&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; n.º 135, de 1 de agosto de 2020, se publicó la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos (IEB) de 27 de julio de 2020 por la cual se convocan subvenciones para apoyar a las actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las Illes Balears durante el año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El 27 de noviembre de 2020, la Comisión Evaluadora revisó y valoró las 7 solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El 30 de noviembre de 2020, el instructor firmó la Propuesta de resolución en relación con la convocatoria mencionada, la cual se publicó el 2 de diciembre en el web del IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. No se presentó ninguna alegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Dado el retraso en la tramitación de las fases iniciales de esta convocatoria, se hace necesario ampliar el plazo para justificar las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. La Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 27 de julio de 2020 por la cual se convocan subvenciones para apoyar a las actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las Illes Balears durante el año 2020 (BOIB n.º 135, de 1 de agosto de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El artículo 10.1.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018, corrección de errores: BOIB n.º 6, de 12 de enero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. La disposición adicional primera del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB n.º 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="decimal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por un importe total de 9.091,1 € a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado a cada uno de los beneficiarios a cargo de los presupuestos e importes detallados en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Modificar la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 27 de julio de 2020 por la cual se convocan subvenciones para apoyar a l&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;as&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;durante el año 2020&lt;/span&gt;, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;18.1.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;El plazo para justificar la realización de las actividades subvencionadas finaliza el 15 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;18.1.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;El &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;plazo para justificar la realización de las actividades subvencionadas &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ser&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;á&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; d&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e 30 d&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ía&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;natural&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ntar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; a partir del &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;día siguiente al de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;la publicació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; d&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;la resolución de la presidenta del IEB de concesión de subvenciones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; en el &lt;/em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;olet&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;í&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También podrá interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
