&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En fecha 20 de noviembre de 2020, la presidenta del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears (ICIB) dictó &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20 de noviembre de 2020 por la que se convocan las subvenciones para apoyar el intercambio entre las Illes Balears y la proyección exterior de proyectos audiovisuales desde el 21 de abril de 2020 hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2020 (BOIB n.º 198, de 21 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Durante el plazo de presentación de solicitudes para optar a las subvenciones mencionadas, el ICIB recibió diez solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. El 22 de diciembre de 2020 el instructor firmó y publicó en el web del ICIB la Propuesta de resolución provisional de la directora del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears en relación con la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones para apoyar el intercambio entre las Illes Balears y la proyección exterior de proyectos audiovisuales desde el 21 de abril de 2020 hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2020 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. De acuerdo con el apartado 13.1 de la convocatoria, las personas interesadas disponían de un plazo de cinco días hábiles para presentar alegaciones a la Propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. Durante este plazo, no se han presentado alegaciones contra la Propuesta de resolución mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Text Refundido de las Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB n.º 100, de 11 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. El artículo 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;) de los Estatutos del ICIB, aprobados por el Decreto 50/2018, de 21 de diciembre, que dispone que la directora del ICIB es el órgano competente para la concesión de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Resolución por la que se convocan las subvenciones para apoyar el intercambio entre las Illes Balears y la proyección exterior de proyectos audiovisuales desde el 21 de abril de 2020 hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2020 (BOIB n.º 198, de 21 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por el importe total de &lt;strong&gt;38.190,64 €&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo 1 y en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado para cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos, con los importes detallados en el anexo 1 y en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Excluir de la concesión de subvenciones las solicitudes que se indican en el anexo 1 y en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso de alzada ante la presidenta del ICIB, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
