&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución del Director General de Pesca y Medio Marino, de 12 de noviembre de 2018, se publicó el censo de embarcaciones de pesca profesional de artes menores de la Reserva Marina des Freu de sa Dragonera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 13 de noviembre de 2020, el Servicio de Recursos Marinos comunica a la Federación Balear de Cofradías de Pescadores (FBDCP) que han transcurrido dos años desde la publicación del censo y solicita su colaboración para actualizarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El 19 de noviembre de 2020, la FBDCP comunica al Servicio la propuesta de modificación del censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El 23 de noviembre de 2020, se emite el informe del Servicio de Recursos Marinos en relación a la propuesta de embarcaciones que se han de incluir en el censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 3.3. del Decreto 41/2015, de 22 de mayo, por el que se regulan las actividades de extracción de flora o fauna marina y las actividades subacuáticas en las reservas marinas de las aguas interiores del litoral de las Illes Balears, dispone que cada dos años se han de publicar, mediante una resolución del Director General de Pesca y Medio Marino, los censos de embarcaciones de pesca profesional autorizadas revisados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la Presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la Consejería de Agricultura, pesca y Alimentación, ejerce, entre otras, la competencia en materia de pesca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Publicar el censo de embarcaciones de pesca profesional de artes menores autorizadas para la pesca en la Reserva Marina des Freu de sa Dragonera por un período de dos años, que estará formado por las embarcaciones que figuran en el anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, los interesados pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo , de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
