![CDATA[Resolución de la Consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de denegación de ayudas al amparo de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de día 10 de agosto de 2020 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas a la conciliación destinadas a paliar los efectos de la COVID-19 (Línea C)]] es CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La directora general de Infancia, Juventud y Familias ha formulado la propuesta de resolución siguiente:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong><span style="color:#000000">H</span><span style="color:#000000">echos</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Las personas que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución presentaron una solicitud de subvención a la Línea C de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de día 10 de agosto de 2020 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas a la conciliación destinadas a paliar los efectos de la COVID-19 (BOIB núm. 139, de 11 de agosto de 2020). Esta línea estaba destinada a cubrir los gastos para la contratación de personal monitor especializado para atender participantes en escuelas de verano y campus deportivos con un grado de discapacidad superior al 75%.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. En fecha de 17 de noviembre de 2020 se publicó en la sede electrónica del procedimiento la propuesta de resolución de la directora general de Infancia, Juventud y Familias de denegación de ayudas de la Línea C y se concedió un plazo de diez días para que las entidades interesadas alegaran lo que consideraran conveniente.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. El plazo se ha agotado sin que las entidades interesadas hayan presentado ninguna objeción.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. La Orden de la Consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de día 10 de agosto de 2020 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas a la conciliación destinados a paliar los efectos de la COVID-19.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Por todo ello, propongo a la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Propuesta de resolución</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Denegar la la concesión de ayudas correspondientes a la línea C prevista en la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de día 10 de agosto de 2020 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas a la conciliación destinadas a paliar los efectos de la COVID-19 a las personas solicitantes que figuran en el anexo (expedientes C02, C03, C04, C05, C06, C07, C08, C09, C10, C12 , C13, C14, C15 y C20), por los motivos que se expresan en cada caso.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Notificar a las personas interesadas esta Resolución, mediante su publicación en la sede electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em>.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Manifestar la conformidad con la propuesta de resolución y dictar resolución en los mismos términos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la ha dictado en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
