    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera caducó, mediante decreto con fecha 20 de noviembre de 2020, el expediente de actividades 2011/662 (32/2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No havent estat possible la notificació, mitjançant servei de notificadores del Consell Insular de Formentera, a l'interessat que s'esmenta a continuació, i d'acord amb l'article 44 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú, es procedeix la publicació d'aquest anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación por carta certificada mediante el servicio de notificación del Consell Insular de Formentera, al interesado que se refiere a continuación, y de acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común, se procede la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
