2020-11-19 410 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 21/10/2020, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;“1. Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta&nbsp;MF-679&nbsp;relativa a la creación de un lugar de&nbsp;TAG&nbsp;y un lugar de gestor/a de proyectos al departamento de Innovación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2. Las funciones específicas de los puestos aprobados son las siguientes: </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;TAG:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Apoyo a la organización, coordinación y control de las gestiones, personal y trámites administrativos del IMI.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;- Apoyo en la gestión de los expedientes administrativos del IMI.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Apoyo administrativo en materia de contratación.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Apoyo administrativo en materia de recursos humanos.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Proponer medidas de modernización, simplificación de trámites y mejora de la gestión y métodos de trabajo administrativos del IMI.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;- Coordinación con los servicios centrales del Ayuntamiento para asegurar la aplicación en el IMI de los criterios, instrucciones y normas que desde el Ayuntamiento se establezcan.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Apoyo en la aplicación de la legislación vigente en el IMI.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">Gestor/a de proyectos:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Seleccionar la estrategia de desarrollo, la estructura de la misma, seleccionando los procesos principales que la integran, fijación de calendarios, planificación de proyectos y viabilidad económica.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- La dirección de proyectos, realizando las tareas de seguimiento y control económico bajo las directrices del departamento financiero y económico del Ayuntamiento e IMI, su revisión y evaluación de resultados y la coordinación de los equipos seleccionados.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;- Gestión y resolución de incidencias que puedan surgir durante el desarrollo de los proyectos y la actualización de la planificación inicial. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Elaboración de los informes de seguimiento y el archivo de la documentación de gestión de proyectos asignados una vez finalizados.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Realizar tareas de consultoría o asesoramiento. Según su rama profesional, en los aspectos relativos al negocio (Consultor) y/o en los aspectos relacionados con la informática (Consultor Informático).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- La redacción de pliegos relacionados con la ejecución de los proyectos o resultas de las tareas de consultoría.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Asistencia técnica en los proyectos de gestión de fondos europeos para la innovación.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Cumplir las directrices, normas, procedimientos, acciones preventivas establecidas en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales y asumir las funciones encomendadas en materia de emergencias, colaborando con el servicio de prevención cuando sea requerido.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- La coordinación y secretaría de la Smart Office del Ayuntamiento de Palma, para aportar el apoyo técnico que requiera Alcaldía y la regidoría de Innovación para llevar a cabo sus funciones en materia de innovación y Smart City asignadas (* Según decreto de organización de servicios municipales nº 201713051 ).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Seguimiento, ejecución y renovación de los planes estratégicos de Innovación, (Smart City), así como de sus proyectos o acciones derivadas.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Seguimiento, ejecución y renovación de los planes estratégicos de Administración Electrónica, así como de sus proyectos o acciones derivadas.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Apoyo en la pertinente oficina técnica municipal de implantación de la administración electrónica.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Apoyo a la Oficina Municipal de Fondos Europeos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3. Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su publicación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">4. Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
