    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; n.º195, de 14 de noviembre se ha publicado la Resolución del Consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, Presidente del Instituto Balear de Seguridad y Salud Laboral de las Islas Baleares por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria para conceder ayudas públicas para proyectos y programas de investigación y actuación en materia de salud laboral correspondiente al ejercicio presupuestario de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se han observado unos errores en la publicación en cuanto al tipo de acciones subvencionables (3) en el Anexo VI del modelo para solicitar las ayudas.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Según el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos, y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición; la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se deriven, y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las Administraciones Públicas pueden, así mismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;instancia&lt;/span&gt; de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se ha comprobado que hubo un error de transcripción a la hora de redactar la convocatoria y, es necesario corregir las frases con los errores advertidos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo lo anteriormente expuesto, &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;dicto&lt;/span&gt; la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;1. Corregir los errores advertidos en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tipos de acciones subvencionables (3&lt;/strong&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;(3) El coste de la acción subvencionable son los gastos totales que han supuesto para la entidad la realización de la actuación que motiva esta solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
