    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno de esta Corporació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; municipal en sesió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ordinaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;celebrada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;día&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;26 de noviembre de 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, ha &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;adoptado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;otros,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ac&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;uer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;transcribe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; literalmente a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Examinada la documentación obrando dentro del expediente 6779/2019 relativo a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe emitido por el técnico municipal en fecha 16 de noviembre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe emitido por la Jefa de urbanismo y la secretaria municipal de fecha 17 de noviembre de 2017.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo esto se PROPONE al Pleno Municipal la adopción del siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Desestimar la alegación presentada por el Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de las Islas Baleares el 28 de marzo de 2015.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar definitivamente la Adaptación en el Plan Territorial de Mallorca del Catálogo de Patrimonio Histórico del municipio de Andratx.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Enviar un ejemplar diligenciado de la documentación aprobada al Archivo de Urbanismo de las Islas Baleares y al Consejo de Mallorca, en cumplimiento del que dispone el artículo 53.2 de la LOUS.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
