20 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">El Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión ordinaria de día 12 de noviembre de 2020, aprobó inicialmente el expediente número 46/2020 de modificación de créditos en el presupuesto propio de la Corporación del ejercicio 2020 por suplemento de crédito (SUP10/2020).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">El expediente se sometió a información pública, mediante la inserción del anuncio correspondiente en el BOIB núm. 197, de día 19 de noviembre de 2020, durante un plazo de quince días, para que todas las personas que estuvieran interesadas lo pudieran examinar y pudiesen formular las alegaciones pertinentes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Durante este plazo no se presentó ninguna alegación, por lo tanto, y de acuerdo con lo que aprobó el Pleno, el acuerdo se convirtió en definitivo y se ordenó que se publicase en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em> el resumen por capítulos de la modificación de crédito, que se incorpora como anexo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Contra este acuerdo que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la <em>Sala Contencioso-administrativa</em><em> del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears</em>, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este acuerdo. Todo conforme a la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa.
