    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se hace público que durante el periodo de exposición público del acuerdo de aprobación inicial de la modificación del Reglamento de apoyo al estudio, adoptado en sesión plenaria en fecha uno de octubre de 2020, BOIB n.º 174 de 10 de octubre de 2020, no se ha prestado ninguna alegación, por lo cual se considera aprobado definitivamente, procediendo a la publicación del texto íntegro del mencionado Reglamento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“REGLAMENTO DE APOYO AL ESTUDIO. AYUNTAMIENTO DE DEIÀ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PREÁMBULO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El 10 de diciembre de 1948, la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, reunida en el Palau de Chaillot de París, aprobó y proclamó la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos. En su artículo 26 dice claramente que “toda persona tiene derecho en la educación. La educación será gratuita, cuando menos, en la instrucción elemental y fundamental. La instrucción elemental será obligatoria. La enseñanza técnica y profesional se posará al alcance de todo el mundo, y el acceso a la enseñanza superior será igual para todos en función de los méritos respectivos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La Constitución Española de 1978 afirma en su artículo 27 que “todo el mundo tiene derecho a la educación” y que “los poderes públicos garanticen el derecho a todo el mundo en la educación”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares clarifica todavía más el asunto; en su artículo 26 dice que “todas las personas tienen derecho en una educación de calidad y a acceder en condiciones de igualdad”, añadiendo que “todos tienen derecho a acceder en condiciones de igualdad en los centros educativos sostenidos con fondos públicos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Aquello que garantiza la igualdad en el acceso en la educación es la gratuidad en todas las etapas, tanto en cuanto a la matriculación como la adquisición del material imprescindible para cursar los estudios; esto se hace especialmente patente a partir de la educación secundaria, sobre todo a la universitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En el municipio de Deià, como el resto de la isla de Mallorca, la posibilidad de acceder a trabajos muy remunerados sin que se requiera una formación previa ha fomentado que muchos jóvenes se vean atraídos a dejar los estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Nuestros jóvenes son, junto con nuestro paisaje, nuestra principal garantía de un futuro viable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por todo esto, el Ayuntamiento de Deià quiere establecer un sistema de ayudas en el estudio para que nuestros jóvenes estén lo mejor preparados posible, cada cual en su campo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;FUNDAMENTO, NATURALEZA Y OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. Esta ordenanza busca garantizar la equidad y la igualdad de oportunidades de calidad en el pleno desarrollo mediante la educación, regulando un sistema de ayudas en el estudio para sufragar los gastos que se derivan en sus etapas no obligatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Esta actuación, considerada de fomento de la educación y de prestación de servicios sociales, se enmarca en el régimen competencial delegado contemplado en el artículo 27.3.c de Bases de Régimen Local; con cuyo objeto, la Corporación Municipal de Deià consignará en sus Presupuestos anuales las cantidades que resulten necesarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DESTINATARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Los destinatarios tendrán que cursar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) Bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Formación Profesional Básica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c) Formación Profesional de grado mediano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d) Formación Profesional de grado superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e) Un grado universitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;f) Enseñanzas artísticas profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;g) Enseñanzas deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;h) Enseñanzas artísticas superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;y) Enseñanza de idiomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 3. Requisitos generales de los beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;A. Los solicitantes de las ayudas económicas tendrán que cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Tener entre 16 y 30 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Estar empadronado/da en el municipio de Deià al menos 4 años consecutivos previos a la fecha de solicitud. Este requisito es aplicable al solicitante (padre, madre o tutor legal) y al alumno o alumnos beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias estatales, autonómicas y con el Ayuntamiento de Deià (en el caso de ser menores de edad, lo habrán de estar sus progenitores o tutores legales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;B. Los estudios susceptibles de acogerse a estas ayudas tendrán que cursarse en centros públicos de las Islas Baleares (exceptuando los estudios que no se ofrecen en ningún centro público de esta Comunidad Autónoma, caso que podrán cursarse a centros públicos del resto del Estado Español).