&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Se hace púbico, para conocimiento general, el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2020-1617, de fecha 2 de diciembre de 2020, que modifica el Decreto de Alcaldía 2020-1553 de 20 de noviembre, por el que se modifica el Decreto 2019-0031 d e26 de junio de 2019, por el que se delegan a favor de las concejalas y los concejales competencias, que en la parte suficiente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el Decreto 2019-0031 de 26 de junio de 2019, por el que se delegan a favor de las concejalas y concejales competencias;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Considerando que en fecha 20 de noviembre de 2020, mediante el Decreto 2020-1553, se resolvió modificar dicho Decreto de delegación de competencias, pero que, sin embargo, se ha observado que falta reflejar unos cambios que el equipo de gobierno ha considerado necesarios;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que han sido conferidas a esta alcaldía en los artículos 21 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y de conformidad con el artículo 25 de la Ley 2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante la presente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el Decreto 2020-1553 de 20 de noviembre de 2020, por el que se modifica el Decreto 2019-0031 de 26 de junio de 2019 de manera que quede redactado como sigue:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que han sido conferidas a esta alcaldía en los artículos 21 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y de conformidad con el artículo 25 de la Ley 2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con las conversaciones mantenidas con los técnicos municipales y en especial bajo el criterio de la Intervención de Fondos, a los efectos de establecer la debida relación entre los responsables de las políticas municipales que se reflejan en el presente decreto de delegación de competencias y los presupuestos municipales, se establecen las competencias de acuerdo con los programas reflejados en la Orden HAP/419/2014, de 14 de marzo, por la que se modifica la Orden EHA/3565/2008, de 3 de diciembre, por la cual se aprueba la estructura de los presupuestos de las entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar a favor de los Concejales que a continuación se señalan las atribuciones de gestión siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dirigir, inspeccionar e impulsar, sin perjuicio de las competencias atribuidas expresamente a otros órganos, los servicios y obras municipales en las materias delegadas, con las facultades de tramitación, resolución, ejecución y control del cumplimiento mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, pudiendo conceder licencias y autorizaciones precisas en las materias de su competencia, no atribuidas expresamente al Pleno o a la Junta de Gobierno Local, y aceptar las declaraciones responsables presentadas por los particulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les corresponderá también la tramitación por faltas por incumplimiento de las ordenanzas en materias de sus competencia y los expedientes de responsabilidad patrimonial relacionados con el área de su competencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les corresponderá la competencia como órgano de contratación y el impulso, reconocimiento de los compromisos de gasto legalmente adquiridos de su área por importe inferior a 4.000 euros (IVA no incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Será a su cargo la gestión de los bienes municipales relacionados con sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Delegar a favor de la concejala Maria Antonia Pons Mascaró, primera teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Los programas que se enumeran con la excepción de los gastos de personal, mantenimiento de las instalaciones municipales y el suministro eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13 Seguridad y movilidad ciudadana (incluye los programas 1320 a 1360), y el transporte público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;22 A favor de empleados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;23 Servicios sociales y promoción social (incluye los programas 2310 de servicios sociales, 2311 de atención a personas dependientes y 2312 de cooperación con el tercer mundo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;31 Sanidad (con el programa 3110 de protección de la salubridad pública)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4910 Administración electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En materia de tráfico le corresponderá también la resolución de los expedientes por infracción de las ordenanzas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se delega la dirección y la gestión del personal y, en particular, la negociación y la representación de la corporación ante las organizaciones sindicales; la instrucción de expedientes de personal; la resolución de faltas leves; la oferta pública de ocupación; las bolsas de selección de personal y las propuestas de distribución de retribuciones complementarais que sean fijas y periódicas de acuerdo con los concejales delegados de las áreas, reservándose sin embargo esta alcaldía la dirección superior de todo el personal, la separación del servicio de los funcionarios y el despido del personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tendrá a su cargo la gestión de los bienes municipales: edificio de Santa Rita para servicios sociales, edificio de la Cruz Roja y centro geriátrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, el Servicio de Atención al Ciudadano (SAC), el uso de nuevas tecnologías y la aplicación efectiva de medidas de administración electrónica que el Gobierno central quiere emprender dirigidas a la actividad empresarial y comercial; la gestión informática y el desarrollo de la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar a favor del concejal Rafael Quintana villalonga, segundo teniente de alcalde,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Los programas que se enumeran con la excepción de los gastos de personal, mantenimiento de las instalaciones municipales y el suministro eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3370 Juventud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;34 Deporte (Incluye los programas 3410 y 3420)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4190 Feria del Campo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4311 Ferias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4313 Mercados y comercio ambulante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4321 Feria de Turismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9240 Participación ciudadana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre otras cuestiones le corresponde: el fomento del voluntariado y el asociacionismo;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tendrá a su cargo la gestión de los bienes municipales: instalaciones deportivas, la gestión del uso de las instalaciones deportivas de los centros públicos en horario extraescolar, el Centro Sociocultural y Recreativo Antiguo Matadero; Es Bot y el Punto de información Joven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar a favor del concejal Cristóbal Marqués Palliser, tercer teniente de alcalde, los programas que se enumeran con la excepción de los gastos de personal, mantenimiento de las instalaciones municipales y suministro eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0110 Deuda pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1510 Urbanismo: planeamiento, gestión, ejecución y disciplina urbanística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1522 Conservación y rehabilitación de la edificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;93 Administración financiera y tributaria (Incluye los programas 9310 a 9340)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre otras cuestiones les corresponde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El área económica de acuerdo con el presupuesto aprobado; la preparación de las cuentas municipales; la gestión del inventario, los expedientes de responsabilidad patrimonial que requieran dictamen del Consejo Consultivo; la ordenación y la gestión del territorio, el urbanismo y la disciplina urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La inspección de todas las obras municipales; la aprobación de los planes de seguridad y salud de las obras públicas y la coordinación con otras administraciones de las obras públicas de envergadura que se ejecuten dentro del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El desarrollo de la gestión del presupuesto de ingresos, gestión tributaria y de recaudación, y las ordenanzas reguladoras de los tributos y precios públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tendrá a su cargo la autorización y la disposición de los gastos de su área por importes inferiores a 15.000 euros (IVA no incluido). Le corresponderá también la autorización y la disposición de gastos del resto de áreas del Ayuntamiento por cantidades superiores a 4.000 euros e inferiores a 15.000 euros (en ambos casos IVA no incluido), con propuesta previa del concejal del área correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tendrá a su cargo la competencia como a órgano de contratación de todos los contratos mayores de 4.000 euros e inferiores a 15.000 euros (en ambos casos IVA no incluido), y el reconocimiento de las obligaciones cuando el importe sea inferior a 15.000 euros (IVA no incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar a favor de la concejala Maria del Mar López Corral, cuarta teniente de alcalde,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Los programas que se enumeran con la excepción de los gastos de personal, mantenimiento de las instalaciones municipales y suministro eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La gestión de los bienes municipales relacionados con esta área: Vertedero y parcelas de instalaciones urbanas de Cala en Porter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La gestión de la depuración y los pluviales y las infraestructuras de telecomunicaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se coordinará con todos los responsables de los servicios municipales con la finalidad de garantizar la unidad de criterio ante las empresas concesionarias de servicios y, en principio, será responsabilidad del concejal o concejala delegada de cada servicio la resolución concreta de conflictos que se puedan plantear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se delega a su vez, el suministro eléctrico de todas las instalaciones municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar a favor del concejal Luis Alberto Arévalo González, los programas que enumeran con la excepción de los gastos de personal y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones municipales y suministro eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La conservación de los núcleos rurales Llumena y Biniguarda de Alaior y el núcleo tradicional La Argentina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tendrá a su cargo la gestión de los bienes municipales: Convento de San Diego, Centro Internacional de Grabado, el edificio municipal c/de Baixamar, 56, el edificio de la Escuela de Adultos, el Espai Rotger, el colegio Dr. Comas, colegio Mestre Duran, Escuela de Adultos, escuela Es Pouet, aula de dibujo y el archivo municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO&lt;/strong&gt;. Esta Alcaldía se reserva la aprobación la la formalización de los convenios administrativos que se tramiten, lo mismo con entidades pública como con las privadas, así como las atribuciones y programas no expresamente delegadas a los concejales o no atribuidas a la Junta de Gobierno, entre otros, el desarrollo del comercio y turismo local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENO.&lt;/strong&gt; Elevar el expediente al interventor de fondos para que adopte las medidas oportunas a los efectos de crear los programas económicos adecuados a las nuevas competencias para el ejercicio 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMO. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar personalmente esta resolución a las personas designadas, que se considerará aceptada tácitamente siempre que no haya manifestación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
