subvenciones cuando estén destinadas a financiar gastos que tengan una duración de hasta cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. Autorización de la celebración de ferias y fiestas patronales.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la oferta de ocupación pública de acuerdo con el presupuesto y la plantilla aprobada por el Pleno, y aprobar las bases de las pruebas para la selección del personal y para los concursos de provisión de puestos de trabajo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Acordar las sanciones del personal, excepto la de separación del servicio de los funcionarios y el despido del personal laboral.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; La aprobación de los instrumentos de planeamiento de desarrollo del planeamiento general no expresamente atribuidas al Pleno, y la de los instrumentos de gestión urbanística y de los proyectos de urbanización.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. &lt;/strong&gt;La aprobación de los proyectos de obras y de servicios cuando sea competente el Alcalde para su contratación o concesión y estén previstos en el Presupuesto.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;7. La aprobación de instrumentos de colaboración con otras administraciones o entidades cívicas, siempre y que no sean competencia del Pleno.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8&lt;/strong&gt;. La concesión de ayudas sociales de carácter excepcional, no incluidas dentro del sistema de caja fija.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Se mantiene igualmente la realización de las sesiones ordinarias los miércoles a las 11, y si es inhábil, el primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Delegar a favor de los regidores y regidoras que a continuación se detallan, las siguientes competencias:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sr. Bernadí Vives Cardona: Entorno i Mantenimiento Urbano.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sra. Noemí Getino Pérez: Comercio, Mercados, Ferias, y Atención a la Ciudadanía en el Arenal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. Guillermo Roig Mascaró: Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sra. Mª Francisca Lascolas Rosselló: Educación, Ocupación, y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;José Miguel Pastor Cantallops: Atención a la Ciudadania a las Urbanizaciones y Participación Ciudadana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. Gabriel Rojo Rodríguez: Servicios Sociales, Dependencia, Tercera Edad, y Cementerio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sra. Mª del Pilar Bonet Escalera: Recursos Humanos i Función Pública, Economía y Hacienda, y Contractación Pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. Simó Adrover Llompart: Juventud y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. Ginés Sáez González: Turismo, Fiestas, Innovación, y Transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Raúl Domínguez Martín: Mobilidad y Transportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Se delega expresamente en los Sres. Bernadí Vives, Noemí Getino, Guillermo Roig, Gabriel Rojo, y Mª Pilar Bonet, la potestad de firma para el ejercicio de las competencias y facultades sobre las áreas atribuidas en su favor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar que este Decreto deroga íntegramente y sustituye las anteriores resoluciones relativas al nombramiento de los tenientes de alcalde y a la delegación de competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta del presente Decreto al Pleno en la primera sesión que se realice. También se notificará personalmente a las personas designadas, y se hará público en lo BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día de hoy, de acuerdo con el que establece el arte. 44.2 del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