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 4. Obligaciones de los perceptores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los preceptores de la subvención, además de las obligaciones específicas para cada ayuda concreta, estarán obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Realizar la actividad por la cual fue concedida la subvención, ajustándose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a los términos del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Acreditar ante este Ayuntamiento la realización de la actividad y cumplir&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;con los requisitos y condiciones que hayan determinado la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y facilitar en el Ayuntamiento&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;cuántos datos y documentos se le requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Comunicar al Ayuntamiento las modificaciones que pudieran surgir en la realización del proyecto tan pronto como sean conocidas y justificarlas adecuadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.- Comunicar en este Ayuntamiento la existencia de cualquier otra subvención o ayuda para la misma finalidad procedente otras administraciones o entidades públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5. Justificar adecuadamente la subvención en los términos establecidos por&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;este Reglamento o las condiciones concretas de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;REQUISITOS ACADÉMICOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Los estudiantes que pidan estas ayudas tendrán que matricularse al menos el 40% de las asignaturas o créditos cuando los estudios tengan una duración recomendada de 2 años; el 30% cuando la duración recomendada sea de 3 años y el 20% cuando sea de 4 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de última matrícula, el estudiante podrá acceder a las ayudas a pesar de no llegar al porcentaje requerido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Cada estudiante justo podrá obtener ayudas por un sol de los estudios señalados en el artículo 2, exceptuando las ayudas al Bachillerato, a la Formación Profesional Básica y a la Formación Profesional de grado mediano y a las Enseñanzas de idiomas, que podrán compatibilizarse con las del resto de estudios (nunca de forma simultánea, excepto en cuanto a Estudios de idiomas). Tampoco se podrán obtener ayudas para segundas titulaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Estas ayudas irán enjarjes al aprovechamiento por parte de la persona estudiando; si no superara el 50% de los créditos o asignaturas matriculadas, quedará excluido de las ayudas por dos cursos consecutivos. Si no se superaran al menos el 30% de los créditos o asignaturas matriculadas, el estudiante quedaría permanentemente excluido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Cada estudiante podrá recibir un máximo de 4 cursos de ayudas, exceptuando las que se reciban por Bachillerato, por la Formación Profesional Básica y por la Formación Profesional de grado mediano (por los cuales, en cualquier caso, no se podrán recibir más de 3 cursos de ayudas). Los cursos de exclusión por no haber superado el mínimo de créditos o asignaturas matriculadas computarán por este máximo. Atendiendo a situaciones especiales debidamente motivadas, se podrá recibir de forma extraordinaria hasta 5 cursos de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;OBJETO Y CUANTÍA DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Gastos subvencionables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Matrícula&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Material necesario para cursar los estudios. (ejemplo; libros, material complementario; cuadernos, bolis, etc) – NO ordenadores, mesas…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Transporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Alquiler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; La matrícula de los diferentes estudios será sufragado entre el 10% y el 100%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. El material necesario para cursar los diferentes estudios será sufragado entre el 10% y el 100%; se tendrà en cuenta la disponibilidad presupuestaria y la situación económica del estudiante o su unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Por el transporte hasta el centro de estudio -exceptuando los casos en que haya una opción gratuita-, el Ayuntamiento de Deià otorgará ayudas entre 20€ y 200€ anuales; para definir esta cantidad se tendrà en cuenta la disponibilidad presupuestaria, el coste mediano del trayecto y la situación económica del estudiante o su unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Si los estudios no se pueden realizar en Mallorca, el Ayuntamiento de Deià otorgará ayudas entre 40€ y 600€ anuales; para definir esta cantidad se tendrà en cuenta la disponibilidad presupuestaria, el coste