&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 9 de octubre de 2020 se convocaron las pruebas de enero de 2021 para obtener los certificados oficiales de conocimientos de lengua catalana que expide la Consejería de Educación, Universidad e Investigación (BOIB núm. 175, de 13 de octubre). Los miembros, titulares y suplentes, de cada tribunal figuran en el anexo 2 de dicha resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El día 19 de noviembre de 2020, la jefa del Servicio de Formación y Certificación de Conocimientos de Catalán emitió un informe justificativo sobre la modificación de la composición de los tribunales de los niveles B1, B2 y C1 de las pruebas de conocimientos convocadas. A consecuencia de cambios en el personal adscrito a la Dirección General de Política Lingüística y ante la renuncia sobrevenida, plenamente justificada, de un miembro titular del tribunal del nivel C1, es necesario modificar la composición de dichos tribunales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Decreto 21/2019, de 15 de marzo, de evaluación y certificación de conocimientos de lengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 15 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. El Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 106 ext., de 2 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar la composición de los tribunales de los niveles B1, B2 y C1&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de las pruebas de lengua catalana de la convocatoria de enero de 2021 que figuran en el anexo 2 de la Resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 9 de octubre de 2020 por la que se convocan las pruebas de enero de 2021 para obtener los certificados oficiales de conocimientos de lengua catalana que expide la Consejería de Educación, Universidad e Investigación. La composición es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interponerse un recurso de reposición ante la directora general de Política Lingüística en el plazo &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de un mes contador desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses contadores a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
