    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el &amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletin Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; núm. 23, de 22 de febrero de 2020 se ha advertido un error, que se indica a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y al amparo del articulo 56.3 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de regimen juridico de la administracion de la Comunidad Autonoma de las Islas Baleares, y el articulo 19 del Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el Boletin Oficial de las Islas Baleares, se debe corregir el error. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el siguiente error:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolucion, que no agota la via administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Educacion, Universidad e Investigacion, en el plazo de un mes a contar des del dia siguiente a la publicacion, de acuerdo con lo que establecen los articulos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo comun de las administraciones publicas, y en el articulo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de regimen juridico de la Administracion de la Comunidad Autonoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