mediano del trayecto y la situación económica del estudiante o su unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Si los estudios no se pueden realizar en Mallorca, el Ayuntamiento de Deià podrá otorgar ayudas de hasta 100€ y 2.250€ anuales en concepto de ayudas al alquiler por estudios. Para definir la cantidad, se tendrà en cuenta la disponibilidad presupuestaria, el coste del alquiler y la situación económica del estudiante o su unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Durante los años que duren los estudios, el Ayuntamiento de Deià otorgará ayudas mensuales de entre 0€ y 400€ mensuales -de octubre a junio-, hasta un máximo de 3.600€ por estudiante y curso, en concepto de lucha contra el abandono de los estudios. Para definir la cantidad, se tendrà en cuenta la disponibilidad presupuestaria y la situación económica del estudiante o su unidad familiar. Los menores de edad quedan excluidos de esta ayuda, así como los estudiantes que compatibilicen sus estudios con un trabajo que requiera una dedicación superior a la media jornada laboral y los estudiantes de idiomas que no cursen más de 20 horas semanales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Estas ayudas podrán ser acumuladas pero no serán excluyentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;CONVOCATORIA Y SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. El Ayuntamiento de Deià anunciará cada año y durante el mes de noviembre la convocatoria de las ayudas por el curso entrante, con excepción de las ayudas para el material, que se convocarán por el mes de julio para el curso finalizado. Las convocatorias serán publicadas al azulejo de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Deià, a su web y en sus redes sociales. El estudiante tendrá que indicar a qué ayudas de las indicadas en los artículos 10, 11, 12, 13 y 14 opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Para el otorgamiento de las ayudas, el Ayuntamiento de Deià podrá requerir la documentación que considere oportuna, que al menos constará de la matrícula, el expediente académico del año anterior (excepto para primeras matrículas) y la declaración de renta del estudiante y -si procede- del resto de miembros de su unidad familiar. La documentación solicitada constará, en cualquier caso, en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Los expedientes que resten incompletos al acabar el plazo de presentación dispondrán de un plazo máximo e improrrogable de quince días para aportar aquellos documentos que falten, excepto los casos en que el centro de estudio en que haya formalizado o tenga que formalizar la matrícula disponga de un plazo más amplio; en este caso, el plazo será lo fijado por el centro para la matriculación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; En la convocatoria el Ayuntamiento de Deià publicará los baremos decididos para cada una de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 21.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Los estudiantes que incurran falsedades en sus solicitudes, además de aquello señalado en las leyes, quedarán excluidos de cualquier otra convocatoria de ayudas en el estudio de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN Y ALEGACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Artículo 22.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Aprobada la lista provisional de ayudas, se publicará al Azulejo oficial del Ayuntamiento de Deià y a su web, fijando un plazo de alegaciones de diez días hábiles porque los interesados puedan formular las observaciones o subsanaciones que consideren oportunas. Si no hubiera ninguna alegación transcurrido este plazo, se entenderá definitivamente aprobada la relación de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si alguna ayuda es objeto de alegación, se pospondrá su pago hasta que haya sido resuelta, para lo cual se tendrà un plazo máximo de diez días naturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN ADICIONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Deià creará una partida presupuestaria específica para el cumplimiento de esta ordenanza en los siguientes presupuestos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN TRANSITORIA PRIMERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Este reglamento será de aplicación a partir del curso siguiente a su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN TRANSITORIA SEGUNDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La partida presupuestaria para el cumplimiento de este reglamento irá creciendo en la medida que lo permitan las leyes estatales autonómicas y estatales hasta que cubra la totalidad de necesidades previstas, lo cual será tenida en cuenta en los artículos 10 a 14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Este Reglamento, que consta de 22 artículos, una disposición adicional, una de transitoria y una disposición final, entrará en vigor, una vez lo habrá aprobado definitivamente el Ayuntamiento de Deià y se&amp;nbsp; habrá publicado el texto íntegro en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, cuando haya transcurrido el plazo que prevé el artículo 65.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y el artículo 102 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
