font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto el expediente 2020/00005951Z referente a las ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2020, linea a) Ayudas a la agricultura ecológica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto que por Decreto de Presidencia nº 2020000877, de fecha 6 de octubre de 2020, se <strong>a</strong><strong>utorizó y</strong> <strong>dispuso la concesión </strong>de una ayuda económica a las personas solicitantes de ayuda para la AGRICULTURA ECOLÓGICA en el ámbito de la isla de Ibiza correspondiente al año 2020, con un importe que supone una subvención total de <strong>16.383,60 €</strong>, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4100-47900, con indicación del importe correspondiente a cada beneficiario.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto el informe técnico de fecha 26 de noviembre de 2020 de justificación y pago de las ayudas económicas a la agricultura ecológica en el ámbito de la isla de Ibiza para el año 2020, un vez revisadas las solicitudes de pago y la documentación que les acompaña, <strong>informa favorablemente</strong> sobre el <strong>reconocimiento de la obligación de pago </strong>a las personas beneficiarias de la ayuda para la AGRICULTURA ECOLÓGICA, linea a) de la Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2020, que supone una subvención total de <strong>14.818,90 € (CATORCE MIL OCHOCIENTOS DIECIOCHO EUROS CON NOVENTA CÉNTIMOS)</strong>, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4100-47900; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto el informe favorable de fiscalización previa plena emitida por la Intervención de ésta Corporación en fecha 4 de diciembre de 2020.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto que en fecha 26 de febrero de 2020, la Intervención de ésta Corporación dio por contabilizada la retención de crédito para éste expedientede de ayudas económicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2020 (nº. expte. contable ATM 2/2020000000564).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto el Acuerdo de Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, del día 13 de marzo de 2020 de aprobación de la Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2020 y correspondiente extrato que se publicó en el BOIB nº 80 en fecha 12-05-2020.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado el Acuedo de Pleno ordinario del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, sesión 29 de noviembre de 2018, sobre el cumplimiento de los requisitos básicos de la fiscalización previa limitada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
