&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS AL ESTUDIO DEL AJUNTAMENT DE DEIÀ PARA EL CURSO 2020/2021&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ajuntament de Deià convoca esta línea de ayudas para estudiantes de bachillerato; de Formación Profesional básica, de grado medio y de grado superior; de grado universitario; de enseñanzas artísticas profesionales, deportivas, artísticas superiores y de idiomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objetivo de esta línea de ayudas es estimular y fomentar los estudios superiores entre los jóvenes del municipio, que con esta ayuda podrán sufragar parte de los gastos derivados de su formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE REGULAN ESTA CONVOCATORIA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;BASE JURÍDICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas ayudas se derivan del Reglamento de Apoyo al Estudio (a partir de ahora, RSE) adoptado en sesión plenaria de día 28 de octubre de 2016, aprobado definitivamente el 31 de diciembre de 2016 y modificado parcialmente en sesión plenaria de día 1º de octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La subvención está prevista en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Ajuntament de Deià 2020, aprobado en sesión plenaria de día 1º de octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo que no se recoja en estas bases, se debe consultar el citado Reglamento, que en caso de duda prevalecerá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También prevalecerá en caso de duda el Reglamento Regulador de Subvenciones, aprobado día 10 de noviembre de 2017, así como toda la legislación aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;DOTACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La dotación económica de esta convocatoria para el curso 2020/2021 es de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.950 € de la partida ref. 480.00 / 320 del presupuesto de este Ajuntament para el año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.410 € de la partida ref. 480.00 / 320 del presupuesto de este Ajuntament para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- NÚMERO DE AYUDAS Y CANTIDAD &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudas de matrícula: se destinará un total de 4.000 € , con un mínimo del 10% y un máximo del 100% por estudiante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudas a material: se destinará un total de 1.000 €, de 250 € por estudiante y año (o inferior si el gasto acreditado no llega a esta cuantía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudas para el transporte dentro Mallorca: se destinará un total de 1.200 €, con una cuantía de 4 € por kilómetro hasta el centro de estudio con un máximo de 200 € anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudas para el transporte si los estudios se realizaran fuera de Mallorca: se destinará un total de 700 €, de 350 € por estudiante y año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudas para el alquiler si los estudios se realizarán fuera de Mallorca: se destinará un total de 2.500 €, de 1.250 € por estudiante y año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudas para luchar contra el abandono de los estudios: se destinará un total de 10.960 €, de 220 € mensuales por estudiante durante los meses de diciembre, enero, febrero, marzo, abril, mayo y junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En el caso de no existir crédito presupuestario suficiente para atender todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos, se procederá al prorrateo del importe máximo global destinado a la subvención entre todos los beneficiarios (solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En caso de sobrar crédito en alguna de las ayudas, se redistribuirá proporcionalmente entre las otras ayudas. En caso de que Sobras crédito de todas las ayudas, la Comisión Evaluadora podría decidir, previo informe de los Servicios Sociales municipales, ayudar con una cantidad superior a alguno de los beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Estas ayudas se liquidarán mediante 9 pagos: uno para la ayuda 1, siete para el 6, y otro para las ayudas 2, 3, 4 y 5 de esta convocatoria, que se harán efectivos una vez se hayan concluido las tramitaciones de la presente convocatoria y atendiendo a la disposición del departamento municipal de Intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- DESTINATARIOS Y REQUISITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los solicitantes de las ayudas económicas deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Tener entre 16 y 30 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Estar empadronado / a en el municipio de Deià menos 4 años consecutivos previos a la fecha de solicitud. Este requisito es aplicable al solicitante (padre, madre o tutor legal) y al alumno o alumnos beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias estatales, autonómicas y con el Ajuntament de Deià (en el caso de ser menores de edad, lo deberán estar sus progenitores o tutores legales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Cursar los estudios en centros públicos de las Islas Baleares (exceptuando los estudios que no se ofrecen en ningún centro público de esta Comunidad Autónoma, caso que podrán cursarse en centros públicos del resto de España). Los centros privados adscritos a los centros públicos serán considerados como centros públicos. Quedan exceptuadas las segundas titulaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. Matricularse almenos el 40% de las asignaturas o créditos cuando los estudios tengan una duración recomendada de 2 años; el 30% cuando la duración recomendada sea de 3 años y el 20% cuando sea de 4 años. En caso de última matrícula, el estudiante podrá acceder a las ayudas a pesar de no alcanzar el porcentaje requerido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- PLAZOS DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para las ayudas a la matrícula y las ayudas de lucha contra el abandono de los estudios, deberán solicitarse antes del 15 de diciembre de 2020, incluido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para el resto de ayudas de esta convocatoria, deberán solicitarse entre el 1º y el 14 de julio de 2021, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las solicitudes, se dirigirán al Alcalde del Ajuntament, y se presentarán en el Registro Electrónico General de este Ajuntament o en alguno de los lugares previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre , del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- PROCEDIMIENTO Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Una vez terminado el plazo para presentar solicitudes, en un nuevo plazo de diez (10) días, una comisión de selección y evaluación -en la que corresponde comprobar solicitudes, requerir para enmendar, resolver dudas de interpretación de las bases y formular propuesta de resolución-, formada por la Secretaría, un técnico de juventud y un técnico de servicios sociales, examinarán la documentación presentada y publicarán la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, argumentando la exclusión y la cuantía asignada a cada admitido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los solicitados excluidos dispondrán de un plazo de dos días (2) a contar desde el primer día de publicación para hacer entrega de la documentación requerida y las alegaciones que crean oportunas, que se podrá presentar en el Registro Electrónico General de este Ajuntament o en alguno de los lugares previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En caso de no presentar la documentación requerida, el aspirante quedará excluido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Recibida la documentación requerida y las alegaciones, la comisión de selección y evaluación formulará en dos días (2) una propuesta de resolución que se presentará a alcaldía, órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento y conceder las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución con las adjudicaciones definitivas y las cuantías asignadas se publicará en el tablón de anuncios, en la web y en las redes sociales del Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra ésta podrá interponerse recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación o recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los solicitantes deberán presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.- Documentación general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La solicitud que figura en el Anexo I de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La declaración responsable que figura en el Anexo II de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI del estudiante o del solicitante si es menor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las notas del curso anterior 2019-2020 (si no es primera matrícula).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Documentación específica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La matrícula original o fotocopia compulsada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para la ayuda de matrícula: recibo de pago de la matrícula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para la ayuda de material: recibos del material y explicación justificativa de la necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para la ayuda al alquiler: contrato de alquiler y recibos de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACCESO A LA CONVOCATORIA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El modelo de solicitud, el RSE, las bases y toda la información se podrá encontrar en los siguientes lugares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
