&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; El día 29 de octubre de 2020, se encomendaron las funciones de secretaria delegada del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS) a la Sra. Catalina Llull i Vallès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. El presidente del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales ha propuesto que, por los casos de ausencia legal o reglamentaria se deleguen las funciones de Secretaría delegada en la Sra. Ana Cristina Gallardo Nielsen, jefa del Departamento de Recursos Humanos del IMAS, y en la Sra. Margarita Bestard Casaus, jefa del Servicio de Selección y Provisión del IMAS, por este orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. El secretario general el día 16 de noviembre de 2020 ha hecho la propuesta correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamento jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 15.1 de los Estatutos del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales establece que actuará de secretario el secretario general del Consejo de Mallorca, que podrá delegar en un funcionario del grupo A del propio Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por todo eso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;, decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Encomendar, con efectos de la fecha de hoy, las funciones de Secretaría delegada del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, en los casos de ausencia legal o reglamentaria de la Sra. Catalina Llull i Vallès, en la Sra. Ana Cristina Gallardo Nielsen, jefa del Departamento de Recursos Humanos del IMAS, y en la Sra. Margarita Bestard Casaus, jefa del Servicio de Selección y Provisión del IMAS, por este orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Publicar este Decreto en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Dar cuenta de este Decreto a la Presidencia y a la Gerencia del IMAS, y comunicarlo a las personas interesadas.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
