&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 24 de octubre de 2020 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 182, la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 16 de octubre de 2020 por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones para apoyar a la programación de conciertos de música de las Illes Balears en espacios de exhibición del mismo archipiélago para el año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se han revisado y valorado los 10 expedientes presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Día 14 de diciembre de 2020, el instructor firmó y publicó la propuesta de resolución, iniciándose el periodo de alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. No se ha presentado ninguna alegación a la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 16 de octubre de 2020 por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones para apoyar a la programación de conciertos de música de las Illes Balears en espacios de exhibición del mismo archipiélago para el año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La disposición adicional primera del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura, de 1 de julio de 2009, para el cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, de acuerdo con el artículo 10.1. de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018; corrección de errores: BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de enero de 2019), a propuesta del presidente de la comisión evaluadora, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por el importe total de 3.436,66 € a favor de los beneficiarios que se relacionan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado a cada uno de los beneficiarios a cargo de los presupuestos e importes detallados en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Denegar la concesión de subvenciones a las solicitudes que aparecen en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposición de recursos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el director del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
